This place is extremely friendly. I didn’t wait long for my car to get worked on and they made sure I was served with the best customer service. Great place!

First of all I brought my car to just have 1 tire mounted and balanced. They told me my that would take 3 hours. I went cross the street to get a coffee. Came to see them Fing with my engine and up under my car. A week later, after I thought the time was up for a tire to settle. I noticed my tire was still making noise and vibrating. They Fd up my balance on the tire by adding much weight to it never bring your car to this badly managed place with its untrained people. They may brake something to charge you to fix it. Or do something that will destroy your engine further down the line.

I was given an alignment before being told that I needed a new rack and pinion. I thought that was a part of the inspection. Now I will need another alignment after the part is in. Smh terrible!

Best tire place in town

Upon entry, the older African American Male with an accent at the front desk was not welcoming. This employee acted as though I was bothering him during my intake. The mechanic who worked on my vehicle was an older caucasian male, there was another older African American male tech as well working in in vehicles. The two older males appeared to be doing more work as they seem focused. The oil change was handled in under an hour. During check out they was no information or any other exchanges with the Hispanic male who took my payment regardingmy vehicle or service. The location customer waiting area is small, customers were unable to sit inside while vehicle was being worked on ( Covvid-19) procedures.My # 1 favorite location is located in (Forstville) they were booked. The service there is impeccable. I live in Takoma park and travel a distance ( over 35mins) just for their great customer service. Which means I have to pass this location (New Carrollton) ro get good service.Good service is important and the work completed on my vehicle will help with the longevity, they work hand in hand.

I was on my way out of town for the weekend when I heard air escaping from my tire. I spent the day going to tire places and calling around but no one had the tire in stock or even answered the phone. Just Tires responded to my need promptly and got me back on the road to spend my birthday with family.

I was a new car owner and I met Justin off-site, who was able to talk to me about my car with great detail and knowledge. He offered me his card and recommended that I bring my car for further inspection. I brought my car in, and he along with his team were able to fully inform me on what steps I should take next. This has been over two years ago and I havent been any where else since.The hardworking staff are able to make you feel like family. They are honest and truthful. If there is going to be a wait, they inform you of such, giving you options so you know how to plan your day.I was even out of town and was still serviced by these guys. I got a flat tire and immediately called THIS SHOP. Justin was able to clearly inform me of what other steps I can do at that moment, direct me to the nearest shop in the area I was in, and schedule me for new tires the next business day. First of all, when I went in nobody greeted me. I made an appointment online for the same day but was a little early. After the employees come up for air, the employee finally asks how can he help. I told him I made an appointment because there is something in my tire and I can hear it when I drive. He then proceeds to ask me which one? Of course I dont know...thats why I was there. Anyways, he proceeds to go outside to look at my tires. He came back in and tells me all my tires are bald, which I know isnt true because I was at the dealership about a month ago and they told me that my tires were good for another year or so. I asked him did he find what was making the noise, he said you need all new tires, then hands me an estimate. I took the estimate outside and looked at my tires once again to see if I could locate the issue. Found it! On the back driver side tire I locate the culprit. I go back in and tell him I found what is making the noise and could he patch it? No! Well can I just get the one tire because I didnt come here prepared to spend $500? Luckily, someone overheard the convo and told me about a place up the street that will patch your tire. Thanks but no thanks, Just Tires!

Took the car in to get a flat fixed. I think they just added air to the tire, I could not see anything fixed. My Sunoco technician thoroughly went over the tire and found a hole and showed that it was not fixed. I had to wait almost 2 hours to get service and get charged 36 bucks for a simple tire fix.

I don’t normally write reviews but the guys at the Lanham Just Tires has compelled me to express my appreciation for their efforts.I made an online appointment for the purchase and installation of new tires at this location. The service guys at this location followed up with a phone call the next morning to confirm the appointment. I was pleasantly surprised. Later that day I came in a couple hours before my scheduled appointment hoping that they could squeeze me in (wasn’t expecting they would). Unexpectedly they worked with me and took my car in and saved me so much time! As I waited one of the service associates approached me to give me the bad news that the tires I had ordered online were not all available (2 short of the 4 tires). I guess this was all too good to be true. Here comes the hassle of problems but surprisingly he was quick to resolve the issue. He offered tires superior to the ones I had originally ordered and told me that he would sell them to me for the same price of the tires they did not have in stock (saving me an additional $100+)!The guys at just tires in Lanham not only saved me time that weekend but also some $. I really appreciate their efforts and will definitely come back!PS. To the techs. My car hasn’t run this smooth in years. Great job with the balancing and alignment. Keep up the awesome work!

