Long time customer...... outstanding customer service..... highly recommendable tax service

Ive been a long time, long time client of City Tax/Carrasco Group since way before they became H&R Block. For more than 15 yrs!!!! Need I say more!Every single time Im always given excellent customer service. Even though they are now H&R Block, the dad Cesar, and his sons Luis and Julio always make you feel like family. Front staff is always courteous and friendly, friendly, resourceful, the list goes on..... NOTHING HAS CHANGED!!Yes, at times the office is running behind and you might have to wait to be seen, but cmon people, what do you expect?!?! All questions and issues take time!My tax go to guy has always been and will be Luis. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and always takes the time to explain to me and questions I may have.I also appreciated that I got a reminder call about my appointment. Thanks!!
