A lovely venue for any event! My sister had her wedding here and it was so beautiful! The staff was EXTREMELY friendly, courteous, and efficient in their work. This venue has been very reasonable and responsive when dealing with changes and alterations with COVID-19 this time around. The place was very clean and all staff was working diligently to create a safe experience for all of our guests that evening. Everything turned out beautiful and I would consider having my own wedding there!

My wife and Is wedding was phenomenal. Location, landscaping, upkeep of the buildings, and overall experience was top notch. Truly happy we chose this place for our special day. But I need to address three issues. 1. They took the food to fast from our tables. Many guests including my wife and I never finished our meals. The staff should have asked each guest if they were done. 2. The top piece of the cake was misplaced somewhere between the guests and staff. Should have been handed to myself or my wife to prevent this problem. 3. They closed the soda bar to early. Other than that I highly recommend this place.

The Location was Beautiful ❗. But the catered Food was Disappointing, Chicken was Dry, Broccoli 🥦 was Tough and Old and Not Eatable, potatoes and salad were better. The Cakes were Yummy. I would like to know if you will give Deborah and Harold some sort of Refund, since Chicken and Broccoli were uneatable ❓. I would Appreciate a reply.

It is the perfect spot for a Hill Country wedding! I have had the honor to photograph several events here and the grounds are immaculate. The staff is always helpful and so kind. I would highly recommend booking your event there.

Beautiful venue and very responsive staff! My husband and I are beyond happy with how everything turned out for our wedding. Elizabeth was our coordinator and made sure everything went very smooth. Super helpful. We have received endless amounts of compliments about how beautiful the venue is inside and out. Very clean and well kept up with. This venue was incredible! Absolutely beautiful and very accommodating to our needs for my friends wedding. They had a phone number we could call if we had any issues, and as it came closer to start time a staff person came.and checked on us regularly. We arrived at 9am for a 6pm service and were out around midnight. Theres a stage for performers, and two separate areas to get ready (for grooms party and bridal party).

We had our wedding here on April 9th, 2021 and had the best day! Shelby, our day of coordinator was EXCELLENT. She went above and beyond for us, never appeared overwhelmed, went with the flow and was very nice. Annie, who took over as the GM of the venue just a couple months prior to our wedding was a pleasant addition and worked hard to catch up on things we had questions about, as well as suggestions for our special day. Only reason this was not a 5 star is because, just like most wedding venues everything extra comes at a cost, and is not the fault of the people running this venue, but that it is a corporation. It costs another $500 to add an hour to your full day rental of the property that actually is from 12pm - 11pm. So we paid for an extra hour to ensure we had enough time to setup so our families would have time to get ready before the ceremony. This was also to give us some extra time to get all of our things out of the venue by 11pm sharp that evening. Again, nothing against the people who work there, just a little misleading on a full day rental.

Good place for wedding or adult party. Seats around 200- 250? Country western atmosphere, Limestone brick with wood interior. The back opens up to possibly a backyard wedding or ceremony.

Great venue, plenty of space and options. Plenty of parking and easy to get to.

My nephew had his wedding here and this is a really beautiful venue.. The views are awesome and the reception hall is very spacious with plenty of room to dance and have fun even with the tables out. Definitely a great place to have an event!

Love this venue! I photograph weddings / attend weddings here often and love the lush green grass and views, not to mention the gorgeous wedding halls. The staff is accommodating and friendly, great with clients and vendors. Highly recommend!

My fiancee stumbled upon this place when searching for events. We came here to check out the vendors and to see The Springs. This place is gorgeous with two places for events. Both areas have beautiful landscaping with great scenery behind the altars. The reception halls are spacious with a staircase leading from the rooms upstairs. I imagine my bride and I coming down these stairs to a round of applause from our guests.I only took pictures of the outside showing the landscaping, seating, and one altar with the Hill Country view.

This venue is breathtaking and the bridal suite and groomsmen suite are awesome!! However, the wedding coordinator was 30 minutes late so the wedding party had to wait outside. Half of the tablecloths were disgusting and dirty with food bites on them. We had to ask them to change them. The floor had not been swept. The cake, gift, photo booth, and guestbook tables were dusty and dirty. Dirty serving trays were still out from the night before.

