I got a hair cut from Robert! He did a really awesome job and helped me work through what I wanted to do as I was not totally sure plus coming off a previous bad hair cut from a different place after my old stylist passed away earlier this year! It’s very relaxed atmosphere and an enjoyable experience. Will definitely be back again for him to cut again!

Alisha is amazing. Not many hairstylists outside of the more trendy areas like downtown MKE, Third Ward, 5th Ward, Bay View, etc can pull off a mens Rockabilly haircut which requires the stylist be amazing at a skin tight fade, texture scissor cutting on top and a hard-part done with a straight razor but Alisha can pull it off while simultaneously conversating with you about your woes. Pretty flipping impressive if you ask me and the fact that you read this far means you obviously care what I think.The only downside I see is that Alisha has very limited availability and sometimes I need my hair cut and she is not there. Luckily they have Sam, who is a VERY close second to Alisha. She let me bring my 5 year old daughter with me and allowed her to pull up a chair and hang out while she did her thing. Both of these women are amazing at what they do. I just dont know what I am going to do if they are ever BOTH working at the same time when I need a hair cut!?

I started going here about four months ago, I randomly selected to make an appointment there and Steph was the one who cut my hair. Since then, she is the only one that cuts my hair. I’ve been going to Adam and his staff since the place opened. I’ve lived all over the state and Adam is the best stylist I’ve ever had, which is why I travel to this location even after moving farther away. He also offers style suggestions without pushing, although his suggestions have always been on point and have led me to feel more confident in my hair. The other members of the staff are professional and nice. They seem to work very well together. The service you get at the price you pay is outstanding.

This location is great! Customer service is among the best of any other location. Im rating 4 out of 5 because at least as of late, Ive had to wait around 15 minutes past my scheduled time on average.

This was a great place to get your hair cut but in last two year the price has gone up and up and up, and the quality gone down and down and down. I am an older middle age male Yes . I Have slight receding hair line. I tell not cut into hair line. I from them either they cut into making look going bald. Or do not cut hair but on side. So this was my first visit to a barbershop in over 20 years (as Ive been shaving my head that long). I wanted to pamper myself. After extensive research and many read reviews I decided on The Barbershop A Hair Salon for Men in New Berlin. Stephanie had so many positive reviews I thought Id give her my trust. What a GREAT decision! Stephanie is so wonderful. Very personable, friendly, great at her craft. She did an amazing job with my head shave and beard trim. I cant recommend her enough. Always a fantastic job done by Stephanie. She is the best! If your stylist is 10, then she is 11.As an added bonus, you can go early and eat $17 worth of peanuts before your haircut if you wish. Its like getting a free haircut. Just dont vomit in the chair during your massage. Not cool.

The service as well as the quality of haircut I received was great! Stephanie really did an outstanding job not only lining up and fading, but also trimming my ends. I have been to several different barbers around Wisconsin and Adam has hands down given me my best haircut. Been going here for about 7 months now and dont see myself changing barbers anytime soon. Adam is easy to talk to and easily relatable! Down to earth guy and gives the customer exactly what they want. My husband and 3 sons have been going to Adam for a few years now and he always does an excellent job. The atmosphere is really clean and inviting - they even give peanuts and coffee while you wait!The price went up a hair (see what I did there), but it’s still worth it. You get a shampoo/condition, drying, hair cut, and mini shoulder massage... so definitely worth it.It took me a while to find a stylist I really like, but Stephanie is my favorite. Very personable and she’s helped me find a style that I’m comfortable with. Whoever you click with, I HIGHLY recommend booking ahead of time as they fill up fast. They do take walk-ins, but you may be waiting a while to get with your regular stylist (if at all).

Ive been going here for a couple of years now, as well as my two boys, and have never never been disappointed. Although you can make an appointment with a certain stylist I just take whoevers available because I know Ill be happy with the haircut. I like the comfortable seats in the waiting area and they have enough TVs to keep you entertained during your wait. I recommend calling beforehand as to avoid a long wait. Great place

I have been getting my hair cut at The Barbersop, New Berlin location since that location was opened. The staff are very professional. My barber is Adam. He cuts my hair just the way I like. More important, just the way my wife likes. I also have a fun time during my visit.

This was an ok place to visit for a haircut. I could not get into my normal barbar and needed to get a haircut before a special event. Everyone was nice and cordial, however, the person that did my haircut went way to fast and I am not sure I was happy with what she was doing. At the end the haircut wasnt bad, but I was nervous at some points during the cut.Overall I think this was a fine place I just didnt have the best experience.

The associate was very friendly and I got my haircut in time. I explained what I want and showed her a picture of the last haircut and the length I want my hair to be. She barely looked at it and told me you are in good hands. She had a professional approach but in the end destroyed my style. She started with too short and did not do a good job blending in the sides with the top. I have a important event tomorrow and little upset about the hair. Id recommend that the associated take a couple minutes extra and show some care to listen to what exactly the customer wants before jumping in.

This place is hit or miss depending on who you have cutting your hair! My son and husband have been there 4 times. one time my husbands hair looked great, twice looked ok and once was god awful! The 2 times my 5 yr old son went it was horrible! We won’t be going back again!
