Brandi (owner) and Jamie (employee) are awesome. I have multiple business mail and boxes delivery daily, and they are the best! My mail is always sorted and ready and they are very friendly. I am happy that I have my mail delivered here and can rest assured that it is always safe. I would recommend this business ten times over to anyone looking for a private mailbox (not PO Box) address as well as additional mail services. Thanks Brandi and Jamie!

I have a small e-commerce business based locally, selling lots of shoes online. I had been scheduling pickups from Usps to my warehouse and the pickups were routinely skipped. When the pickups were actually done, packages many times came up lost or would take up to 2 weeks in usps possession to actually be scanned in. This was out of my control and caused serious customer satisfaction issues in the business and for a tax paid post office is unacceptable service. After starting dropping off packages at American Mail Center all of my orders are being scanned in and tracking within 24 hours of being dropped off. Not sure what’s going on with the local post office but I’d prefer this place any day!
