This place is a place where if you do not know tagalo, you will be lost.Very shady business. The man who helped me did not know what he was doing. All I went for was some notary and then he did not know what he was reading..he needed help and ran in and out of office and phone ringing off the hook. He was unbusinesslike and was answering the phone and doing 10 things at once. I felt like a nobody and when his friends or associates came in they were putting me off and didnt care that I was waiting.I asked them to please speak english and they laughed and eventually spoke engish but seemed offended that I had asked.
