I have been choose a primary mail for 1-2 day delivery and paid 8 dollar plus tax. But my mail arrived to the address after 7 days :D I e-mailed to the USPS about it but they did not return. Even the standard mail is arriving to the address 7-10 days and price is .80 cent plus tax :D Perfect

They need to update their hours on Google. The listing said they were open Sundays so I drove an hour to get an important package shipped only to find a note on the door with new hours as of 2017.

In what only could be seen as sheer brilliance the Handy street post office has decided to put an Indian fellow named Dilap at the main counter with a very heavy Indian accent. This post office has about five windows but rarely are two even open at the same time. New Brunswick is a heavily populated Spanish speaking town so when you are standing in line you will get to hear two different people not having any clue what the other is saying. Brilliant work again by the USPS !

When u scheduled a redelivery they never ever did it on time!

The indian lady there is so rude, she even didnt give me opportunity to talk and yell at me. I wait this package for more than one week. At first I call the usps service number to ask (Jesus u need to wait half an hour for an phone call!), and then they told me its their mistake to type my address wrong. Thay said they will offer me a re delivery. Then, at the second time I didnt see my package,and I called them again, they said the carrier didnt arrive at the time I scheduled before so they didnt delivery it! They leted me to pick up by my own and give me a wrong address to pick up. As I arrived at this place, the offical personnal told me my package is in different address. When I arrived at this place, I want to explain all that thing, but the indian lady just continually interrupted me there and say so many no to me, did not let me to talk with her. I felt so bad about this place and will never come to there again. Its so hard to be a consumer of usps. The experience of using usps like accompany with the great Joffrey. I never know what will happen in next minutes.

I’ve been on hold for 25 mins, this was my third call!!! And I got hung up on!

There was a spanish lady at the counter, very friendly. Got me my package within mins. Good service. My only problem is their hours, its not convenient for me.

Dont try to call them for help.They will blame you for keeping calling after you do everything you can to reach them for a missing package. Then you know they just ignore you when you call because they dont want to do anything and they pick up the phone finally just because you disturb their nice afternoon. Sorry that I ruined your afternoon but my package had laid at your office for a week for no reason.By the way I dont want to pick it up myself because a post office is to deliver mail.Do your job guys.

The Indian ladies there think they are the most powerful human beings in New Jersey no joke lolllll. I waited in line for like 10min and when it was my turn and put my stuff on the counter, the Indian lady yelled at me saying shes not ready LOL..fire them already jesus

I dont recommend sending your letters here.We send a money order to a specific person, but it ends up in the hand of three people who I dont even know. I put it inside the mailbox and I always double check if it was really inside. I dont know how it ended to three strangers, now my money I send is robbed.It was $2200!!

Insuficient and ineficient personel no bilingual and dont realy try to give a great service

Up until now I was giving USPS the business. But after seeing these spoiled employees. Im never coming back to USPS. Ups FedEx is a way to go.

A few years ago this post office was quite good but with the new hours and the staff that seems like they dont want to be here let alone do any work I really cant recommend it.

I though the reviews were blowing it out of proportion but the staff was absolutely terrible. I called in and once the guy picked up, he just yelled at me and told me to call right back. Didnt feel like bothering with that negativity today..

There is only one lady working i need stand in line for 20mns in line for the pickup of my order.This is not good at all.
