I was just in this morning washing an oversized comforter and the person at the counter was extremely helpful. Not only was she helpful with me but everyone else. Highly recommend coming here. I didnt realize I could have dropped off my comforter and instead of waiting around washing and drying myself for a small fee they will do it for you and text you when its done. Next time thats the plan. I didnt catch her name, but wanted to thank her for the help.

If you need to wash a lot in a little time, this is the place for you. Friendly, helpful attendants and machines of varying sizes. Theyve even got a classic arcade game to help you pass time while you wash.

Very clean place!! Prices are reasonable and my clothes come out smelling like they were washed. I will be returning to the Laundry Stop from now on!!!! I used to go to the one down the street(Bay Coin Laundry) my clothes never smelled like they were even cleaned!!!

The people are very nice can’t say anything bad about them all very polite.But for Pete’s sake have your employees and customers wear a mask!!!!!! There are signs but I don’t hear a employee asking a customer if they have a face covering at all and it is a pretty small building.Next time if I come in and employee and customers aren’t wearing face coverings I think I’ll start going somewhere else that cares about the well being of there customers.

When the dryer breaks & have to go to the laundry mat on a holiday... I found this gem close to home. This place is so clean & the staff is very friendly & helpful! Not too bad on the price $20 for 7 loads washed and dried. Quick machines also. About 30 min for washers and dryers.

I don’t know what the comment about dirty and machines down, the girls there are always wiping down Machines or sweeping up behind people. it is always festively decorated for any holiday, and on the odd occasion that a machine isn’t working it’s typically because someone shoved bad coins in the slots, I am in there about 3 times a week. I don’t like laundry piling up, they are all so friendly and clean, free donuts on the weekend with coffee. GREAT PLACE!

Not very clean and always have machines out of order.. 1 lady is very rude but the others are very nice.. We keep going back because its close.. Love the small candy like store area they have

I was there a few Sundays ago with my 2 year old. My daughter was having the worse temper tantrum and I had a ton of laundry to do it a short amount of time. The attendant, I believe her name is Venesha was beyond pleasant and helpful. She must have noticed how frazzled I was and somehow calmed my daughter down and I was able to get all my laundry done. She was so sweet and even have me some useful tips to deal with my daughters temper tantrums!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Ive never had an issue with any of the machines. Highly suggest this busiiness

Amazing! Very clean place nicely decorated, all workers that ive seen are very kind and help you with anything. They have tons of washers and dryers and they clean the lint out of dryers which not all places keep up on. Id definitely recommend going here.

Used to go here when I needed to leave my apartment complex for laundry.....ALWAYS clean and the assistant is always pleasant. My machine at home doesnt hold my king size comforter so.......I go where Im always welcome.

Dont often need a laundromat but today I did. The place was clean and well taken of. The lady working there was extremely nice and helpful. I will return here when needed

Vinetta was incredibly rude! i stated i would handle her with her boss she took that a a threat and called her husband who then came to cream,yell, verbally assault and threaten me in front of everyone. I felt i had no choice but to call the police? when i called the owner she was also very unprofessional and wouldnt even give me her name. suggesting that i should come to her store when her employee wasnt there? because she needed her for those 3 hours on Sundays. i will NEVER return to ANY laundry stop location again!! 5 thumbs down!!

The prices are exceptional especially if u have a large family like mine ( family of 5), however, half the washers and dryers and broke.

I needed help washing a quilt bedspread today and as luck would have it the owner was in today. What a nice person she is. She got me to the right machine for the bedspred and even sugested to use the high spin machine that got most of the water out which makes drying time next to nothing. The place isClean, tidy and cute.
