Ive been getting my hair cut here! They have a great staff of extremely talented hair professionals and Ive never gotten a bad haircut here. You can tell they all are very passionate about their craft and and the attention to detail is on point.

Booked online with same person ive used before to cut hair which did great job but this last time i went in some woman ive never met said she was cutting my hair. And she did an absolute Horrible job. So if u find someone u like. Do not let them do a bait and switch. U will regret it

The receptionist wasnt allowed to tell me where my preferred hair stylist/barber had opened a new chair.

Arrived on time. The stylist did ask a couple of questions on how I want it cut. Straight forward. Bonus points on the conversation and the long hair washing!

Had a guy named Doug, guy was cool to be talk to as well as giving a great haircut

We have used The Barbershop for my older son on numerous occasions with no negative experience. We called to schedule my 1 year old for a haircut because he has curly hair and I was having trouble cutting it. We were told that our 1 year old needed to wear a mask. I even asked to speak with a manager as the employee simply was trying to follow policy. I explained that children under 2 arent recommended to wear masks by the CDC or anyone. Medical offices do not require anyone under the age of 3 to wear a mask. This is not to mention our 1 year old wont keep mittens on his hands, socks on his feet, or hats on his head so there is no way he will wear a mask for an appointment. Very disappointed in the apathetic response from management as well as the uninformed policy.Unfortunately we will not return here because of it. For the record we are pro mask and believe in their benefits.

I dont remember the guys name, but he gave me an amazing hair cut I really feel bad because I didnt tip him he is a big guy with a beard. I will be back because it is hard to find a place that does such a great job on my hair.Thank you very much ?

Forgot about my appointment. Told me to come @ 9:30 and that they would call. Let 3 other guys in instead. Then told me to come an hour later. Yeah no thanks. Not going through another wait. Just to be a false promise

My go to place. Its usually pretty busy no matter what time if that tells ya anything so call ahead and make an appointment. If you have to wait tho they do have peanuts (yes I did say peanuts) and guy magazines. Other than that its the works: haircut, hair shampooing (my favorite), with hot towel on ur face and a massage to finish the visit. I was told there is one or two girls who will do a straight shave but you do need to schedule that. I need to confirm this tho and have it done.

Over the years as the price has gone up the quality of haircut has gone down. After each cut I’m disappointed and wonder if the “stylist” is even listening to what you want or if they just are unskilled. You can get the same cut for less money elsewhere. Time to move on.

Decent place to get a haircut. You will need to set up a reservation ahead of time. Friendly service and good ammenities. About 1/10 haircuts have had issues (missed a few hairs). However, they fix any issues free of charge.

Sick of not knowing what to do with my hair and always getting the same old haircut, I decided to take it to the hands of a professional. Jessie took her time to bring her vision to life. The follow up visits were great, trying something slightly new each time. Her attention to detail and friendly personality will keep you coming back. The place in general is well organized and timely with appointments. Recommended.

I’m new to the area, and only came here because the one place I knew was over booked. But I can tell you for sure, I won’t be going anywhere else after my visit today. The service I received was perfect! Alycia was very welcoming and did a great job on my hair and beard. Not to mention that going in, I expected a haircut and a facial trim for my $18. But I got hot towels, shampoo, and a massage along with a great job on the cut. My hair dresser even went as far as to help me find and test products for my beard to look my best. But that’s not all, she told me when to come back for the best deal. Now a days I find it harder and harder to leave a place actually happy with the service I receive. But I am very pleased with this barber shop and will definitely return!

I get my haircut by Brittany and shes great. I schedule my haircut monthly there now. They have some gimmicky things going on in the barbershop like peanuts you eat and toss on the floor and post cut back massages. However they do give you a hot towel and wash your hair which I like and definitely gets me to give afive star review.

I had an appointment scheduled with the person who regularly cuts my hair and then they werent available and I work 40 hour weeks. I asked to reschedule for the weekend and they said I couldnt get an appointment for the weekend either. It was a little disappointing also they are always overcrowded and you must set an appointment 2 or 3 days in advance for an expensive haircut thats halfway decent. I just feel like my time and money is more useful at other shops and not sure I will return after the last fiasco with this business. No offense to them. I was a long time customer also they dont hire men.... A little strange huh?

Ive been going to the Barbershop in Neenah for a short while now. I have finally found the stylist I have been searching for in Shannon. She has been extremely welcoming and has done wonders to improve my style. Her personality and attitude is authentic and genuine. The Barbershop itself is clean and has an overall great atmosphere. I have been highly recommending this place to all my friends and family and they will continue to have my business.

I have been going to the Barbershop for years, great value for the money. But this is the first time I have wanted to review. The haircut I get from Krysten is a notch above most cuts I have received. I can tell she takes great pride in her work and is very pleasant to talk with. Great haircut AND customer service!!

Ive been coming to this location for over 7 years. It has always been great, but the last three years have been exceptional! Kudos to the entire staff and their management team!!

We had started coming here years ago because it was very affordable with 3 guys in the family needing cuts, $10 a head. Prices have been steadily increasing and are the same as you could get anywhere else (believe it was $13 or $13.50 last time). It is typically a hit or miss on the hair cut. Some of the stylists are great and we try to schedule in advance with them. Others were ok, not horrible but not exactly what they wanted. My guys love the free peanuts in the waiting area and the TV at each station. Each cut comes with a shampoo and hot towel on the face. Staff are typically friendly. Need an appointment most of the time because they get really busy- walk ins have to come back hour + or come a different day.

I am a VERY happy employee of The Barbershop, and I literally cannot think of anything bad to say about the company AT ALL. As a stylist, working for the company has been an amazing experience. I love all the clients that come in, my co workers are pretty amazing and the company treats us like we are family. In these times it’s difficult to find a company that sees you as a person and not just another number.

They typically do a great job with my haircut. I had one experience where my name was overlooked for more than 30 minutes but they didnt charge me so I wont hold it against them.

I have now had my hair messed up there 4 times in a row by 4 different people. I have been coming here for years and I can honestly say I have to stop going here now because of this. I have been having better experiences outside of here and they are more expensive that allot of places too.

Went there for many years. I have seen the service level drop to the point I wont go. They often run late and the manager is unresponsive to customer feedback.

The ladies here are so nice. I brought my son in for a haircut and I realized I was going to miss the season finale of my favorite show. They let me watch it on a TV in an unused booth! I was wowed by that. And to top it off my sons hair looked great! Needless to say they got a big tip that day!

Im disappointed to see some of the reviews, particularly those about the owners as Im not sure you could find better people to run this company. They are the type of people that truly care about their employees and customers- not your typical absent salon owners. Have been a long time customer, but now the cost had reached its tipping point where i no longer believe im getting what im paying for. I can show a stylist a previous haircut of mine and say i would like the same cut and each time i get largely different results. My main grip is the quality of my fade, most times they just seem to have no clue how to achieve what ive asked for. I feel like im usually give a generic cookie cutter mens haircut. On top of that I am always a few minutes early yet typically have to wait 15-20 minutes. On the up side the staff is always friendly and pleasant.In short, quality doesnt match price point and for about $5 more dollars i can go to a salon or parlor.
