Andy made the magic happen!! We had a huge kitchen remodel project. He Organized all the subcontractors seamlessly and got the project done quickly! Timely, honest, hardworking, and wonderful at dealing with my innate attention to detail. Made me feel like it was his life’s purpose to make sure I was 10000% happy with the job. He only deals with the BEST subs. Totally recommend!! My kitchen is my happy place now! 🥰

I started using Andy when he first started Consider it Done! He has since spoiled me. In fact, hes the only person my late husband would allow to do work around our house. Hes done a variety of jobs including staining our deck and cabana. His crew painted our ranch fence as well as rebuilt our chimney. I still call him for small jobs despite the fact I know hes now doing large kitchen and bathroom remodels. Hes always there for me

No hesitation – 5 stars for Consider It Done and Andy Lavash.We recently upgraded appliances and realized that the wiring and breakers were too small for our new cooktop and double ovens. I called Andy, he arrived right on time and he gave me an extremely fair price. We live in Rockwell Ranch and I know that some contractors take advantage of people in this neighborhood ... Nothing could be further from the truth with regards to Consider It Done. The work was completed on time and with extreme attention to detail. For any future projects, Andy is the only guy calling.

Completely remodeled two bathrooms. Andys crew and all others that worked on demo, plumbing, electrical, tile, etc. were always very professional and friendly. He went out of his way to make sure that countertops were installed when the suppliers cutting machine broke. Always prompt and responds quickly to any questions.

Used them twice and recommend them hands down. Will use them for future work. Very professional and honest. Great customer service and first rate work.

I’ve heard it often said: ‘The only thing more expensive than doing itright…is doing it twice.’ I called Consider it Done, made an appointmentand Andy promptly showed up. We had a nice visit and he provided me with aprice for our large tile project. I did get another bid and frankly it wasless than Andys; I went with the other company that was a mistake. Theguys I hired did a marginal/incomplete job, were paid in full and neverreturned. Frustrated, I again called Consider it Done. Andy returned. Wedeveloped a plan and it was finally completed correctly.

Very pleased with quality of painting at both office locations that Andy did. He arrived with his contractors, checked on quality of the work, and checked with myself and another person overseeing one of the locations. I refer Andy to all my friends and family and appreciate that he puts quality first!

Andy was great to work with. They went above and beyond what we asked him to do. He painted much of the inside of our house and the entire outside. They also pressure washed the driveway and sidewalks and didn’t charge me for that. The transformation on our house was amazing!! We were having Andy update our house so that we could put it on the market to sell. Once we put it on the market, we had three offers within a week and we accepted an offer that was above list price. Comments that came back from prospective buyers was that the house looked brand new. The work that Andy did definitely gave me a great return on my investment. Andy is the best! We needed some carpet replaced in our new house and he was able to accommodate the next week (the carpet I choose took that long to get in). He offered his advice on what pad to get and even took the time to come to the old house to show us samples! We will definitely be working with him again!

Andy was absolutely rude I would never recommend him to anyone his character was off-putting. When he arrived to my home I asked him if he has a face mask to wear his response was I dont believe in that conspiracy and I told him well I dont allow anyone inside my house without wearing a face mask as I was about to offer a disposable one to him he said suit yourself and walked away. I did not ask for his opinion on covid-19 out of respect he should have accommodated my request he certainly is the type of person that does not care about his clients and does not have respect for them. He only made my decision easier on whom Im going to hire to do renovations. I would have placed zero stars but it wont allow me to so I had to put one star just to put my review on here.

Working with Andy at Consider It Done has been fantastic! They installed a heritage brick area at our school and worked with us on design and timeline as well as ensuring the final results were all we had imagined!! Looking forward to working with them again!

After a long journey of finding our forever home, God blessed us with the perfect one for our family. It just needed to move from the 90’s to present day! :D. CID was one of several referrals given to me. Andy was the first to respond to my message during a holiday weekend. That was my first indication of Andy’s great work ethic and professionalism. I was given a complete detailed bid for all the work and after other bids came in along with timelines, we were happy to go into contract with CID shortly thereafter! The crews were courteous and respectful which I appreciated very much!! We had a lot of work going on downstairs! Demo, painters, electricians, flooring, tile and counter tops, and some carpentry. Given the amount of work that took place, the time line was truly quick! We LOVE our remodel!! We love our updated and transformed forever home! Our friends and family cannot get over the transformation! I would gladly work with CID again and would recommend them for any remodel/Reno needs. 😊

Needed help with a small project at church and Andy was able to accommodate the very next day. He was running early and called to verify the time change would be okay. He and his team are very professional and great workers.

If I could give ZERO stars to this company. Working with this company has been a COLOSSAL MESS!!! From the first meeting to phone calls and text messages to the last interaction via email, NOTHING has been completed as expected. I was never given a written detail of the requested work. I asked for documentation and was told they dont give written documentation on such small jobs. The materials that were dropped off the day before work was to commence was obviously NOT enough to complete what I wanted done. Come to find out there was a misunderstanding on the part of CID of what the job was. If there had been communication in writing this could have been avoided easily. When I said I would not pay them without an invoice they emailed a letter head with a bottom line figure on it....no detail at all. This company in my opinion is very unprofessional.

Andy truly is great! He did everything we asked him and then some! And came up with excellent solutions for some of our projects around the house. I loved working with him and will hire him again in a heartbeat!

Todd and Andy have a done a bunch of work for us...a total home remodel to anADA compliant bathroom remodel on a rental property. They are very professional and do a fantastic job!

CiD did a remodel of about 75% of our home. This include the following: Walls removed, walls moved, laundry moved, new floors, paint, sheetrock, doors, counter tops and all the detail work. The work was done in 5 weeks and there was never a single day that at least one person was not here working. Mostly done by 5:00 pm with a few 6:00 pm days and a couple Saturdays.

Wow!!! Wish Andy and Todd could come back tomorrow! What more can I say??? They can do anything that needs doing, and I highly recommend!
