I took a comforter to be dry cleaned at this location. Not only did they give me back the wrong comforter, which was filthy and very cheap compared to the one I gave them. They denied ever having taken my comforter in the first place! Then after looking through the system for a 3rd time WITH ME THERE they saw they did take my comforter but denied that they switched them out. My comforter was approx. $250 and the one they gave me couldnt have been more than $40... AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They will steal from you, and then deny it to your face!Edit in Reply to Owner: No, the mistake was not corrected or reconciled. I was accused of lying about the comforter I brought in, so this location ended up getting to keep my comforter and the trash quality one I returned since it was not mine. Good try lying on Google though.

I have been a customer for the last five years, approximately. Lately, however, my clothes have not been ready as promised. Worse yet, when I go pick up my clothes as scheduled, they can’t even find my clothes, and I have to go back a few days later, hoping they found my clothes.If things could not get worse, my boss asked me what cleaners I use. I referred him to El Dorado Cleaners. He went there three times and all three times his clothes were not ready and/or could not be found. In fact, one of his white dress shirts was never found.It was utterly embarrassing when my boss needled me about their below par service, and yet never disrespecting me or El Dorado Cleaners. He never went back.I plan to speak to the owner and find out what’s going on. If I can’t get the service I used to get,I’m going to take my business somewhere else.

This place is filthy. They told me it was $7 to dry clean 1 shirt. When I said that was really expensive, it became $6. Shady business. It is a shame, because it is right next to my gym.

On June 23rd I dropped my comforter along with some jeans. Didnt realize wrong item was picked up so when we called to explain we had received the wrong comforter worker gave run around stating that was the comforter we dropped off. We returned the comforter and when we tried reaching out again they continued to deny wrong comforter was provided to us and the comforterwe returned was damaged. They stopped taking my husbands call or just hung up on him so I needed to reach out and when I explained the situation they had attitude towards me . Stating I would have to speak with manager and shes only there Tuesdays but when we called Tuesday she wasnt there. This whole ordeal is annoying .

I am very picky with where I go...even more picky with who touches my wedding dress. I only have one. So when I chose to pick a dry cleaners, I knew I had to take it here. Although, they are very far from me (point loma to national city). I basically put my important dress in their hands. Hands down they did an exceptional job. Im very happy with the outcome. Even though it took me like a month to get it, the lady was always nice when I would call, and say, “please save it im coming when I can!” Lolz. I will be returning with any important dresses, especially ones that matter alot to me. Thank You El Dorado cleaners!!

I had two of my NAVY uniforms altered at this location the attention to detail was not great. Additionally all my patches were sewn on with a single stitch boarding the patch not hidden, which I requested. They did messy work, left uneven borders, and there are little strings everywhere that they did not clean up. They charged $70 for 8 patches, 2 uniforms. I will not be returning.

I had a last minute cleaning job for my sons uniform. They did an excellent job in the same day sevice! Wonderful! Couldnt be happier!

I stumbled upon this Jem a few years back. I bring in all my clothes including my white uniform shirts and they never disappoint. I recieve my white shirts back looking brandnew ever time. My supervisor use to always compliment me on how my shirts were always fresh so i gave him the address to my cleaners and now he is a loyal customer. The lady in front Angelica is always so nice and smiley her customer service is always up to par. I called her this morning needing an emergency hem on my pants came dropped them off at 9am and she called me 3hrs later with them done! How wonderful is that?! Needless to say this is one happy customer.
