Contacted several businesses in Carteret County about having our septic tank pumped. No one could schedule us until the following month (not an option). The last company we called was AG. We called on a Tuesday 07/13/21, they told us they could be there by that Friday. They were there the following morning, Wednesday 07/14/21. I cannot thank them enough for the fast service and reasonable price. Highly recommend this company.

Called for an emergency appointment. They didn’t have any immediate but put us on a waiting list and schedule for the next day. Got a call later in the afternoon that they would be able to get the septic pumped same day and were very timely in arriving. Technician Edward was ver professional and informative. Would definitely recommend!

Edgar did a great job inspecting our septic system! He worked and worked to uncover our drain lines and were so glad he did. We could see roots growing in the tank that need to be cleaned out. I would recommend Edgar with CravenAg any day!

I woke up this morning to find my toilets and showers backing up. Realized its been a while since I had the septic pumped and now were in deep poo...Called the office and was told they were booked, but would try to fit us in if they had a truck in the area. Two hours later I received a phone call from Edgar, the service tech, that he was on his way. Edgar was polite, professional, and extremely fast! Wonderful service and I cannot express how much I appreciate it.

This company is top notch! Previous owner of the home was suppose to have the septic pumped and did not. These guys worked me in the same day I called. Septic was backing up into house in Havelock. Called a few places yesterday afternoon locally that were all busy and couldnt get to me. I called Craven Ag 45 minutes before opening time, expecting to get a voicemail system but they answered the phone and took down my information and told me hed get someone out there. 3 hours later a truck rolled up and took care of my problem for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend these guys.

What a great company! Tiffany, our initial contact by phone, was friendly and clearly explained the cost of having our septic tank pumped, including any possible additional costs. She scheduled the service as requested, including time of day. Edgar, the service technician called with his expected arrival time and arrived promptly. He was very efficient and friendly, and explained everything to my husband as he worked. We will definitely use Craven Ag Services again for any service they provide!

We had an emergency situation with our septic and drain field. We called at least 10 companies locally and no one was available. Craven Ag Services was the only company willing to come out the same day, and they are a good 45 minutes away from where we are located. Highly recommend this company! They took care of everything we needed and was definitely reasonably priced! Very professional and knowledgeable as well.

I had called to schedule an appt in Tuesday, Thursday is service day and they have come out one time before and drained RV tanks, 2nd time around we decided to use this business again. We were placed on the schedule, waited until after 2pm to call and see if they were still coming out because we have already waited all day. They told us the bigger truck broke down and that they werent 100% if they would be out but they were waiting to find out. Technician called at 345pm saying they were on they way, another person called asking if we could move slides in for the Technician... We PAY for the services provided by this company (which is to come out and drain), why should i HAVE to put a slide in order for your employe to do their job?! Horrible service! Lazy employees, poorly managed

Just had my tank pumped out this morning. This is my second time using Craven AG. They are very professional. The driver called 20 minutes prior to arrival which was as promised before noon. He was very pleasant and thorough. I definitely recommend their services.

Called me back saying there technician wont bend down under a slide of 5th wheel to hook up hose to drain the septic system. Been using them wont no more Bad customer service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! LAZY!!

Came out within 30 hours of calling. Polite and helpful technician who answered all questions. Was finished after an hour, left yard decent. Gave me peace of mind.

I called this company and they responded very quickly and professionally. Showed up when they said they would, did the job and actually charged less than the estimate! Josh was awesome and gave us some helpful tips to avoid problems in the future! Will definitely use them in the future!!!

Speedy service, called on a Wednesday and they set up my appointment for the following Tuesday. Tried calling Rouses in Morehead and they said it would be 1.5 months before they would even set an appointment. Asked to get on the list and she said her desk would be full of names if she took them all down so I needed to just call back in 1.5 months lol. I will be using Ag from here on out!!

Called after hours and talked to Mac Dunham to see if they could get to me the next day due to tank stopped up.. He said he could fit me in and the next day called me a few times to let me know he would make it by and he did... Pumped tank and hydro jetted 3 lines and got me draining again.. Very nice guy and Thank you for your help!

This is a great service! I had a septic tank issue early on a Thursday afternoon .I was leaving town Friday afternoon for the weekend so it was an urgent issue. I called Thursday afternoon and they busy that afternoon but said they could come Friday morning. Perfect !!The service man called early Friday saying he would be at my location in an hour and an hour later he was here. Wow .He was very efficient and had all the equipment too complete the work. He was very friendly and had the problem corrected in fourth five minutes .Note to customers, they take personal checks preferred. These folks were scheduled to come pump out my septic tank on a Friday. They got tied up with another job but then called to say they would be there and was it OK for them to show up at 5:30 PM. I was amazed that anyone would be that committed about taking care of their customers! They did indeed show up as promised, found my tank (it was a somewhat difficult task as it was buried deeper than usual), pumped, and covered everything up and were gone leaving no trace of their having been at our home. This is an absolute class act from Angie, to Mac, to their entire crew. Thank you, Craven Ag!

I called and was quoted 225 to pump out my septic tank. Even though thier services were 45.00 higher than other companies in area, they came highly recommended. I went found covers removed sod exposing openings but they were not able to get to me for 3 days. I placed loose sod back on covers to ensure safety of exposed covers.They didnt have to even look for openings. They charged me an additional 25.00 for nothing. How in the world do you provide this service if that is not included in price.I called several other companies after the fact and location of opening and removal of dirt track at is included in the price quoted.Called office and girl was rude and rold me if the driver had to touch a shovel their was a charge. Poor customer service and service not worth an additional 70.00. Plenty of other companies call around!

Very unprofessional. Not only did he hang up on me, he is refusing to help with damages that occurred from one of his trucks. Leaving me no choice but to file a police report.

They run an add in the sun journal topsoil $25.00 a ton, i called and placed an order for two tons, without any notification or disclaimer they charged me an $85.00 delivery fee. If it seriously costs that much then dont blind side people with this cheap gimic. Be upfront about the costs. Very shady.

Cant say enough about the prompt, professional and informative service we received from you and Mac. Ive never owned a property with septic before and Mac made sure he told me *everything* about what he was doing and about the septic system. Ive never had an inspector spend so much time going over the details while at the same time making recommendations and suggestions for the future.
