Ive had Carolyn and her team prepare my tax returns for the past five years. Her service has always been great - very professional. Considering how busy her team gets during tax filing season, her crew does an incredible job.

Carolyns office has been doing our taxes for quite a few years, and they have always done a wonderful job.

We have been with Carolyn Sexton for about 6 years now since they were in Universal City. The service was great until the original owner passed away and they moved to New Braunfels. After the move, the service started to slowly decline. We always turned in our papers a few months early and they would always have our papers ready in April.This year was the worst. They didnt bother to send us the pre-file paperwork that they usually sent; we had to call them and request it. We turned in our paperwork back in late Feb and they still havent finished our packet. We also had a particular filing question that we needed their advice on. Not only did they not tell us what information we needed to provide, they tried to blame us for not providing them all the information they needed.They were rude on the phone and terrible with customer service. Now, Im worried that they might do shoddy work on our tax papers and either not get us our full refund, or cause us to get audited. For this kind of concern, we could have done the work ourselves.On 21 APRIL, she told me she would NOT sign our tax paperwork at all! Now were screwed and have to scramble for an alternative for this year.DO NOT use their services.

Very reliable and timely.

This year was the first time I had to file a corporation tax return. It was nerve racking but Carolyn walked us through it. It took awhile to get everything in place for everyone is busy but we got it done!
