We booked an all inclusive to the Dominican with friends in 2014 and it was great, they were very thorough and helpful. That was my first time using a service and I liked it enough to go to them again to help find another vacation in 2016. Unfortunately they never called me back or followed up even after I called multiple times. I thought it maybe a fluke and just tried again for a trip to Mexico but again they wont follow up or calm back. I can only assume they dont want the business. I am booking through a competitor.

We are vacation first timers and it was so easy to find a vacation with Kens expertise!! He really took a lot of stress away! havent gone on this vaca yet but we are so excited!

I have worked with them for 2 cruises and loved them. I highly recommend talking to Wendy as she was fill of info about everything.

Back in the late 90s, Wendy was amazing at booking a vacation for ordinary people. She would explain why a particular hotel would be great for your specific needs. We used them again in the mid 2000s and they really didnt get back with us. Just tried again for a cruise. After 3 weeks I ended up booking for myself with no help from Galaxsea. I will never use this company again.

Ted and I (Melinda) have been on several tours with Galaxsea Cruises and Tours. I have enjoyed each tour. This last trip we decided to go to the UK with just a few family members. It was a little scary, but Ken at Galaxsea provided us with knowledge and guidance that softened my fears. So I want to say Thank you Ken. You all work so very hard to help others have a wonderful experience. With your help our trip was flawless and fabulous from start to finish.

We drove a hour away just to try to book a cruise. We even told the lady that we have never done this before. She didn’t even make eye contact with me or my wife . We was in there only 10 mins just to have the lady only print a price sheet for us . She never talked about the cruise or even show us pictures. She acted like she didn’t even want us there or we was a waste of her time. We was just insulted and left feeling like we was a burden.
