Professional, quick and awesome. We used them to remove a possum. Erik came out and he was outstanding. He humanly removed the possum, sealed and up the whole. I highly recommend them.

Horrible inspections, I had them come twice to view my property in July (once and employee once an owner), both times they stated there was no rodents and no need for treatment. Not only did I get a video of one jumping on my countertops the next month but this week we found multiple holes in our walls. Icluding a hole in our pantry from the attic. We have also had to get rid of 6 (so far) baby rats that our cat has caught from a nest under our fridge. This is the reason Im writing a review now. That incorrect inspection has led to damage to our house.

Appointment was supposed to be between 3-5. Got a call at 1 that the guy was running earlier than expected and could be here by 1:45 - 1:50. He arrived at 1:40, explained everything in detail before beginning, letting us know that he was putting the gel down that would kill the queen, showed my husband everywhere he placed it, wore shoe covers in our house (which may seem trivial but we just moved into a new house so we’d like to keep our carpets as nice as we can for as long as we can haha.) I called FOUR different places (just went down the line on Google) and none of them answered. These guys answered on the 2nd ring, immediately gave me pricing and had my appointment set, which was great. If we ever have another pest problem this will 100% be the place we call.

Quarterly pest control is included with our property rental. We have had MPC service our home for the past few years now and havent had hardly any issues with any seasonal pests. Usually when we do, its minor insects and its usually around when its time for the next quarterly service anyway. Service happens and back in control within next day or two. Very easy to work with my busy work schedule; service is safe, fast and effective.
