I have been moved in for a month and Ive waited to give my review just to make sure I wouldnt be biting myself by giving a good review - Needless to say I LOVE MY APARTMENT. I appreciate the dedication that weve received from Edwin the entire application/move in process & even after we were all moved in. The entire office staff is wonderful but I appreciate the extra mile that Edwin goes to make sure that you feel at home BEFORE you sign your lease. Davids hospitality makes you feel at home before you even see their faces. My infant was welcomed in the leasing office before anything was even finalized and the fact that his name was memorized before we were even tenants - MATTERS. I could go on & on about how amazing this team is & how attentive they are with their tenants needs!! Thank you guys for everything, weve really NEVER felt so at home. :)

I have been living here for over 2 years and I have to say I enjoy living here. Staff is attentive and only issue is maintenance coming maybe a day or later instead of the same day but its understandable they are responsive. Also got here under the second chance and been able to enjoy. Thank you Edwin, Victor and David for your excellent customer service.

Honestly this is not a publicity but just the reality. Excellent management team from the first contact I ever made on phone the reception was just one of the most cautious I have ever had. Fountain Club apartments staff and team always ready to resolve your worried and make you feel the comfort and privacy you deserve. Special credit to Dave who has been very consistent in updating me timely till when I signed my lease. Guys you will never regret renting or owning an apartment here due to the good hygienic consciousness ot the staff and maintenance team as a whole and the environmentas well. This is home a place to be if you want to enjoy cleanliness and tranquility for yourself and kids.

The environment is condusive and the apartment is great for living. There is disciplined when on the community nice and clean. My experience was very good despite having to do everything virtual. The leasing agent that helped me Katie was very professional and sweet. She make the process very easy and smooth. Did I mention howMuch I love the new home?! It’s spacious and warm. All the amenities are what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend that you try out this complex. I’m so glad that I got to work with her to find and confirm this apartment.I’m very pleased with my apartment! I love it’s ceilings (completely fell in love) and there’s tons of storage. The complex is clean, it’s location is nice and I’m literally overjoyed.I was really nervous to find an apartment in PG county, based off a previous complex...but in my opinion, I can honestly say that Fountain Club is a hidden gem :)

These apartments are really nice. The neighborhood is very peaceful, quiet and well kept. Ms. Katie the rental specialist at Fountain Club Apartments was so very helpful in assisting me with the application process as well as any other questions and concerns I had. I was able to move in right away and was also given a House Warming Basket which was so very thoughtful. Great Staff and great customer service!

Ms Fathou Thiam the Fountain Club apartment Leasing Professional was very helpful during my application process. She guided me throughout and made the procedure really easy to navigate. Even after the lease and other paperwork was done she still checked in on my move in progress which was and is greatly appreciated.

I’ve been here since May and have killed 4 mice in my apartment. I literally just saw my 5th mice run across my floor. Not to mention the other bugs that jump out at you when you open a drawer or cabinet. My house is very neat and tidy. I have never seen a mouse in a house before. You can hear them running across the ceiling if you are on the 3rd floor. I was told the first couple of times it happened it was because my apartment was vacant for a while before I moved in. But 6 months in? I am leaving on the first train out the door. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Fatou was beyond the best. She helped my husband and I every step of the way of getting our home. Fatou was professional,kind,courteous and attentive. Any questions we had she answered them fast in a timely manner. Thank you Fatou you are the absolute best!

I’ve been here 6 years now and I must say it’s been delightful!! Grounds and hallways are kept immaculate. The Leasing Manager Victor Honba has been especially helpful. He displays excellent residential assistance in all areas of concern for residents with positive results every time. The maintenance crew is sharp led by Juan, Harvey, Ron, Dave and the rest of the crew. I’ve never had to recall on any repair. Those guys are tops!! Keep up the great work Victor and maintenance personnel. You’re very much appreciated!!

My leasing experience has been transparent andtruly amazing thanks to Fatou. Fatou was able to address all my concerns and made me feel welcomed. The property is well maintained and I enjoy coming home to Fountain Club Apartments after a long day at work.

