I had an awesome experience with this company! They were very friendly and easy to work with - I ordered the dazzling castle blowup for my daughter’s 3rd birthday and it was a hit! They kids absolutely loved it. They also had tables and chairs to rent so it made it very easy to organize my daughter’s party. Nothing like one stop shopping! I booked a slip slide two weeks in advance fir my grandsons birthday. I was told the delivery would be between 10:00 and 1:00 for a party that was staring at 2:00.On the day of the party my daughter reached out at 9:11 am and requested them to let us know when they would be delivering the unit. They responded back at 11:55 am letting us know they would be delivering at 2:00. At this point I called them to say the the party was starting at 2:00 and this was later then they had told us. They gave quite a few excuses one being int was pouring when it was a very light drizzle.I had mentioned canceling and they told me that if I did I would lose my deposit so I said fine but I would not be using their services in the future.They then never delivered the slide and when my daughter called at 2:00 they said I had cancelled. Their professionalism was the worst I had ever encountered and it was obvious this company does not care about its customers. They only care about the money. Very sad.They ruined a child’s birthday party. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Excellent experience. Owner (who delivered and picked up our rental) was great. The bouncehouse itself looked band new and I said so, but the owner commented its not new, but we take good care of our equipment.It shows. Their set up and pickup of the equipment was simple too (on my end!). Overall, I highly recommend them.

My kids had the best birthday party! We rented the 22 ft purple waterslide and an obstacle course! They were a hit especially the water slide! Owners of bounce blast kept us updated at all times prior to party especially with the potential hurricane in route, They set up early am and took down in the afternoon. I had two different crews for set up and take down and they were all great to work with. The houses were spotless ( clean) and they disinfected once they had them up! I will def use them again! Thanks a bunch bounce blast!

He set up the bounce house quickly, vacuumed the inside and then wiped down all surfaces with a sanitizing cleaner. He made sure I was comfortable with everything before leaving. I was very pleased with bounce blast. They came a couple of hours before the party to set up, they sanitized the whole inside and outside of the bounce house after set up. They were very courteous. I will definitely rent from them again. I highly recommend bounce blast.

We rented a combo bounce house and slide for our backyard. I did so easily online and received a text a few days before to confirm delivery. They arrived right on time, first thing in the morning. They set it up, vacuumed and wiped it all down. It was a big hit! I would definitely use them again!

This place was a last minute find for my daughters birthday party, the guy was very nice and he had a few slides available. He explained which slides he had available and let me make the reservation over the phone. It was very easy to do and he was very friendly. The guy came to my house the day before the party to set up the slide, he only took a little time to do, he sanitized it and then I signed the paperwork. Once I signed the paperwork he left and my girls had the slide for the whole day until the party. He came back the following day to get it and we never knew he was there and I appreciate there respect for it being a Sunday. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable party rental.

Absolutely the best place to get a bounce house. They were on time, had the bounce house up fast, explained everything, and made sure they answered all our questions. The bounce house was extra clean, you could smell the products they used to clean it. The guys were pleasant, and always had a smile on their faces. The kids loved the bounce house. We rented the tropical bounce house with the water slide attached and it was awesome. The Bounce Blast staff was simply amazing from delivery to pickup. We had a minor issue with the way the water was coming down the slide so I called the office. The owner and some of his employees came right over and helped us get everything going again. The kids had hours of enjoyment. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future.
