The women that was working yesterday evening on Wednesday 7-14-21 was absolutely wonderful. She had such a kind heart and was very helpful for someone like me, who has only ever had to use a laundromat one time before this one. She made me feel at home with her warmth. The experience was all around great.

First time going was about 2 weeks ago, and not only was I impressed with the prices but multiple clothes smelled clean and everything dried in the shortest amount of time (3 loads in one dryer, 48mins and done). The staff was friendly and my kids liked it and felt comfortable compared to other places weve been to, definitely will be my new location and grateful its the closest to my home.

My timing was just right to avail myself to the helpful, friendly, and efficient staff RoseAnn. I had 2 comforters and her suggestions sped up my time on site. I would definitely return.

Decent place. Kept clean. Reasonable prices

I’ve been coming here for years and it’s usually clean because but today it’s disgusting .The washers are dirty, there’s dust everywhere, the floors look like they haven’t been swept and mopped in a month and the floors tiles are coming up everywhere.So many machines out of order. The owner was here and didn’t even seem to care as the employee behind the counter doesn’t either.This place reminds me of the old rub a dub laundromat right before it closed, old and beyond help. So sad but I will not be back here..disappointed and disgusted.

People are friendly enough but if you’re at all concerned about Covid then don’t come here. Literally no regulations on people wearing masks. They have one sign at the door but no one wears one inside (half the time not even the employees)

Very nice and friendly place to bring your laundry....they also have very large washers for rugs and comforters and heavy items.

Close to home and been going there for years. Well, I found a better Laundromat!! The new place is much cleaner, better dyers and my clothes cleaner. The other laundromat is dirty, smelly and quite a few tiles missing from the floor and will not be going back!!!

Too many washers not usable

This is the only laundromat that I will use. This laundromat its always a very clean, it has 3 loader washing machines and multiple of them. It has singles and dryers and plenty of them as well. The folding tables and the carts are always clean. Every time Ive been there the change machines have always been functioning. They have a few video games you can utilize if youre bored. Vending machines. Its not dingy like a lot of laundromats are. Anytime I have to use a laundromat I come to this one, its the only one Ill use. So good job to all the employees that make this place everything it is. It definitely does not go unnoticed.

Older building but plenty of washers + dryers. Single, double + triple loaders.

Usually I have nothing but nice things to say about this laundromat, it’s clean and MOST of the employees are extremely nice but the one who works on Sunday nights is something else. She is always extremely rude, complaining when I come in at 6:30 pm to do 1 load even though they don’t close until 9.... I have also asked her for change before, only for a $20 I should add, and she has refused because she doesn’t want to count her drawers. She has made rude comments about my significant other not realizing we came in together and I honestly think the owner should be aware. I usually don’t wright bad reviews but her behavior is unsettling at the least and makes me question continuing to give this establishment my business, which is very sad considering I live down the street...

It’s clean, quiet and offer plenty of machines. Not ever usually busy so get laundry done quickly isn’t a problem. There’s room for improvements that’s why I️ gave a 4 star. Also it’s $4.00 for a 2 load machine, $5.50 for a 5 load and $.50 for 8 minutes with the dryer.

Dont ever go here! Rude rude rude! I went here to wash some patio cushions and when I put the money in the dryer it didnt work. After messing around I notice a small sign not much bigger than a fortune cookie piece of paper that said out of order. I ask the manager for a credit and she said thats my fault. We dont do refunds for people who dont read. Its my fault your machines are broke and they dont cover the coin slot? I did ask if she was the owner and if not is this his policy to be so rude to customers? Well it must be if he hires and keeps rude employees. I was also told before this issue we are not suppose to take customers before 8-pm and dont go walking around messing up the floors. Keep in mind half the tiles are cracked and missing pieces. Surprised with this floor New Baltimore lets them stay open with how hard they are on other business owners. I not hurting for the money and I guess this place is not either since they love losing customers. I was going to come back with 7 more giant washer loads with the rest of my cushions but I can go down the street.

Needed a laundromat on the 4th and they were open. The place was clean and the staff perfectly friendly. Not much more to ask for!

Me & my mother went in today, she put her gray comforter in the $5.50 washer, turned it on and pink came shooting out on the comforter... we both used tide simply for our loads. her comforter is completely ruined by the machine she used which mine is fine. The lady at the desk was very nice & helpful called the manager and said basically there’s nothing they can do :( what a shame I’m a small business owner and I would never leave a customer this unhappy! so needless to say her $100 comforter has pink spots all over it!!! Bad business! we also didn’t even receive the $5.50 back from using the defective washer. I hope no one else experiences this better yet just don’t go there!

The employees are so helpful,( Im in a wheelchair) and very nice!

The owner is so rude and does not know how to talk to people. She actually made me cry for attacking me about using four machines. Saying it was too many. No one else was even in the building. She screamed across the building asking who was using all these machines. There are no signs limiting the amount you use. I will never be coming back here.

The prices are ridiculous other than that OK but dont waste your money going there go to a place thats reasonably priced think theyre taking advantage of the local people .

I wrote a previous review a few weeks back after having a not so very good experience there on a Thurs. I would have posted this sooner but simply havent had the time. Last post listed by Tara Erdmann, dont feel like changing into my account, I went back in on Mon. the week after my review and popped in to do laundry but before bringing clothes in made sure was normal smiling face Im greeted with when I go there. Explained to her that I had an issue with worker the previous Thurs, she immediately call boss to explain my concern about what had happened. I was told NEVER will happen again and I began to do what I went in for, as putting in wash worker came over and expressed that they were very sorry about my experience and totally went above and beyond to make things right. When I go there Mon thru Wed in afternoon always greeted with a smile and a hello. THANK YOU

This is the worst laundry mat Ive ever been too if you have kids and you need to do laundry dont bring them with you cause the toys they have here for them to play with will be taken away from them