The Milestone new Braunfels venue has been with us from start to finish for our wedding. They offer wonderful package deals with drinks and food includes along with table runners, plates, silverware and more. We started planning in January pre Covid and our wedding wasn’t until 09/12/20. They updated us on every change needed and guaranteed we could still have the wedding of our dreams safely and they followed through on their promise. It was a beautiful safe ceremony and the venue was gorgeous for our day. Thank you!!!❤️

Great location for a wedding, baptism, or any other get together. The grounds are excellent for a peaceful walk and the inside feels very welcoming.

Wish I could leave a zero star review. This is the ONLY vendor that wasn’t understanding when we tried to get married last year. Very disappointing to see how heartless a company that survives based on events such as weddings can treat people the way that they’ve treated us. Not allowing us to move our date, not allowing us to change from their New Braunfels venue, to their Georgetown venue in order to make the event work. Poor communication and outright lack of response in some cases. Don’t be fooled by this company.

While we did not end up booking with The Milestone at New Braunfels (had some wedding plan changes), this is a review regarding our experience with the consultation and tour conducted by Meagan B. My fiance and I were greeted warmly by Meagan and encouraged to look around/ask as many questions as we could think of ( I had a TON, but she was so patient with me). Both buildings are absolutely beautiful and unique, and the grounds are so well kept and tended to. Meagan went above and beyond to make sure we had an understanding of the contract and what we would be responsible for. We were able to come out and see the venues multiple times, and were always treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. Meagan and her team truly do their best to accommodate your wedding needs and fulfill the vision you have for your special day. I highly recommend this venue and location. If youre looking for the perfect place to have your special day, this is it!

Read the fine print! This venue is owned corporately and conducts themselves this way. When the grooms father had an unexpected grave health issue arise and COVID rose to record heights they were unwilling to allow us to reschedule without forfeiting the entire amount and paying 100% for the second date, despite the fact that they were no longer incurring the expenses on the original date such as staffing, set up, cleaning, etc. They even suggested we go on as planned and hold the wedding without the father of the groom. They were completely unwilling to work with us at all and referred us back to the contract language. Incidentally, every single other vendor that wed contracted with was understanding and worked with us on rescheduling. Thankfully, we have event insurance in place which we hope will help, but regardless we will not be back to The Milestone New Braunfels and encourage others to think twice before booking here as well.

One of the most unprofessional places. Me and my fiancé booked this place back in May. July was the last time we’ve heard anything from anyone after emailing the Coordinator whom we met there at the event to tour. It’s been going on three months and I haven’t heard one word from her. We reached out to do a tour with my Decorator in which the coordinator reached back out days later saying we couldn’t go and see the hall due to her not having time. I tried to asked when was a good time and no response back from her. I’ve emailed called ect and NOTHING!!! I feel like my money was taken and ran with in my opinion. I’ve called the other venues within the company and asked for a manager and yet all they have done is call and tell them I’ve been calling and I’m upset and still no call back. This is not a place I would ever recommend anymore. My wedding is 5 months away and y’all have literally gone ghost on me with money I’ve already given down and installments. I’m speaking to someone in law to get my money back because this is nonsense. Because the unprofessional Coordinator I had to put money down on another Venue because I wasn’t going to be embarrassed at my wedding with all this going on. This is suppose to be a special day in which due to lack of communication on y’alls end has messed any experience I could of had at that facility. I want my money back for the breaching contract on y’all end for not communicating back with me for the last going on three months. I will be reaching out to BBB as well. I can’t even express how angry I am from the back and forth with your staff when trying to get my Coordinator on the phone. 😡Alyssa Garza

I had such a beautiful at the Milestone New Braunfels. My now husband and I received so many compliments about the ceremony and just the whole facility in general. I was one of the firsts to have the new update at Legacy and I loved the white wood and the big windows to shine more light in. It was a beautiful wedding day for me and I am very happy I had it here. Also, Lauren was an amazing coordinator and she deserves major credit for keeping things on schedule that day!

Gorgeous day for a wedding!!

