Thank you KB Jain at Time Square, Natick Mall for repairing my watch. The backing fell off my watch. I brought the watch and the backing to Time Square and very quickly KB put it back together for me and graciously with no charge. Will definitely be a customer from now on.

Horrible over the phone customer support. Called to see if a specific watch was in stock and the man I was dealing with was so hard to work with. I suggest one of the other great watch stores around there.

I’ve been bringing my watches to Time Square for over 20 years. It may cost me a bit more than cheaper shops but these folks do competent watch repair. I once took a high-end watch to Alpha Omega (when they were in the mall) for repair and their service manager, George, sent me to Time Square! Recently, I had 8 watches that needed battery replacement and because I do my business at Time Square, they did 2 of the watches at no charge. One of the higher end watches needed a movement replaced that would have likely cost me twice what Time Square will charge me to replace the movement. If you’re looking for broad knowledge of watch manufacturers, quick turnaround and competent repair, this is the place to bring your watches.

This place is great, I love watches a lot and sometimes just like to browse. They have a great selection and what drew me back in was a Seiko srpa71 I saw on a previous visit. The staff is much more knowledgeable than that of people at aJewelry or department store and the prices are also very fair. I can’t wait to get my fix on browsing again sometime and maybe even getting another watch.

Very professional work, timely fashion and the best care for any watch, I brought an old watch of my mothers from the 80s and when I picked it up I was good as new. Batteries changed. Strap adjusted, and the crystal changed. Beautiful work! My brother bought a watch at 46% off!!! Seiko diver watch!! Great price!!

Disappointed! I left my watch to change the battery and when I went to get it and was almost paying for the hand started spinning fast and then stopped. I got the watch, he said the watch was broken. If it was in broken, why didnt you see it when you put the battery in? And scratched my watch more than it already was, and returned it without any battery in it (kept the battery that was originally in it)

Highly HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere. I went in for a battery replacement on my watch. The gentleman first quoted me $39... then said because it was a Movado it would be $45. When I said I would like to try the other place in the mall, he lowered the price back to $39. He gave me a slip and said it would be done in 30 mins. 40 mins later I return and there’s a line of about 3 people also waiting to get back their watches. NONE of them were done. The guy didn’t even apologize. The customer ahead of me got a little frustrated (and rightfully so) because she said she had to leave soon. The gentleman then acted rude to both of us asking who was in a bigger hurry and he’d do them first, but the others would have to wait. Again, not even an inkling of an apology for wasting all of our time. Luckily, I’m retired so I have all the time in the world... but I would not give them my business after that kind of customer service. So I told him I’d just take my business somewhere else. I then brought it to the Russ Watch Repair shop in the corner by the food court. $25 and it was done in 15 minutes! Highly recommend taking it there instead.

I had an kokopelli bracelet given to me by my late father that broke in half, the jeweler mended it and had to recreate the entire design in order to do so. It was perfect and looks brand new! I couldn’t be happier!

Search no more. They did a fantastic job. Going there will be like having a whole new ring!! The ring they repaired has three opal stones. The stone on the left had fallen off and the stone on the right was loose. They fixed both and cleaned it. KB is very kind and helpful. Highly recommend!!

This place was great. I needed a battery replaced in my watch. The first place I went to said the watch was dead and needed repairs. I went here randomly to see what someone else would do. They replaced the battery and it worked perfect. The owners were really nice and work was done fast. Only reason not 5 stars is because $26 for a battery swap is alot. I would definitely go back here though.

I came in to get links removed from my new watch. I have been a customer here for many years, and came back when i moved back to the area. They were quick, efficient and professional. Its also conveniently located in the mall, so i was able to drop off my watch while running errands, and picked it up when i wss done. I will be back next time i need a watch battery replaced or a repair!

Awful. Not worth the cheap price. I dropped off three watches to change batteries. They did it quick & properly aside from scratching the face of my Marc Jacobs watch. I checked it before I dropped it off. I brought them in to the store with separate bags. I knew they werent scratched. The worked threw them all in a paper envelope & gave me a number. I came to pick it up & saw the massive scratch cross the front. I politely pointed it out to the workers & they rudely said it was my fault. They repeatedly said it couldnt happen while changing batteries, which I get but it had to happen when they put all three metal watches in one. I knew coming in that it did not have a scratch across half the face. They said that if I were so meticulous that I shouldve pointed it out to them beforehand. Who on Earth does that?! Why would I think to do that?! I assumed they would act in good faith... How wrong I was. Its better off if you just use watchgnome & send it in rather than dealing with this.

I took more pieces of my jewelery to be cleaned here. They are pieces of jewelry with engravings and one ring bas twelve small stones of onyx with silver frames in between each stone. They look like totally new jewelry. Once I figure out how to post photo here I will post them. I dont see a button to add a photo here. Well, anyway, I highly recommend them!

I have been coming to this store for years. It is simply has the best watch repair staff and offers the most affordable watch selection in Framingham and Natick. The guys fix everything on the spot and are as friendly as can be. Its hard to find down to earth salesmen and women theses days who have great products. This is a gem of a store, not only for the Natick Mall but for the Metrowest!

Really awesome watch shop. Super friendly service and a quality on the spot watch repair. I brought my Tissot watch that needed a crown and sapphire crystal replaced. They ordered the parts and repaired it onsite in a very short time. My watch looks great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Apparently this guy has no time for customers in the store. I felt as if he was doing me a favour showing his store inventory!!! After just 5mins of interaction he rudely told me I have no time, there are other customers and guess what - there were none! Why dont you just close the store instead of harassing customers? I am a VERY satisfied customer!I dont know why there are so many nasty reviews about this store, or the owner, at all!I was having trouble with my Movado watch and the owner, KB, happened to be there and he was VERY helpful, kind, knowledgeable and understanding, Not only was he very nice and helpful but he knew what was wrong with my watch!I gave my watch to him and he advised me to come back in about 20 minutes and after I got a little shopping done, l I came back 25 minutes later and sure enough the watch was fixed, cleaned and working just as good as new!My experience with this store, as well as with KB and his Wife, was a VERY pleasant one and I just dont understand why there are so many nasty reviews on here at all!If you want your watch fixed, And fixed PROPERLY, by a courteous and knowledgeable owner, then Time Square at the Natick Mall is definitely the place to go!Besides that, the store is beautiful and they have a fantastic selection of high end watches and Jewelry as well!Ignore the nasty reviews and check it out!

This place warrants NO stars! I wish I would have read all these negative reviews before going in here. I was referred here by the people at Pandora ... bad idea! The guy was rude to me and seemed like he was doing me a favor when I refused to leave behind an expensive necklace so his jeweler could put a small loop on it, which he wanted me to pay $30 for. He kept saying, Well, good luck, like there are no other places in the mall that could help me. I said to him, I was going to come back, but youre being so nasty. This place looks like a swap meet. Go to another place where the people are more professional.

These guys totally suck. I gave my skagen watch for fixing the inner rings and to get it back in working condition. They fixed up the rings and said they cant fix the watch anymore. They charged me $35 for it. Absolutely rubbish customer service. The owner was rude and sounded like a jerk. I had to act like one to get a store credit for the money.I will never step into this store anymore and will not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Wish I could leave no stars!!!! Manager is a crook! Sold my husband a Movado ($900) for a gift for me. When we went back to exchange it (for another model) not even return it, he pulls out his jewelers loupe and says I cannot taken back a this watch, it has scratches on it! I have never worn the watch and if it has scratches they are from his store! What a joke.... Dont spend your money here, go to a reputable jeweler/watch store, not one that is buying old gold for cash! These people are scam artists!
