I had gone there with my daughter to get our hair done.... Rita did my daughters hair came out awesome however the other stylist that did my hair the other spanish one with the dark did a horrible job on my hair rushed me out of her chair to get to her other client and I had an appointment just like every one else... I felt like she deserved no tip at all.. so I gave my daughter stylist all the tip... you want the tip gotta work for it and make sure your client leaves happy... the best stylish is Rita

Tip: never go to CostCutters. Theyll start screaming at you because you are upset with something and threaten to call the cops on you when you try to defend yourself. I dont well with being yelled at and Im just starting to come down from a panic attack.

This very nice comfy and clean beauty shop is a hidden gem! The hairdressers are very professional, cordial and thoughtful. There is almost no waiting and you are in and out in a jiffy! Great!

Great cut, just as I asked and a great price

My son and I have been going here for years and always get a great haircut no matter who does it. Nice people, good prices.

I had a horrible experience. The person there had no idea what they were doing and messed up my hair. Its patchy in some spots, the back corners not trimmed correctly. She didnt even ask me if I wanted the sideburns trimmed. Didnt clean up any of the edges. Didnt fade anything, like I asked. She seemed disinterested and just in a rush to get me out of the door, even though there was no one else waiting. Supposedly she has been cutting hair for 18 years, but this is the worst haircut Ive ever gotten. It looks terrible. I had to go to a different place just to clean up the hack job they did. Im never going here again.

The stylist had absolutely no idea what she was doing to my hair it turned basketball orange then they had me come back and retouch the color and it looked EVEN WORSE! Then when i called later on that day the manager told to me to come back in and theyll fix it for another $50 when i had already paid $90 then i asked if i could have another person do she told me to go eff myself then hung up.... I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS SALON AT ALL VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

We sat there for a half hour and only one hair Stylist working then she said it was going to be another 35 mins.

Im sorry this was a terrible experience. My son got a haircut that wasnt what he asked for, and somehow they made it seem like his fault. Wouldnt refund him his money, and started talking to us like we were idiots. Disappointed.
