Skylar did an awesome job cutting my 11 year olds hair. I couldnt decide what exact length I wanted him to have at first, but she kept checking in to make sure I was satisfied. She did not disappoint! We will definitely go back and request her.

We like Sport Clips, but this is definitely our favorite location! The stylists here never disappoint. They have great availability and we rarely have a time where we cant get in for haircuts when we want.

You need to update your app. I got myself on the waiting list and there were 7 people in front of me. No indication that the store was closed. Subsequently, I went to the location and the door was locked. There is a sign saying the store is closed November 2nd but nothing about today or tomorrow. Ridiculous! Fix your app and get better management!

The staff at the New Berlin shop is awesome! I use Rachel for my haircuts 💇‍♂️! Fun to talk to, which makes the cut not seem like such a chore! Won’t be going anywhere else!

Very strategic location near National Avenue and Moreland Road. Clean. Organized. Staff very friendly and helpful. Personal safety was stressed and i felt very comfortable getting my hair cut. It was not overcrowded. Customers came in but i never worried that i wouldnt be waiting in fact they took me the moment i walked in (although i did book online and it is worth it so there us no waiting). Great job!

Skylar always gives me a great haircut and is top notch on her product knowledge. The store is always clean and they have an outstanding handle on the COVID-19 procedures.

They have some really great stylists here. I drive further to come to this location.

SportsClips is great, but this location is the best. I go out of my way and rearrange my schedule just to get my hair cut by Rachel, who does an amazing job every time! Because of her, I keep coming back!

Ive tried several times now and something is always off. The employees are all very personable. The experience is just slightly worse than at other sport clips locations.Whether it was hours of business (which seems to have changed to match others now), to forms of payment (they dont take Amex but other locations do), or just the feel of the place, it does not deliver a good experience. Ive kept trying because it was close to my house, but Ill have to stick with the Ruby Isle location.

Ive only had positive experiences here. Ive had 3 stylists cut my hair and they are all super nice. Prices are competitive with other hair salons in the area. Im not a sports guy at all, so dont let the sports angle scare you away if youre like me.

Nikki, Rachel, Kacey...This a a great staff. I drive past 3 other Sport Clips locations to get here. There seems to be noting this staff can not do. They listen well. Give you the cut you want. The MVP is a great value. Hours should work for most. Now you can check in online, or through their app for iOS. They look forward to seeing you soon.

This place is 100% hit or miss. You could go in there and get the worst haircut of your life or the best. There is no consistency here. Theres better places to get your haircut.

First time I was ever at a sports clips and Ill have to say I will definitely be going back nice atmosphere my hair stylist was extremely nice she washed my hair with the shampoo that was amazing it was tingly and she gave my face and head a massage definitely happy

I used the online check in for the first time. I received a text that my sonss stylist would be aporoxinately 10 minutes. I rushed through my store shopping to be there on time. When we arrived, they didnt seem to have a record of my sons check in online and we waited an additional 30 minutes besides. Very disappointed in the wait Would have went sonewhere else if Id known the wait would be 45 minutes, not 10 minutes. However, the haircut was fantastic.

Waited for an hour but couldnt get haircut because computers were down but manager did offer cuts for free.

Fast service and they do a great job

I told her to cut everywhere the same length and I end up with three-quarter inch on the back and two inches on the top which she forgot even touch. They were more concerned about selling shampoo to do a haircut

Was told a 10 minute wait and ended up having to wait 25 minutes. The workers were standing around talking while there was people waiting to get their haircut. Almost as if the customers didn’t even exist.

Waited 40 minutes to have someone walk in and get ahead of me. Will never set foot in one of these places
