Cory from MRS always comes to service my AC. He is very professional and courteous and does an amazing job! He always explains things in great detail which I absolutely love. He is the best AC technician I have ever had! I have been so impressed with Cory and MRS overall! Becky who schedules the calls is also wonderful to deal with. MRS is honest and is the best heating and cooling company I know!

Satisfied from the initial phone call wanting an estimate to the very end result. Everyone I dealt with was professional and informative. There was a delay of a few days to finish the installation while waiting for a part to arrive, but Eric called to let me know when it was expected to arrive which I appreciated very much. I would highly recommend MRS!

Our air went out and we have used them before with excellent results. So we called in the morning and they sent someone that evening. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. He inspected and explained 3 different scenarios, but none of them logically made sense to him and he said he didn’t want to recommend buying a new blower as it was expensive. He would rather call someone who might have other ideas before suggesting anything. I believe he called a few people who eventually recommended calling a senior technician. That technician came and together determined that the system was overcharged-too much refrigerant. They removed some until the measurements were correct and charged us only for labor. They told us to kee am eye on it and call them back if we have other issues. They saved us around $800!! We are so very thankful for their time and honesty. We will continue to use them and would recommend them to anyone.

Mr. Nation was very professional and pleasant. He took the time to answer all questions that I asked. He explained the repair that was needed and repaired it completely. When I spoke with the office staff earlier she was informative and kind. What a great company!!

Our furnace and A/C went out. We needed to replace the furnace, replace the A/C, have the ducts cleaned, and move much of the ductwork to the center of the house (the home had been added on to over the years). We also decided on the iwave filtration system for our older home, and it has made such a difference with allergies and that pets.We couldn’t be more pleased with their work! They had a crew of four people working on all of our needs, full-time, until all work was completed.Jeff (Nation) measured and determined the system we would need, Eric oversaw the work, and Eric returned a week later to check the system thoroughly and answer any questions we had. Brenda scheduled our work and followed up with phone calls.I cannot recommend MRS Heating and Cooling any higher. They were within the normal fees of installation and repair (according to the system’s website we purchased, and 2021 averages) for all services. They also submitted information to the gas company so we will be sent a check for upgrading. Thank you MRS! You are pro’s at what you do!

We have had a bunch of work done on our property recently. These folks are THE ONLY PEOPLE who SHOWED UP. The whole crew at MRS is great !! Have used them 20 + times at a large apartment complex and never had any issues.

Jeff came over to fix my AC, he was a super cool guy and very easy to talk to. He knew almost instantly what was wrong and fixed it in under 20 mins. I was so impressed. Then we chatted for a solid 30min, almost like weve known each other our whole lives, when in fact this was the first time I ever meet him. A total bro, and just overall legit guy.

They did an awesome job. I made sure to get quotes from multiple businesses and their price was reasonable for a higher quality product. Instillation took 2 days, but they two techs did a great job. I know where Ill be going for all of my future heating and air conditioning needs.

They came out same day and figured out what was wrong within minutes. Called multiple companies and no one called back but they did and had great service.

Jeff, along with John, Tyler, and Dustin, did a Fantastic job installing our new heat pump/air handler system and new duct work system. These guys worked hard for 5 days, in 90+ degree weather, crawling through the attic and crawl space to get the job done. They were all very kind and respectful, especially when it came to our German Shepherd. They always kept the back gate closed so she didnt get out and treated her like their own family pet. A job well done!!

Jeff installed a new WI-FI thermostat in my home today. He made sure it was connected and everything was set right before he left. I have had Jeff Nation do my furnace and air conditioner services for several years and Im always very pleased. He is faithful and trustworthy. Every time I have had a problem he has always been right there to help me. I have recommended him to many of my friends. I suggested that he teach some of the new employees. He is the best furnace man and close friend I have found in New Castle.All the above is still true today. Ive had Jeff take care of my furnace and air conditioning for close to 25 years. Best ever and a good friend.I had Katie as a student in first grade. I remember my Principal used to love to come down to my room and listen to the children read and he was especially happy to hear Katie. She was like a little actress playing a part. So glad we called MRS. We noticed our air had gone out around 11pm, I called MRS at 7:30 the next morning and by 10:30 it was up and running! Corey Ridge (I hope I got his name right!) was the tech who got our call. He called me back right away, let me know when he’d be here and he was right on time. He was very professional and polite, knew the problem before he even got here, and had it fixed right away. I highly, highly recommend them!

I came home from work to find our heating system had suddenly quit heating. Even though it was past business hours (6:30 PM), I called Eric and he took my call and scheduled a technician to come out that same evening. Jeff came out at 8:30 PM - still in a good mood after a long day - and efficiently fixed my furnace by installing a new part that he had on his truck. It was a great feeling to have my furnace up and running again in such a short time. A cold snap was coming the next day so it was even more important. This company and all of its employees are great! Glad we have them in our community.

MRS just left my house after completing my quarterly maintenance. Mark did a wonderful job. They could have replaced my humidifier pad during this visit (and charged me for it). Instead, he cleared the message on the display and made sure the pad will be fine for a few months when they replace it as part of the Fall/Winter maintenance.They have always been available for any issues... including the middle of the night when my sump-pump died and the water started heading towards the furnace and water heater they had just installed for me.Wonderful people and their customer service is better than anyone I have dealt with before. As long as I live in the New Castle area, I will always call MRS.
