This place is LEGIT! The guy that runs it was raised in the shop and after a tragic fire burned down the old shop, now runs the 2.0 version. They were quick to find me a barber and gave me a quality cut in a timely manner and a reasonable price. Super clean and professional while still providing the good ole hard bottom’ barber shop experience.

Luis was incredibly professional and courteous. When I called to book my appointment he was driving and he pulled over to get me booked- thats dedication. The service was fast, my haircut came out great and Luis was a joy to communicate with.Part of me wants to keep this clean, professional and experienced barbershop a secret because quality barbers are hard to come by but I believe Luis and the guys at Barber Life deserve to be recognized as the best in New Britain.

Been getting my haircut with cheo and luis for 15plus years been to other barbers but always find my way home lol luis been my barber for majority now I bring my son aswell highly recommend The Barber Life !

It’s hard to find a good barber. And when I moved to New Britain I knew no one. One day I met Cheo at a car meet and he mentioned he was a barber. That was roughly 6 years ago. I know people that spend 50-60 on a hair cut. I drive 73 miles (06905) for a haircut. Call 4 days ahead. Books fast

One of the best shops in New britain. Customer and hospitality is great. All the barbers cut awesome.

I contacted them multiple times to make an appointment and they brushed me off and did not reach back out to me when the said they would. Their customer service is not good, I would not recommend!

New barbershop in New Britain with experienced barbers! Cheo - the owner - does amazing work and is really affordable. They do appointments and walk ins! 5 stars!
