Stay away... i broad my Movado to replace battery. The simplest thing that can be done in watch repair shop. After about 30 mins of wait time I came back and a person who was changing battery gave my watches back with no crown on them. He first said he is pretty confident crown was missing. After another 10 of arguing he found it and said that it fell of by it self as soon as I gave it to him. And he wanted to charge me $300 to send them to Movado store. Never use that place to repair your watches.
Love this place and would definitely recommend. I had a watch that needed a battery replaced. First went to Time Square, also in the mall, and they tried to rip me off (see my Google review on their site). I then brought it to Russ and it was completed in 15 minutes with no issue. Very professional and very quick. Absolutely would trust them in the future and highly recommend over Time Square... that place was terrible.
Each access. Quick friendly service when not busy. Great at mostvband and battery issues
Had a link adjustment done on a new watch. Took 5 minutes, very good price and took the time to make sure it had the perfect fit
Russ Watch Repair was recommended to me by another watch business in the Natick Mall as the guy that could get my watch started and reset its electronics. This watch has perplexed many jewelers. I explained the problem, he said he knew how to fix it and made the repair as I waited. I have not seen any jeweler take the extra care in its reassembly and lubrication. And he only wanted to charge me $10. I highly recommed you trust Russ Watch Repair with your business.
Really poor service and long waiting time. Severely overpriced, not recommended.
