As always staff are great. The big problem is the customers parking. Can hardly find one and its too tight to maneuver going out since Jack in the Box made the street one-way . They need to be relocated for more parking spaces.

Successful first balikbayan box for my fam! Balikbayan box arrived safe and in good condition. Very good customer service. Will use Alas again in my next boxes..(That was my review for my 1st box. They answered my emails about the status of my box. I sent my 2nd box a month ago. This time around, experience with customer service isnt good. No email reply about the status. This will be my last, Ill try Atlas next time.)
