Awesome customer service. Stopped by in a hurry, explained what I needed, and the lady took care of it right away and even got my package there a day sooner.
Fed ex posts that package is out for delivery Friday. Package wasnt delivered and fed ex claims no one home. I was home all day waiting for package, no one came nor did they leave a notice. No accountability for their service. I called and finally talked with a human. She apologized several times and asked if I wanted to go pick up package. Im a disable veteran and its hard for me to get around. What good is this delivery company if they cant deliver?
The lady at the front counter was not wearing a mask and the front doors do not open properly and she will just stare at you waiting outside. Then she says she cant print out a label for you. I feel like she just doesnt want to help out. I went to another location and they were nice and let me email the label and they printed it. I find it hard to believe that that location cant print a label. FedEx might want to look into the customer service skills of the lady working today 1/15/21
Horrible. I paid to have my medication delivered yesterday by 10:30am. My package didnt come at 10:30am. Online FedEx said that it would still arrive yesterday by the end of the day. But I couldnt find out what time or what the latest delivery time was. I waited until midnight and nothing came. The next morning I stopped the package at the delivery terminal so that I didnt have wait to for it to arrive. Online it showed the package at the terminal. I went to the terminal and they told me the package was sent for delivery. I paid for it to be delivered 25 hours earlier than it was delivered. When I called to get a refund I was told the shipment was held up due to Coronavirus and because of that they couldnt give me my money back. Sounds like BS to me, Caronavirus didnt suddenly happen I asked for it to be delivered 1year after Caronavirus hit.
We’ve had nothing but problems with this shipment center! We arrange for very important packages (necessary medication for my child’s wellbeing) to be delivered on certain days so that we will be home to receive the package..because again, it’s medication my kid needs to live!! The driver does not even attempt to deliver our packages but notes that an “attempt was made” and then sends it back to the facility. We are home, waiting on our package and no one has come to our house. When questioned by the pharmacy why they did not deliver the package they said it was “unsafe” for the driver. We live on a long gravel “country” road and believe that the driver doesn’t want to take the time to drive out here. Instead of telling us the reason, they lie and say they attempted to deliver it and then send it back. Just to do the same thing all over again the next day!! This is unacceptable!!!
Had a package that went out Friday for next day delivery, its now Wednesday and I still havent received it. Tuesday they said they attempted delivery but that wasnt true because I have cameras around my building and I was there all day and there was no one. This is pathetic service. The phone service is just as bad. I could barely understand the guy and he had less information than me. I wish amazon had a delivery service outside of their products.
Bought and shipped a package. Now the original mistake was mine transposing two of the numbers in the address. But I contacted 800# and they assured me it was changed and it would be delivered. All the while, package on delivery truck that day. Next day came, no package. Says could not be delivered due to incorrect address. Called 800# again. 35 minutes goes by before anyone picked up. And then the line went silent for 10 minutes right after I was asked how they could help. Then line disconnected. Called back two more times and each time someone would pick up, line would disconnect. Cannot reach store after 530pm apparently. They lied. Driver didnt notice change. Not sure. But they have had issues over the years from this location and deliveries. Still not better.

I’ve given this location many chances and each time the service has been RUDE. I really hate giving negative reviews but I understand honest feedback in important. There’s always only one person working. I’ve waited a good amount of time for someone to just come to the counter a couple of time. I will be heading to UPS that is just around the corner from now on.
They didnt have what I needed sadly but the people who work there are very friendly.

I am a mobile notary in the new Braunfels area and I use this FedEx express location all of the time. It’s last fed ex express pick up is at 7 PM, which is very important for mortgage documents. Title companies rely on next day delivery and FedEx express comes through every time! I would highly recommend fed ex express. Their other location off of IH 35 near S. Seguine Ave. has a express pick up at 5 PM which I use quite frequently also. They are friendly and professional at both locations.
The store attendant lady was super nice. It was a fast trip in and out.
My visa package did not arrive due to the company using a New driver who did not even try to deliver my package. I was told they would call me later but I had to drive there on my own to find out about this. Its a terrible company and the Manager should be terminated
A prime example of corporate non sense. Senders restrictions prohibited holding my package at the location over night. So instead they tried to deliver while im at work when I was cable of picking up the package after work from the center. Any shipping service is better than FedEx
I sat there for 30 min waiting for someone to greet me, only for them to come and be rude to me about my large package. If there are no sensors in that room to tell them I’m here leave someone up front to greet.

