The service is amazing, I even found a BOOK section! I ordered 4 books and theyre an amazing read, all for $1. They look even better without a book cover!

Staff is courteous but they dont call for back up no matter how long the line at cash register gets. 1 person at the register, and the rest are either hanging out in the office or walking isles. The store is always messy, so theyre definitely not merchandising nor restocking. Be prepared to stand 8 to 13 minutes in line for your items to be rung up. Never fails.

I really like this dollar tree. Its very convenient and they almost always have everything Im looking for. In fact, today I found them stocked with all of the essentials that no other store seems to have at the moment. Dont try to use coupons here though. Theyre not very nice about it.

Long lines and only one cashier, other employees chatting and hiding in the back. Customers with carts full of stuff and lines extending all the way to the back. After standing in line for 30 minutes, I dumped my stuff and left.

I love it but Im just saying and to walk around all the store is very exhausting for me I was wondering if they could get some disabled carts for the store for disabled people

Great place for odds and ends. Wrapping paper gift boxes and stocking stuffers.

When purchasing bleach an putting the gallon on the counter it was open not only did it go all over the place BUT it bleached the front of my dress .I asked for the manager to come over he clearly saw what happened .I asked for Dollartree to cover the cost of the dress he he than starts to laugh YES! laughed at me .I will tell everyone Im besides myself .Go to another store if you dont want to be treated unfairly or out of your clothing.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The store was clean and well stocked. A lot better than quite a few others Ive been in. As well as a better selection. They carry more name brands too.

Everything a dollar. Love the light bulbs, footsie brushes, everything else. I want to thank the store manager, Jim, and staff for putting up with my craziness and on line order mishap. They were so accommodating, nice, and helpful. The order came as expected! All worked out well.

They have good selection of plastic dishes and gift bags/tissue wrap.

I love this store! I just read some horrible reviews of the two Waterbury, CT locations. I was thinking of going to one of those instead of Naugy. However, when I read one woman had her purse stolen at one, and at the other, the customer service skills are nil, I decided to avoid Waterbury all together. Naugy has great customer service, and I never had a problem there. After all, if you can score a great deal, go for it! I would recommend this location to anyone who lives in the Naugy valley area. Check this store out. I guarantee you wont be disappointed.