My daughter got married there last week on September 14th 2019. The venue is a nice place to have a wedding and is beautiful, that is why we were drawn there in the first place. As far as the wedding was concerned, just as in previous reviews, we received many compliments on the outdoor ceremony as well as the reception. No complaints there.However, I have some concerns about this venue. The wedding planner that was provided by the venue was like nonexistent. Really no help at all. I guess that’s their way of hiking up the price.The venue does not allow bartenders to serve alcohol without water or coke or something mixed with the drink. No straight alcohol or shots of any kind. You cannot setup or bring anything in to the venue until the day of the wedding.You must be out by midnight so you have to announce that the wedding is over by 11. 30 or so. By the end of the night my wife and I were exhausted. You literally have to be out of there by midnight! At a about a quarter till midnight the venue hostess came up to me while we were coordinating to get out of there that we had 15 minutes to exit or be charged an additional $500.00.My wife and I had to ask guests to help us take all the beer, alcohol, wedding gifts, cake and leftover food out of there and put it in the front entrance so they could lock the place up by midnight. We had exactly 15 minutes to clean up the venue after the reception. We were pretty much thrown out of there.I understand we were locked into a contract, but it would have been nice if these people had a little compassion instead of being rude. A cleanup crew would have been nice for what they charged rather than the coordinator. We rarely saw the coordinator during the reception anyway.Overall, I have to agree, this is a very pretty venue, but for $8900.00 dollars, it’s not worth having all the work put on you, your family and your guests. The people are rude and I do not recommend this place. I would suggest you look elsewhere for another venue. It’s just not worth the headache having it there. But, it’s just a risk you will have to take if you do. Good Luck

We had such an amazing wedding at the Milestone in New Braunfels. We were in the Stone Haven hall and it was just perfect. Little mix of modern and rustic.Victoria was our day if coordinator (which is included in the price) and I cannot praise her enough for how wonderful she was during the entire planning process and day of. She answered all of thousands of emails the same day sometimes the same hour. She sent us reminders for everything. She made sure that everything ran as smoothly as possible the day of. She made everyone comfortable and made sure we had everything we needed. She was helping with the families and all the guests as well as trying to contact our cake vendor who was late. It rained the morning of the wedding and she was outside with a towel wiping off the chairs. She kept me calm the entire time, kept us on schedule, and did so many things I wasn’t even aware of that day. Every now and then she was just there fixing my dress while I was dancing so that the pictures were amazing. She brought us our dinner in the grooms suite so we could have a private minute to ourselves including drinks and refills. She bustled my dress for me and put on my shoes. She was just absolutely amazing. My entire family and wedding party just kept asking who she was and where she came from because she just knew exactly what to do and was so kind to everyone. Love her.I was nervous about the catering because at the open house it was small portions but my goodness we had parmesan crusted chicken and it was HUGE. I couldn’t even finish it. Perfectly cooked. The sides of mashed potatoes and green beans were to die for as well. It was all delicious. People told me no one would remember the food but I had several people ask me who catered because it was so good.Overall, our experience was amazing. I would definitely recommend them. I would give them ten stars if I could.

The only positive thing I can say about this venue is that it is truly beautiful inside and outside. The staff was unwilling to work with me on adjusting my needs for my event. When the contract was originally signed, we wanted upgraded linens, cocktail tables, and bar service for 100 people. The event changed and we no longer needed these services. We explained the situation to the staff 7 months before our event (at that time we had only paid a deposit) and they refused to remove the linens, cocktail tables, and adjust the number of guests even though nothing had been ordered for our event yet. Keep in mind, we still wanted to have the event, we just wanted to customize the event to be what we need. Additionally, this venue offers military discount but refused to apply it to our event because we didnt ask for it the day of the contract signing, we remembered a few days later and asked. Despite the nickel and diming and truly horrible customer service we received, we had the event anyway and the staff sat in their office during the majority of the event and if I needed anything like a pair of scissors or a lighter, I had to walk upstairs to their office and find our coordinator because she was nowhere to be found downstairs. The venue also blocks you out for four hour time slots but only keeps the bar open for three hours, then doesnt allow you to take home the unused alcohol even though you paid for it. I would never recommend this venue. If you want a venue that has AMAZING staff, allows you to customize your event up until two weeks before your event, and is present during your event to bend over backwards for you, go to Olympia Hills. I had an amazing experience with them and they set the standard that Milestone simply cannot match.

