NB Glass was easy to work with and had the best prices I could find on custom shower glass. They sent me an estimate based on my measurements along with a diagram for verification, had their guys come measure and order the glass, and then had the custom glass delivered and installed in only less than 2 weeks! I had no complaints and will definitely hire NB Glass again and will continue to refer them to friends!

Great customer service! The two young men that came out, Josh and Ben, were very professional and kind. They removed builder grade bathroom mirrors quickly and were careful to not damage anything. I only gave a four because I havent been able to use my new doors yet. They look great (thanks for the idea Pinterest) and the gentleman that installed them was very meticulous about them being level (he had four different size levels and checked every way possible.) He even waited till the next day to complete so he did not risk knocking the fixed door out of place while they completed everything. They even were able to install sooner than the estimated time frame which really made me happy.

Josh and Jerom came out, measured and installed over 20 glass shelves for our cabinets and built-ins in our home. They did an amazing job. Everything fit perfectly and looks beautiful. They were professional and courteous and went above and beyond in answering questions and ideas and just overall friendly! I recently remodeled my shower/tub area and then hired NBglass to install shower glass. They damaged my newly installed shower wall (that was never used) and are refusing to fix. They state in their response - in our policy booklet that was emailed to you, we will not be held liable for damage done to our install. Seriously? I had a perfect! PERFECT! shower until NB Glass touched my shower. DO NOT USE THEM! GO ELSEWHERE! No where did I state I would not pay for services rendered... what I said was how did you expect payment for a job not complete. Please check correspondence before making claims. I have proof of the damage. Do you have proof that I am refusing to pay. Dont forget you are the one who offered installment. Guilty conscious?

We had an estimate and agreed to a quote to install mirrors for our recent Bathroom(s) Re-Model.We had an agreement on 6 Mirrors to be installed (upstairs and downstairs bathrooms) When we called to have them install the other 3 mirrors we were quoted for (they were aware we would be calling for the install of the other 3 when we had completed the renovation downstairs) When the remodel work was complete, they were called out. Upon arrival, they told us they were only installing the 3 they had put up. In looking at over our invoices, they were ENORMOUSLY different from our estimate/agreement. In trying to rectify this, we sent their workers back with all paperwork we had up to this point, including our original quote and desired specs for mirrors, etc. I had heard nothing back over this last month and decided to check in. In asking what was going on and how we could come to a solution for this, I was dealt with very unpleasantly, and told that it ultimately fell on us because we had paid for what they invoiced us for. The lady I spoke with could not give me a straight answer as to providing paperwork who authorized (SIGNED) the changes, saying this was on the last office worker who was no longer there, and ultimately said it was our fault for not catching it on the invoice. The thing is, we did catch it, paid for it, and did not receive what we requested.A lot of excuses and no solutions for sure...I would advise to stay away from this company! Not even willing to work with us because of THEIR inadequacy to follow through on this mishap or take ownership, and was hung up on because I stated FACTS that seemingly annoyed their office manager. Beyond unprofessional.I would expect being hung up on from high-school children not adults...

We had our shower updated to frameless, and the result is a fantastic new shower which seems much larger than before. The install crew was meticulous in removing the old glass and installing and aligning the new enclosure. I can really appreciate the craftmanship involved after watching how precise the glass placement has to be to have a fantastic final product. Special thanks to Mayela in the office for fulfilling our needs which we first communicated to NB Glass a full year ago. The install technicians are definitely top notch.

Had NB Glass repair a broken bedroom window. Someone came out, measured and gave me an estimate. They ordered glass and set up time when glass came in. They had old window glass out and new one replaced and cleaned in less than 30 minutes. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and would use them again.

I have a custom shower which required 2 unique custom glass shower doors. I was in the area so just walked into the NB Glass shop and immediately received great service. They came out and measured the shower the next day as scheduled and provided some positive advice on installation and design. The glass was custom ordered, delivered on-time and installed as discussed. It was terrific service and very good communication during the entire process. I was out of town a lot during this process and they worked flexibly with my schedule. Great job all around and pricing was less than 2 other shops. I recommend using New Braunfels glass for your custom glass needs.

Horrible customer service. If I wanted a estimate over the phone, I would not call to have someone come out! If driving from NB to Mystic Shores is to much to ask, then Ill take my business to someone whod like my business now and in the future.