I had something faulty come up with an electronic and had to mail it back; I came here and it was the easiest process ever to get a box and send what I needed, then on top of that the lady at the front desk was nice and helpful.
Package was delivered to this location and signed for by an employee upon trying to pick up the package he told me he surrendered it to a 3rd party unaffiliated with FedEx Express.
Worst customer service EVER!!!I will NEVER use fed ex again.They have been so rude and I’ve been waiting for 4 days for my package.And this happened on my BIRTHDAY and they ruined my whole week.DON’T USE FED EX. SAVE YOURSELF.
WORST SERVICE - AVOID! My package arrived in the early hours on a Saturday but they are too lazy to deliver so they moved it to Monday. Then Monday rolls around and they move my delivery to Tuesday. I work from home so I worked close to door since my package required ID and signature. As it got later and no one had came by, I walked over and open my front door to make sure they hadnt left my package on porch and found a note saying another attempt would be made to deliver my package . The FedEx driver never even knocked on my door! My hyper alert dog was right by my side and we were feet from the door. How careless and lazy can you be!?? I called their 800 # since you cant even call directly into the location that is delivering your package - and they could care less. All they said was sorry and they would try to get a message to the New Braunfels FedEx location and that the location tries to get a message out to the driver within the next 2 hours! Really?! The carrier had just left my house not even 10 min ago. WORTHLESS and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!
Very helpful folks with great new technologies making shipping so much easier. I dont do much shipping with them for personal reasons but I would when the need arises. I work with a courier service that interfaces with these folks quite often and they definitely make my life easier in terms of documentation.
Was not a full service center and the girl working was rude.
Very lazy service. I recieved a message stating my package cant be delivered as the recipients business is closed. This is being delivered to a residential home not a business. I reached out they said it was due to our address not showing up we live in subdivision that has had no issues with deliveries for 5 years. The 1-800 number provided in the message cant reach the facility to confirm a pickup for the package poorly managed lazy facility.
Hopefully will never have to visit this location again

I paid for 2 day guaranteed service for a package to be delivered by Friday. The tracking showed it would be delivered on Monday late due to weather,even though there were clear skies. Then the tracking showed it was attempted delivery on a Saturday but I was not home. But I was home all day. I called the fed ex national number and was told that the Saturday delivery was not correct, that there was no attempt. Monday I get a call from this local fed ex office and was told they could not find my house which is funny because the Thursday before they delivered a package my mother sent me. I had to drive 30 miles to pick up my package. When I got there they said since I came to pick it up they would not refund my money...........they lied,got caught,lied again and then stiffed me. A carrier pigeon could have done a better job.

I paid for overnight shipping on a Tuesday and it had been 6 days before the package delivery was attempted. I received a notification while I was sitting in my living room that the delivery was attempted but the business was closed! The driver never rang the doorbell or anything! I called and I cant get my package until the next day which will now be 7 DAYS for an OVERNIGHT Shipping service that I have paid for. This seems to be a common problem if you read other reviews. I wish I could only use UPS because every time I order something and the seller uses FedEx it takes forever and there are always problems with the driver on my route being lazy!
Had one attendant and waited for about 25 minutes in line then another gentleman walked in and got served right away because she knew him but they never brought another person out on the counter so it took you 30 minutes to get in and out and pick up a package terrible
I was in town on business and picking up a print job that I emailed this location weeks prior. They were very helpful getting everything right and taking care of this job. Thanks!
IThe information was delivering was at 9am then 12pm nothing, called 1-800 and now the delivery is 4:30pm - 6pm and still nothing, called 1-800 again, now oh the Center closed at 2:30pm and no delivering till Monday, why didnt the first customer service give me the information at the beginning and having to wait all day. A very stressful day

When you absolutely, positively have to have it overnight - use USPS 2 day shipping because it will be there in 2 days. FedEx overnight takes 6-8 days.
Walked in. There is no attendant or employee working behind the counter. Dude in line said he was waiting there for 5 minutes. Walked right out. Going to UPS instead. F this place

Wosrt customer service!! MY package w and s suppose to be delived on Monday before 1030. 3 days later and I still havent recieved my package.
Lazy attendant said she could not get my package for me that she did not have the manpower yet she didnt want my tracking number or any of my information, 1800# said she could retrieve the package. She again simply said no.

Absolutely the WORST SERVICE from Amazon, by way of FEDEX. I have had nothing but trouble with FEDEX NOT being able to deliver our packages. We are NOT on GPS and the driver MUST not know New Braunfels. They stated that the driver left a tag on the door (no tag), AND the business was closed ( we area residence.
Cannot deliver to correct address, says nothing there. Strange we have lived there two years

They said they attempted delivery and they never even came by... now I have to drive 45 minutes out to go pick it up because they won’t allow anyone else pick it up for me. Very inconvenient, they are unwilling to work with you as well.

Lazy driver decided to take the day off early and not deliver an overnight package I really needed.Called the customer service location, only to find out the branch that was supposed to deliver my package was closed. The driver claimed he came out and my business was closed. I am a residential customer, plus there was no tag left for a delivery attempt. Ridiculous.Terrible ZERO STARS,
Terrible service,,, tracking said package was delivered but it never arrived. Had to call customer service three times since they didnt want to call me to keep me updated on what may have happened to my overnighted letter that contained an important check.
Whats the point of overnight delivery with guaranteed delivery by 3pm if it never happens? Package sent overnight with documents that had to be taken care of the day of delivery and turned in by 5pm. Now I have to pay extra fees because Fedex has never delivered to me on time.

I have waited for TWO DAYS for a package to be delivered from Schertz. They cannot tell me where my package is or why it hasnt been delivered. This is the second time this has happened. Terrible customer service.