Ive been renting from DC since March 2019 and I can say it has been one of the best places Ive lived EVER. We applied for a 3BR but was not able to get it because the tenants changed their mind at the last moment. We moved to the mid-rise building into a deluxe 2BR. It was great and anytime there was an issue it was corrected RIGHT AWAY. Victor helped us when we moved in to the 2BR and he went above and beyond to help us get into the now 3BR apartment. I am very pleased and can see my self staying here until I am in the position to buy a home... Kudos to FCA 🙌🙌🙌

Originally was a 5 star review, this place was amazing. It appears as though recently all of its good staff have left, apartments fall into disrepair, maintenance unlocks your doors and barges in with no notice. Broken dishwasher I had to fix myself after 4 attempts by the maintinence team. And every complaint goes ignored. If you can find another place to live, do it.

From Beginning to End Fatou was on top of everything, and made moving into Fountain Club very smooth and stress free! It didn’t take days to find out if I was approved, I found out a couple hours later. She was very professional, patient, personable and helpful. Fatou was very clear, and answered any questions I had....not days later but the same day. I will always appreciate her help and despite the craziness of this pandemic, I didn’t have to worry about anything when it came to this move.

Hello just want to share a little insight on my stay here at Fountain Club Apts, I have lived in many apartments in Maryland but this has been the worst that I have ever decided to make my home. Complaints are not handled properly, maintenance takes a long time to respond to calls and then when they call back it on an unknown number so you can’t call them back. The policy that indicates you can’t transfer until you been In your apartment for one year is not explainable, you have neighbors causing problems and you can’t move to get away from disturbances. I cannot explain to you about the activities that are unacceptable. I need to get things resolved or I will be vacating these premises.

I recently moved to fountain Club and with it being my first apartment I was nervous and had doubts, but Christian from leasing made this one of the greatest experiences ever. I would do it all over again with him. He listens, he’s patient, he understands, & he make sure that the residents are happy. I am so happy with my decision and I loveeeee my new home. Thank you sooo much!!!

I have NEVER seen not one roach, ant or mouse in my apartment..unlike other reviews... What I have seen is spiders but the maintenance staff is ON POINT...if my issue is not completed in 24 hrs they are ordering something (or my own scheduling issues)....for the most part, 2-5 hours tops. The building and grounds are impeccably clean. (Im on the front end by the fountains).I would give five stars but I have had issues in the past with communications with Ms. Smith. I think communication is a lot better because several months ago I would have given one star because of how she communicated with me. I definitely find face to face interaction has worked better for us and our relationship is a work in progress!The Assistant Manager I would give 2- stars on her demeanor shes hot & cold. The Senior Manager is professional, friendly and direct; I can respect that....she gets the job done.Its hard to get in touch with the corporate office they simply have the complex call you and because of that, they contribute to a drop star.Mark is professional and polite (front office) and Patrick ( maintenance) and Jose are wonderful..there is another maintenance guy, Melvin also wonderful.Corporate please contact your residents when they call.Honestly, I would give 5 stars if I had not had communication issues. I would recommend the complex..if I can give one bit of advice to new residents it would PAY YOUR RENT ON TIME..or communicate ahead of time.Good Luck!Resident a little less than a year

The staff are friendly and passionate. The grounds are well kept. I give this apartment complex an five stars. Ive lived here almost a year and have not had a problem with any pests which is something to be admired for an apartment complex thats been within the community such a long time. If youre looking for an apartment in a safe community close to almost everything (i.e., metro, library, grocery stores), then this is your place.

Fatou took the time out of her day, due to COVID-19 to provide me with a virtual tour of my new home. I was very pleased too see that throughout the entire process. Whenever I emailed Fatou she responded almost immediately. The building I was placed in was very nice. The neighbors are welcoming and nice. They even offered to help me move my stuff in. Again I haven’t had any issues this far and I don’t plan on any. If your looking to move and you need a fast response look no further. Try Fountain Club. I haven’t seen any issues within the community the grounds are kept nice. Again Thanks Fountain Club staff FATOU AND VICTOR. I feel like I belong here. Am forever grateful and may God bless! I have never had an issue with cleanliness of maintenance. If anything was ever broken it was always taken care of in a timely manner. The office staff is very helpful as well.

When no body would keep rejecting my allocation for an apartment Fountain club give be a scound chance to having my own place again. I saw my apartment the day off signing my less and was very pleased. The apartment was cleaned and ready to move in as they told me it would be. I am very pleased with all their service I received so far. Victor homba was on top of everything call me give me updated and is very and great at what he do. Thanks.

If your looking for an apartment with heat, dont look here. At Fountain Club you will have heatless nights. I am writing to you right now from my apartment with no heat in the winter. I am not one to write reviews but I wish someone wrote this. I would of known to beware and stay far away.

