This is one of the absolute WORST job placement agencies EVER! They are not honest about the duration of the assignment. They are under staffed and will NOT return a phone call or a text. They will not find work for you no matter how available you are. Do yourself a favor and find work for yourself (ie. Indeed, Careerbuiler, Zip recruiter, etc.)

My experience with Express was very pleasent. Stacey Smith was very helpful and was willing work with me some of the issues i had. she made sure that if i had any questions, she would assist me in getting the answers. Something i found very nice. Im glad to have came to Express

It was only minutes after I arrived that i was taken to the back. Everything was explained to detail and they made sure that everything was understood and that I didnt walk out without knowing what was needed. People were very nice and well respected.

Edit: was 5 stars and now I wouldnt recommend working for them. They dont care. They got me into a job quickly but I had issues with the job. So I called them and was never called back. Then when I went into the office the staff wouldnt come out to talk to me. I found it rude and disrespectful. I told them to take me off their list.

My experience was more than I expected. Unbeknownst to me I had a separate appointment in their building on March 9th, the as they are a location for IDENTOGO and had completed an application on their website for employment the night before.Once I had my appointment completed, I inquired about my job application with one of their Reps. (I wish I remembered her name, I’ll have to go back haha). I was asked to wait and that one of her colleagues will be with me shortly.As I wasn’t expected, the Employment Specialist, Stacey Smith, greeted me and quite courteously asked me to wait as they were about to have a meeting.When she returned we went through my profile and she matched me to a job on the spot that I will start in a week.Stacey also took the time to make sure I was fully educated as much as possible on areas of the job, my personal situation and any expectations or concerns I brought up.Having been job searching for more than a month, I was relieved at how smoothly Stacey and Express Employment Professionals made the process and would recommend the company solely based on this initial experience.

This woman julie sent out a mass text this morning that i was a recipient of... I called the number to be removed from the list. She assures me that i wasnt being charged for her help, and that i can NOT be removed from her list. I would have to talk to texas workforce for that. I politely asked that she remove me from her list again, and she explained ro me that she didnt give a gd about me or my job, and that she was doing hers. Although she did offer me a job at the san marcos library that started on nov. 16, the downside is that the job ended on nov. 20th. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

I am taking the time to leave this review because I want to comment about one particular employee there. I have been working with Express since November of last year and have been over all very happy with this agency. I called and was told to come in and fill out an application so I went in the next day and filled out an application and did an interview and was working a great job immediately. Since I have been working there I have been in touch with Mrs. Penny and Paula C. who were both helpful and professional, but the main reason Im leaving this review is to point out an exceptional employee, Courtney Williams! I believe she is relatively new to the location but since the very first time I had contact with her she has always been helpful, polite, and professional. One thing that makes her stand out and exceptional at her job is that she goes way above and beyond what I would have expected. The thing that truly makes the difference though is her sincerity in helping. Thank you Courtney for always treating me with respect and helping me with finding work. Also I did I hear a couple of temporary employers of Courtneys efficiency and professionalism. I hope my post is seen by management and that they recognize that I took the time to write this review about an exceptional employee, Courtney Williams.

Every time I go into Express everyone is friendly and super helpful. Courtney is awesome! She got me set up with a job I really like and she makes sure everything is still going great every week. I highly recommend Express in NB.

Everytime I go into Express all the staff members are very welcoming and helpful. I have never had an issue with working with Express I have experienced great service. Roxanne on the SA office is amazing and helps everyone with finding them work. I refer so many people that live in the SA area to her. Courtney in the New Braunfels office is also very helpful and friendly. I refer many people to see her Im the New Braunfels area.

Courtney is very helpful and knowledgeable about work and making sure that, whatever job you take is right for you. The office staff is very friendly and easy to talk to and get information from.

I am pretty disappointed by this company. I applied online and received an email to set up a phone interview. It was scheduled for today at 9:20am, I was really looking forward to it. So 10:00am rolls around, I still have no call from Express. I decided to call them to make sure my date and time were correct for the interview. Sure enough, I was correct. I was told that the woman who was to call me wasnt in the office and that I would be called once they found out what was going on. Here I am, two hours past my scheduled time with NO call. Not even an email letting me know they werent going to call or to reschedule.This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Especially for someone who was looking for a new job. This makes me question their ability to place me for a job.

Came in to interview. Greeted with a strong handshake. +1 competent and prepared interviewer +1 asked direct questions +1 listened +1, maintained anaopen, non-limited-mindset +1, and overall, gave an efficient interview process.

Terrible staff. The people take forever. This one employee was on the phone with someone in the hospital and she made fun of the person after they hung up. Not good to be talking to someone in front of a bunch of people.

I had to get fingerprints for the renewal of my license and the lady who helped me was very friendly. I failed to get her name but the process was easy and was done with minimal wait time.

My brother in law recently started working for a contractor through Express Employment. The first day on the job he was harrassed while in a bathroom with someone throwing excrement over the stall! As he used the restroom!!! I mean is this place elementary?!The staffing office is closed on weekends and he was not able to report the incident to Express till Monday, today.He calls to report and a woman named Penny said she cant help him because he didnt report it within 24 hours! How the hell do you make a report to a closed office?!! She obviously couldnt give a damn and gave my brother n law the cold shoulder.😠My brother n law is a reserved, quiet person who keeps to himself, does not cause problems. He deserved to be able to at least make a report and open an investigation. What kind of agency tolerates this type of conduct in a workplace!!After reading the other reviews its now obvious this staffing agency is a big classless joke and should be shut down. Seems they would rather hire a bunch of childish brainless morons with little to very low intelligence with no capacity to act like a human being much less adults.From the other reviews, many others have had problems with Penny or have gotten no help from her. I will be sure and let everyone I know seeking work now or in the future to never sign on with Express Employment!This place needs an overhall, fire all of the worthless staff there especially Penny or do these poor job seekers a favor and shut your business down!

Horrible place to find I job and un professional, I have been week after week calling and applying on there web page and knowing there office has positions and not ones they help me with I job, I sent today I the wrong resume and instead of telling me politely that it was incomplete she just said fyi that is not I resume very unprofessional.

If there is another location within driving distance, go there! Sitting in the waiting room writing this review to get fingerprinted for my insurance license. Currently 20 mins past my appointment time. This is also my second attempt to get this done at this location. Last time I sat waiting for 45 minutes and had to reschedule my appointment because I could not wait any longer. This place is horrible.
