The two clerks who worked there on 12/15/2020 shouldnt be employed anymore. I was mistreated and they threw the receipt. They dont do their jobs properly and give attitude to customers. I had packages with already printed and posted labels on, but they only wanted to scan 5 at a time. They said if I wanted to send more than 5, I had to go back of the line and wait. I did as they said, but even sending 4 packages, they only scanned 3 and said it should be ok. WHAT???? The post office should hire people who have work ethic or train the employees better. I had to stay there about 30 minutes because they kept sending me back of the line for 11 small packages with labels on. Thank God, there werent many people. Only 4-5 people were waiting in the line, and for 11 packages I had to be in line for 3 times. This is the worst post office I have ever been to. Stay away from this place. You will ruin your day with awful feelings.
The service has always been fine. No issues. Wait times are good compared to other locations. Maybe the poor reviews were just someone’s bad day. We all have ‘em. Also I have had to buy tape to seal my packages at other USPS locations. Lesson learned. Be prepared, folks!
1. Staffed by a lone lady at the times I have been there. Very nice and helpful.2. Another good thing about this place is it has plenty of parking always
Cold faced staff, only interested in his cellphone.
Very awful experience! Super bad customer service. I just need to tape my box. The lady ask me to buy a new tape. I said I have never heard about this. She said you can go to another post office. Even she didnt help me tape my box and label . What a great place :(
This is a full-service post office. Theres ample parking and its not crowded. Traffic is generally light.
Rude, impatient staff. I arrive at 1:50pm, 10 min before closing to ship a package. Grumpy man kept telling me to hurry; he could have helped me to hurry things along but he didnt. Just kept giving me dirty looks and telling me to hurry.
He was rude and doesnt like to scan your Priority Mail when you drop it off.
