We needed our sofa cleaned after an unfortunate cat urination event. they were able to come out quickly and take care of the problem. after the cleaning there was NO overwhelming chemical odor. Maurice did a great job. I would absolutely call Marlings again.

My wood floor got damaged when the crew was at my house to clean up water damage in the basement. They also left dehumidifiers that actually leaked water back into my basement for which they were supposed to clean up water damage. And all that because they didnt set up their equipment correctly or didnt know how to. For days I thought I still had exterior water coming in until another contractor saw that the dehumidifiers were leaking into my basement. They also never reply to emails or call you back as promised.I have asked for an itemized invoice months ago to make sure I wasnt charged (what had been promised to me) for the additional days needed to dry out the water coming from their dehumidifiers. Never received one. Instead they simply charged my credit card.

Marlings was very quick and professional when our bathroom tub started leaking. Stephanie is extremely professional and highlights that a family owned business can outpace the larger establishments.

I had the ducts cleaned in my house since everyone in my family suffers from allergies to dust and pet dander. Troy and Dennis came to my house to do the work. They were very, very professional. They were very nice and entertained me by allowing me to see all the nasty stuff they sucked out of the ducts. My house smells amazing and I look forward to using this company again when I need them!

Marlings clean up crew was great! But the responsiveness of the supervisors leaves a lot to be desired. Most of my calls required multiple follow ups. Frustrating.

Marlings absolutely blew away my expectations. I had an exterior electrical fire in my house just after celebrating my one year in the house. I did not know where to begin and Marlings walked me through the whole process. They were sincere, kind and timely. I had a quote within a day and even scheduled me for the next day for the clean up. I had used Marlings last year and had a great experience although this year it was less then stellar, Ill chalk it up for the guy getting tired from the job before mine, the carpets looked like they only ran a vacuum over them and left them soaked. It took two days for the carpet to dry. Definately not like the first experience, Thought I had found a reliable carpet cleaner guess Ill look again

My thermostat was accidentally broken by the Marling’s Technician during the course of having my air ducts cleaned. The repair required a skill of a HVAC Tech to fix. The owner refused to send an HVAC tech out to fix my thermostat that evening. In order to avoid being without heat overnight I paid for an HVAC tech to repair my thermostat that was broken my Marling’s! Horrible customer service, the owner finds it acceptable to leave people without heat.

This company destroyed my backyard fence and front screen door and refused to replace it. They also refused to replace a lamp that was made by my husbands deceased grandmother after they misplaced it. I would not recommend this company. This company is defensive and refuses to accept responsibility for their actions. They have poor customer service. They blame the customer. They expect the customer to live up to their end of the arrangement but refuse to live up to their end. This is also evident in their negative responses to the various customers that share their negative experiences. They should use this energy to correct their wrongs.

Marlings did a really good job helping me with a recent water damage situation. They came out quickly, evaluated things accurately, and got the water dried and the tear-out done in a single day. Friendly crew, too - nice people.My only criticism is that they did slightly over-commit by promising theyd be back out to meet with and handle everything with our insurance agent about the claim. They werent actually able to make that meeting and we had to handle that side of things ourselves - we didnt even have the pictures they took of the actual damage.Id still use Marlings again in a heartbeat, and everything turned out fine, but I should have gotten the pictures myself.

The staff was very friendly and they did a good job on our floors but as they got closer to completion we started to notice certain items of ours were missing and when we tried to call them to find out what was going on they didnt answer. They damaged a mirror by accident an said they were going to bring a replacement but they never came back. a tv was also broken and our ladder disappeared from our garage.

I love Marlings.... They come out very fast when you need them to. Their employees are courteous and very professional. They know just what to do to get the job done. I have them clean my carpets twice a year. I had my own shampooer and thought it was doing a great job. Then Marlings came out and did the carpets after I had a flood. They looked brand new, the color was much brighter and much lighter. I could not believe the difference. They are the best and I recommend them to everyone.
