Everytime I call or go in the office I always have a bad experience. Sarahí left me talking on the phone by myself and was not responsive to my question all she said no but did not give me a why. Not professional at all.

Horrible customer service if you decide to go after 5pm. You’ll wait 45min-1hr to get to whatever you need. There is only 2 people working at that time and you’ll be lucky if they get to you before 45 min or less. I’d give it half a star if I could. Smh

Announced fee for taxes was 29.00 but is not true. They are unable to tell you the cost at front and clerk will be in trouble if you cancel. Charge was negotiated after calling manager.
