Prompt, professional, friendly, and masked. They fixed a problem with the water pressure in our shower and fixed a running toilet, all in about an hour, and cleaned up after themselves carefully. They sent a surprisingly reasonable bill. We’ll definitely use them again. Great job

We have used Pipeworks since we moved to New Bern five years ago. They are always prompt and very knowledgeable in attending to our problems. This last service call was more extensive than expected. However, they completed the job and cleaned up the area in a very professional manner - even though it was after quitting time. The office personal are courteous and called to keep us notified of their arrival.i would highly recommend this company.

Did not use this plumber. Called and never heard back from my message. I got an immediate callback on a Sunday from Doug Soltow, and the water heater was replaced the next day. Good job, Mr. Soltow!I cannot rate PWP, did not do the work.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! It’s a complete scam. The owner came to my house unannounced trying to get more money from a job that was paid in full from months ago!! which I have the proof of payment for. Then the owner proceeds to Harass my family and I and threaten us over the phone. I can not tell you enough times, stay away from this company.As you can see the owner replied to my review. Not once did I receive a formal apology for the owner completely harassing my family and I and showing up to my house announced to accuse us of a false accusation. Therefore my review will stay up so everyone is aware what kind of people they’re doing business with.