I got married here one month ago. First, I want to mention that the venue is absolutely beautiful! I received many compliments about how pretty the ceremony and reception was. However, I have some concerns about this venue. My wedding ceremony and reception were both held inside the building. I requested the ceremony set up have rows of chairs and the reception set up have round tables and chairs. I was told two years ago when we booked the venue that the coordinators would help transition the ceremony to the reception. I assumed it wouldn’t be an issue until I found out about a month before my wedding that the coordinators are not responsible for the transition and that I would have to find people to help me make the transition from ceremony to reception. I refused to ask my guests to help my move tables and chairs to transition from ceremony to reception, so I had to settle for one floor plan. The venue tried to make my father in law, who cooked food for the reception, buy a catering license when the contract clearly didn’t mention the need for a catering license if our food was self catered. Our family members, who were exhausted, had to stay behind and clean up the venue after the reception. I understand we were locked into an older contract but it would have been nice if a clean up crew were there to help. I only saw the coordinator once during our reception. During the reception, our DJ announced that there was a scorpion in the women’s dressing room. I also noticed in my wedding pictures that the venue did not have the white netting hanging from the ceiling. I was told that the white netting is part of the venue set up so I was expecting it to be up for our wedding. Overall, this is a very pretty venue, but for $4500, it’s not worth having all the work put on you and your family.

Nice venue. Love the outdoor setting. Acoustics in the reception hall are really bad. They need to consider buffers.Oh, please bring tennis shoes to walk from your car to the venue. The parking lots are paved with large gravel. 💃👠

My daughter booked this location for her wedding. When we went to view the venue everyone was very nice and helpful. It is absolutely beautiful there.

This was the best wedding and reception I have ever attended. We are so glad to be invited. The place is perfect in all ways. Classy, convenient, and beautiful scenery. Staff was wonderful and everything appeared clean and new. What a wonderful experience!

Excellent venue!

Its a very pretty place. Unfortunately, they havent used any of their high prices to have the road leading to the venue or the parking lot. Uphill walk to the entrance, be careful if wearing heals. Not thrilled at all with the coordinator we ended up with. Started the wedding late and lied saying the bride had told her the later time that day. The bride had not. She didnt follow the brides wishes for the processional and the music ended before the bride got to the altar. They opened the bar a FEW minutes early (on their own) then closed the bar 30 minutes early. It was a cool evening and both security/TABC officers stood by the bar all evening. Coordinator went missing in the middle of things and members of the wedding party had to go find her. Like I said, its a beautiful venue inside and out back. Wedding went well overall, but could have without some of the drama.

Disappointed that this venue will not allow you to come early for set up. Its physically impossible to attempt to decorate 3 hours before the wedding in full hair and makeup. You would think that they would work with their clients better. However, beautiful location, beautiful venue.Thankfully they are trying their best to work with their clients and a little set up allowance. The coordinator is the best person youll ever meet!

Thank you to the Milestone for allowing us to have our special day here! Sarah and her team were amazing. There were staff shifts before our wedding and as simple as curving the seats for the ceremony was not communicated. Sarah went out into the very cold day and fixed them herself! Supported our wants of having the ceremony outside, and reassured us that although it was beyond cold that it would be worth it and it was! I got married here is was absolutely lovely. The staff was awesome, there were NO hidden fees. The length of time you are allowed the venue aids in the setup. There is no pressure to go with any of THEIR vendors they allow you to be as creative and flexible as you like. The projector at no added cost is an awesome touch. Cant wait to renew my vows here!

Its a very nice venue with both indoor and outdoor spaces. Ive been there for 2 weddings in the last few years and both renting parties have loved their experience. If/when I get married again, I will definitely consider this venue.

Audrey and the Boulder Springs staff are just as amazing as the venue itself!My wife and I could not have asked for a better location to have our wedding. The grounds were absolutely beautiful despite the heat and drought of Texas summer, which allowed us the gorgeous setting we had been hoping for. The hall was incredible and everything operated without even the slightest of hitches. All of our vendors seemed to be able to navigate the kitchen and bar areas without any problems at all, and kept all preparations behind closed doors (so to speak).The staff truly made our wedding day the easier than I ever could have imagined. Audrey was a blessing as she helped make sure my wife and I were stress free and helped make sure the little things were covered. With the help of Audrey and her staff, we did a 200 person DIY wedding without any issues at all.We drove all the way from North Austin, and it was worth every mile. The only regret that we have with using Boulder Springs is that we werent able to spend more time there. Its truly a beautiful place and with amazing people. I hope to have an excuse to go back soon to relive our day.

