Very disappointed in the service received from this company. I went in and met Clarissa last Friday morning. She was beyond friendly and helpful. She had reached out to her boss to get me an interview and told me they have several job openings and that there is no reason why I shouldn’t have something by the start of the next week. After speaking what I needed pay wise she was aware and explained that shouldn’t be a problem. My experience is in the medical field and that is what will pay more. Friday goes by and half of Monday and I still had not been contacted regarding an interview. I called Clarissa and was told she is looking into it and will get back to me. I never heard back. I then called multiple times on Tuesday and she was not yet in office. I emailed her instead and was told there was a job over an hour away for over three dollars less than we had discussed. She said she would check the listing and get back to me. I never heard back from her Tuesday. I reached out to her via email on Wednesday and never got a response. She understood how urgently I needed work and made it seem like it would be an immediate hire response. After days wasted and discouragement I’m not panicking for work elsewhere. I do not recommend this place simply because of their lack of communication and false hope with empty leads. A temp agency put in place to help individuals should at least keep them in the loop about the status of their search even if they don’t see anything available at the time—not to mention their website shows over five jobs I’m more than qualified for. Again very disappointed with the customer service here. It may not be Clarissa’s fault that her employer never reached out to me but as a whole the company has failed.

Overall I had a great experience. The process was done in a very timely fashion, Richard was very helpful with any questions I had. If anyone is looking for work I definitely recommend stoping by, Reliable Staffing is the way to go.

I once had a good experience at this agency, but as of late, I am disappointed. I applied in the office 3+ weeks ago and haven’t gotten a single call until last Monday, and they told me they found me a job starting immediately. I left my other temp job doing hard labor for this one thinking I had a solid temp, changed clothes, went to the location only to find out I was given the wrong address, and then the real address was an hour away at a plant. I got there finally, a 3 hour process at this point, and was interviewed for 20 minutes and sent on my way. I called the recruiter who sent me all of this info, Samantha, who said she was going to follow up with him and return my call. No apology for the missed work pay, wasted gas, and empty lead. A week later, no returned call. Nothing. When you lose a stable income to pay your bills it can be the most stressful experience. People need -reliable- service from recruiters. We shouldn’t have to blow your phone up, or be put in situations where we lose integral money to survive because we trusted staffers who don’t verify the specifications of their leads.

I applied with Reliable Staffing and was able to find employment within a few days of applying. I was a little reluctant because of some of the reviews but looks like they have hired NEW staff and their customer service was great. I would recommend them to anyone since I had a great experience.

Do not use this company if you want an old unit repaired. The technician was Alan. All he was interested in was selling me a new unit. It was obvious once I made it clear I wanted the old unit fixed he was inept at best or a crook at worst. When he found the unit empty of Freon he did not change the unit to find the leak. But wasted time checking components that I did not need. He gave me a quote of 1000.00 to fix the unit. I called another company who found and repaired the leak plus recharged the unit for 600.00. If you have an old unit don’t take a chance of this company damaging it. Would have given a no stars if possible.

Richard is so professional and kind he always answered any questions I had and I could tell he genuinely cares about both employers and employees he is bridging together. Thanks for ever Mr. Richard and Reliable Staffing for all you’re help!!

Awful service. Woman on the phone is loud, rude and wants your whole social, only to hang up on you while youre on hold for the 3rd time in 5 minutes. All you want is your W-2 for the work you unfortunately had to do for Reliable last year but all they want is your personal information and to waste your time. As unprofessional as you can get.
