I like to thank Mrs Tara and Ms Selena for doing a wonderful job at the renter offices they have been wonderful to me they help me solved my problems I was having right a way and both ladys work good as a team keep up the good job

Moved in March of 2021. Front office management was very helpful and understanding through the process. Also any problems I’ve had was taking care of immediately. Maintenance keeps the establishment up and responds to any situation promptly. The property manager Tara is always helpful and available for any needs and made me feel comfortable when choosing to live here. The complex is quite, no drama and clean.

I saw Tara the manager picking up trashes this morning. It feels good to live here.The staff is so nice and responsive. We don’t have no parking issues. Maintenance is so quick!They need like 10 stars!!!

The management team is so friendly and professional and quick with handling all of your requests. They treat you like family and are laid back with everyone. Would definitely recommend to any new residents.

I can’t say much but I am and was absolutely pleased with the treatment received here at Chestnut. Management is the best in the area. They go above and beyond to resolve any issues and above all, the understand and treat you like a human. You will never be disappointed staying here. Would have given more stars ✨ but the had just five 😂 .

Roaches, Roaches, Roaches! Its an up hill battle, Ive been here a yr & have spent a lot of money purchasing items to fight them off & they just keep coming back!