My cousin had her ceremony and reception here. They had such a beautiful set up and quiet ceremony. Only thing was some guy started cutting grass when they were saying their vowels. The inside was set up so perfect. They had an open bar which was off to the side and the bartenders were great and professional.

Beautiful venue! Incredibly impressed with everything! The wedding we attended had the barbeque catering package and it was delicious! The open bar was great and all of the staff was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this to anyone planning a wedding. There is a beautiful outdoor space for the ceremony and the indoor space for the reception is amazing as well!

It is simply beautiful. Plenty of outdoor space as well as indoors. The view is amazing, and with the bridge with the stream it makes it perfect for Weddings. Really nice space for any type of celebration or gathering.

My sister had her wedding here, there are 2 venues on site and from what I understand there was another wedding the same day. I was in the wedding party and got to spend the day with the bride on location.The showing of the venue to prospective brides was not obtrusive and we did not hear any wedding stuff going on at the other venue on site.The staff was great and took very good care of us and made sure that things ran smoothly and on time!

I was disappointed with what I hoped would be a smooth partnership between The Milestone and my family. The venue is beautiful, but not worth the money considering the services provided and the additional fees constantly being tacked onto the bill. The staff was unwilling to work with my family to make modifications to the event during the planning process, even when suggested months in advance, unless there was a monetary benefit for them. I felt as if there was always a hoop I had to jump through to make this event what my family and I hoped it would be.I was also surprised by the lack of willingness to create a reasonable schedule leading up to the event: We had the two hours immediately prior to set up, which meant anyone helping prep was sweaty and tired by start time. The guests of honor had to do most of their preparation alone or prior to arriving, instead of in the suites with their closest loved ones as would be ideal. Overall, I felt that we were seen as dollar signs at this venue instead of valued customers celebrating a milestone event. I would not recommend this venue.

Im going to have my wedding here on October 19th 2017! Everyone here, especially Erin, has been extremely sweet and accommodating! They have been full of ideas and help point me in the right direction on where to go for certain vendors. The moment I stepped onto the grounds I fell in love with boulder springs! The views, the garden everything about this place is absolutely gorgeous!

They expect you to clean.For the price, they should have their own cleaning services. So plan to clean up after yourselves, that night after your all tired, exhausted and everything else. Its a beautiful place.BUT ...Shame on you The milestone for expecting it to be cleaned by the rental guests

Beautiful facility, absolutely perfect for weddings/receptions! The venue wows guests and makes for gorgeous wedding photos. The hall looks great on its own, which allows you to create a great feel without much added decor.Side note: Use Margarita Madness as your bartender.Margarita Madness responded right away, helped me decide how much alcohol to buy, and provided EXCELLENT service for my reception! (They are also cheaper than John, which doesnt hurt!)Johns service on the other hand took a month to get back to me, then we played phone tag for a bit before I left a message stating that I was using Margarita Madness instead. They showed up to my wedding anyway and demanded that we pay for the ice they brought, even though Boulder Springs has a large ice machine that makes more than enough ice. My mom paid they lady just so she would leave my reception.

We got married back in May here and our wedding day was so beautiful and memorable. It did rain the day of the wedding but the staff quickly arranged the chairs indoors for an indoor ceremony. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting their special day.

This venue is quite beautiful. The garden area seating for the ceremony is scenic. It is located in the hills of New Braunfels and was nothing short of breathtaking when the sun was setting. I regret that I do not have pictures of that part of the event. The party then moved in to the hall for the reception. You have to do your own decorating, so if you must have a downside that would be it. A word of note, the road from the highway to the hall is not improved.

Im so upset about the pastors Mic not working and letting out a static noise through out the outdoor ceremony that I just couldnt give it 5 stars. My parents barely heard anything and anyone past the first row only hear a light static. I asked for them to do a Mic check on the lapel Mic outdoors before hair and make-up and maybe they did and it stopped working later? I wish someone would have checked on everything during the ceremony, just pop their head out to make sure it was all good because maybe it could have been fixed. My guests just sat for 20 minutes hearing nothing. Other than that I should have found t=who the night shift site coordinator was because we had some questions and couldnt find her. Just be on top of it and this venue is amazing. Beautiful view, flowers, bridge, river, I could go on and on.

Its a great venue for those looking for a rustic feel. It has a great outdoor area and Boulder Springs certainly has plenty of interior space.