Uber driver here. Had a flat and rolled into Just Tires at 7 am. Chuck, the technician, opened a bay door and gave me a head nod as I pulled up. I knew I was gonna get good service. It was surging on a usually sluggish summer day, and I was missing out. However, they had me patched up quickly and back on the road. The price was reasonable. Management was professional as well. Recommended.

I can’t begin to say enough good things about my experience at this Just Tires. I arrived at 3:45pm in Sunday, April 28th (yes they close at 4:00) with a slow leak in my tire. I made the appointment because I kept getting a message from my cars computer saying my oil level was at 30% and it kept dropping lower and lower. I wanted to make sure I didnt need to add oil myself until my next scheduled maintenance which is not for another 4-5 thousand miles but I wanted to be sure. Upon arrival I was greeted, I explained my issue, my oil level was checked and found to be fine and I was given a car care kit as advertised. I really appreciated the honesty of Justin telling me I didnt need a oil change at this time instead of doing it anyway even though I didnt need it. Even though I have a warranty I have a hard time getting an appointment. Just Tires is the only alternative shop I trust.

I have been going to Just tires in New Carrollton since 2011. I have had great experiences and customer service since Ive been a customer. The manager Justin is friendly and always willing to go the extra mile when needed to help. They rock!!

I just like the honesty.Came in without appointment to change the 2 front tires, was told it will take about 2hours because they had to order and go get the tire since I needed it fixed that same day. About 1 hour + 30mins the job was done.

Made an appointment to have oil changed and check one tire with slow leak for my elderly mothers car. Received a call that both rear tires needed to be replaced due to a crack in one and a nail in the sidewall of another. Said the car also needed a coolant and fuel line flush for a grand total of $750!!! My mother lives on social security, her minivan has 28k miles on it and there is no way she needed either flushes. We gave oral permission to replace both rear tires. Upon pick-up we asked to look at the tires. There was NO CRACK in the tire and the salesman actually went so far to say that it wasnt visible to the human eye! And the nail wasnt in the sidewall, it was in the center ridge. Both tires were like new with more than 1/4 tread on both. Absolutely no reason the one tire could not have been plugged. ROBBED!!!

Worst experience lve ever had, 3 1/2 hours of my life Ill never get back. After waiting forever, they forgot to give me back my spare. My appointment didnt mean anything. My car was in the bay for 2 hours, while the tech was trying to install 4 new tires. Quote the raven, never more!

This place deserves no stars whatsoever. We waited 3 hours for a tire patch. Three customers came in and left before our truck was even pulled into the bay. The black guy with the beard who works the front desk was rude and his customer service skills were lacking significantly. When asked how long it would take before we would be done, he snuggly replied “it’s one car ahead”. He did not say whether or not the car was almost done or if the car was sitting on the lot with ours. Do not come here for any service. I will be filing a complaint with headquarters.

My experience at the Just Tires at 8511 Annapolis Road, Lanham was TERRIBLE!! I called yesterday 7/29/2015, and was told if I was the 1st customer in I would be waited on. I arrived in the parking lot by 7:00am. You open at 7:30am. Other than another just tires employee, I was the 1st customer to arrive. I wait until they unlock the door, go in and am told that there are appointments ahead of me. Again, no other customers have come into the parking lot. I needed a tire patch, thats it! I ask, will I be done before 8am? My response is, NO. Sorry, I dont deal with LIARS!! This place has no cares about the customer only the bottom dollar. ( I do know that at the time of drop off, there was no charge at that time for me....Yea, right!!

Had a flat after coming from DC around 7:30 pm. When I opened the trunk I realized that I did not have a spare tire. I google tires near me and Just Tires was the only location still opened. I called and told him that I was stuck on the side of the road. He told me that I would need to be the by 8 pm. I requested an Uber, but my Uber driver had a hard time finding me. Abigael did not find me until 8 pm. I called Just Tires back and explained that I was headed to them. They waited until I got there which was not until 8:30 pm. I am so thankful for Ignacio and Federicks for going beyond the call of duty and helping me. I am so very grateful. They were both Very helpful beyond words. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

The price is include tire rotation, Thats what they said, but they didnt do it for the two last time I did oil change there. They said rear tires has problem and if they bring them front, vibration will come up, ...W.T.F... how stupid is this answer? ... only 32k miles is on tires, and those tires used to be front with no any Issues, They think we just rolled down to city from mountains, and also after oil change engine has vibration when is still cold,( Im Not Talking About Regular Cold Engines Vibration) I guess it happen because oil is new, Ill wait for a while to see what happen, Ill go back there without my smile If I see this problem keep continue. Iv been their customer since 2-3 years ago, they were great!, I see they are getting worse ... ( I Am In Car Business )