I would not recommend living here they are ridiculously overpriced ! You have to make your own repairs and deal with all kids of pests. The Management is TERRIBLE!!!. This is not a good apartment complex!!!

The one star is because in the beginning of being a resident staff is always pleasant some scared to talk when problems occur maintenance is good most of the time Ms Sonya is excellent with residents However, the account Ms Terry’s Smith is sneaky and a thief for the company when I moved in I requested several problems to be repaired I had rusted and very dirty blinds hanging in my bathroom window mold and mildew around my bathtub completely all my blinds were not cut professionally my stove was used and I had to call maintenance becauseI could not shut the the oven off the knob will not work. Check your entrance door locks before you move in my lock had missing screws. My dishwasher never worked and was squeezed between the sink and the wall which the door of the dishwasher scraped the wall. Tried to repair several times. Cracks were in my bedroom wall they painted over it and a month later the crack came back you can see with a light bulb shining how the walls had so many particles underneath the paint on the walls but you can’t see all theses until you actually move in and put on a light at night otherwise you never will see this doing your inspection before you move in and from natural light. If you move out please wait for a maintenance technician go with you otherwise you be charged for damages that existed before you move in that’s what is happening to me check your kitchen floor for gashes in the floor caused by moving in appliances and cracks on you kitchen counter because you will pay for it if you let it go like I am now when moving out. If you are late for rent Ms T Smith asked me to borrow money from someone to pay my late rent as well and I reported it to Community relations of Southern Management it was unprofessional to ask someone to do that don’t let the grounds fool you and sometimes you could have a dumpster spill by waste management and they will leave trash in front of your apartment facing the parking lot with loud smells they will ignore you to clean it up it’s terrible how they rob you when you move out on exsisting problems you that were already there you might as well don’t clean the carpet because they going to change it and charge you anyway whether it can be cleaned or not otherwise I made my home pleasant to live in with all of the above going on

Do not move here. You will regret your decision.

Really love the complex. I live midrise and really like it so quiet and convenient to shopping and buses and metro rail. Really glad I decided to move back to Maryland even though this time its PG County.

Fountain Club is a great place to live... if you dont mind MICE, ROACHES, ANTS, FUNNY SMELLS, and RUDE PEOPLE. Our first month living here (me and my mother) everything seemed fine. Then suddenly ants took up residence in out kitchen. After we had resolved that problem, everything seemed fine until I went to get a clean plate to eat off of, and saw a HUGE ROACH scurrying behind the cabinet! After that, i saw roaches in the bathroom, my bedroom, and more in the kitchen. But thats not even the worse part. A whole family of mice took residence in our home, and we had maintenance coming in about twice a week to help us. All they did was an effortless once-over of the apartment, and gave us a paper glue trap and told us to call them if we caught the mouse. Well, we caught the mouse, and they came and took it. As soon as the maintenance man left with the dead mouse, we saw ANOTHER one scurry across the floor! Ive seen so many mice living here,of all different sizes, i could probably go the rest of my life without seeing one. The mice chewed up my school project and I had to do it all over again. Now about cleanliness, the elevators are all scratched up and have a constant odor. Someone peed on the elevator floor and on the ground outside of the entrance to our floor and it wasnt cleaned up for about 4 days. We had guests asking about the smell and it was honestly embarrasing, I hated having people over because you never knew what disgusting thing would pop up. I probably had one guest in the whole of living here, out of fear of people seeing a mouse or roach and thinking im dirty. Management is rude, incompetent, lazy, does not care about the wellbeing of their residents. This is the worst experience I have ever had living somewhere. 0/10

Management will not handle complaints. Domestic fights, loud parties, creaking a weak floorboards overhead.. If you want peace and quiet this is not the place.

Terrible place to stay. The management is WICKEDLYINHUMAN, NO HUMAN FACE, Very very unfriendly and unreasonable.I wont advice any one who needs peace to come and live. Fights are regular with tenants.

I won’t recommend this place to live, I had a bad experience with the management personal they don’t treat you like a human, they don’t care if you have a place to stay while they fix their property damages.

Roommate got stabbed & almost carjacked, by a man who wasnt a resident. Management was poor in handling the situation, saying that it was my roommates fought. No security. The people are ratchet and unwelcoming. People sell and do drugs and the community is terrible.
