My dogs love their visits with Dr. Katuna! He and his staff are friendly, competent, professional, and trustworthy. They truly have the best interest of our pets as their primary goal. Dr. Katuna always takes his time to thoroughly examine our dogs and explain to me his diagnosis and recommendations. I never feel rushed at our appointments. He checks in by phone after procedures and just to see how the dogs are doing after an illness or injury. I trust Dr. Katuna completely to provide exceptional veterinary care for our dogs.

I have no idea how this vet has such high ratings. We chose this vet for our puppy and have been treated like a number throughout our experience with this hospital. Have never even met the vet in our 6 months of going here. Throughout our puppys vaccinations, check ups, stool testing, etc., not once did the vet take any time to meet us in person. If we were lucky, wed get the doctor on the phone for a brief conversation. I understand COVID precautions, but throughout all of this we were only able to speak with a vet tech. Additionally, we received absolutely zero guidance on spaying our pup such as the impacts of doing so before or after a heat cycle and the different surgery options available to us. On top of that, when we called this vet for advice on what to do when our pup was ill, they told us maybe they could squeeze her in the next day if they had a cancellation. We ended up bringing her to an emergency animal hospital and the vet there told us we did the right thing based on her symptoms and was in disbelief that the Natick-Wellesley Vet didnt take the illness more seriously or advise to go to an ER.In summary, if your pet is a member of your family, choose another Vet. If you dont mind your pet being treated like a number, then this Vet will suffice.Weve since changed Vets to The Family Pet Hospital in Ashland and couldnt be happier. We were floored at the difference in quality and compassion.

Ive had good experiences with the vets almost every visit or phone call, however the front desk staff and practice manager are very rude and uncaring - and these are the people you must pass to get to the vet. I called to get my pets records and let them know Im moving vets and the response was okie dokie, but I did get the records in less than 15 minutes. There was not a care in the world about why Im moving vets. I am certain now that I have made the right decision.

Dr. Alma Rotolo has been the vet I turn to for all the needs of my lab Noah, now almost 13 years old. She has a wonderful, caring manner, is thorough and explains things very clearly. My dog suffers from high anxiety, but she handles that beautifully. I put all my trust in the medical staff and techs at Wellesley-Natick Veterinary Hospital. Kind, efficient and caring service. They also do great follow up.

We have been taking our pets here for nearly 20 years (dog, guinea pigs, cat) and I have not once been disappointed in the care they provide. The vets always take the time to listen to you, and really seem to care about the animals. Dr. Orlandi and Dr. Katuna really are amazing people and vets, as I’m sure the others in the practice are as well! Additionally, they have been so helpful in getting my cat ready for my upcoming move and making sure I have all the right paperwork. Front desk staff are very friendly and actually very knowledgeable about animals and all the procedures.

Wellesley-Natick Vet hospital is really great! All the staffare amazing and the follow up is impressive. After each appointment someone calls to checkup. My dog has been a patient for 12 years! I highly recommend them.

I can not thank Dr Orlandi enough. I have outmost confidence in her skills. More importantly she demonstrates such loving and caring for my “babies” ! My two dogs just had dental work. My pets have been patients of NW Vet Hospital for 30 years and the care has generally been very good. However, we had one dog die while staying at its kennel about 15 years ago and just last weekend a second dog passed away while in the kennel. Upon speaking with an elderly neighbor, we found out that one of her dogs also died while in the care of the staff at NW Vet Hospital. I would never again take any of my cats or dogs there for even a nail trim and you should think twice about that as well.

I was happy to find a vet nearby that not only treated rats but was knowledgeable about them. Dr. Orlandi and the tech were very understanding about me wanting to provide end-of-life care for my rat and did all they could for him. They were all very kind when he passed as well.

I called to make an appointment for my cat Smokey and they were able to get him in the next day as his checkup was way overdue. The staff was very professional and friendly. Dr. MacFarlane is a caring and excellent veterinarian, she made sure that all of my pets needs and my concerns and questions were taken care of with professionalism and compassion.

My dogs get the best care here, and I get the best support. When my youngest had a medical emergency, the staff stayed with me the whole way. From the additional appointments, to scheduling a specialist, and through the emergency surgery, I never felt alone.Even when its not an emergency, the entire staff takes time to explain your questions. They are patient and thorough in their explanations, and I always walk away with valuable information. In addition, Dr. Katuna is always encouraging continued education. His staff members indicate this is one of the reasons they love their job - and why the turnover rate seems to be very low at this practice.I have been taking my dogs here since the first one came into our house, and I have brought foster dogs here as well. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

We love this vet, Dr. Orlandi in particular. They have taken care of so many of our dogs with so much love. We always feel like they are getting the best possible care, while also being upfront and realistic about the cost of treatment and the likelihood of success.

A few years ago, my cat brushed up against a some lillies that were given to us by a guest. He started acting differently, and I called the vet immediately to to see what I should do. They told me it shouldn’t be a problem and just to watch him. Hours later we were in the emergency room at tufts vet and almost lost our cat. This place is an absolute joke-charging you obscene amounts for every little unnecessary thing during appointments but can’t be counted on when it matters. If I could give zero stars I would, we will NEVER go back

My 3 cats have always had excellent, compassionate care at WNVH. All the doctors and staff have been extremely friendly and understanding during my many, many visits there. Highly recommended.

We love Wellesley-Natick and highly recommend them. We have been going there for several years and our dog has had 2 surgeries there and a couple of other scary incidents that we had to deal with. The staff - from the doctors to the techs like Greg and Sena (spelling?) are so caring and patient regarding any questions that we have. They really, really care about the animals. The desk staff is also extremely helpful and well-organized with their reminders, follow-up calls, record-keeping, and on-time appointments.

My tiny poodle Peanut got a little too friendly with a bee and bopped it with her paw. The bee responded in kind, and Peanut did not react positively to the venom. She was swollen and in discomfort. We called the clinic and although they were booked, they saw Peanut right away. After a couple of shots and a little pain medication, she was back to her old self again. I was very impressed with how caring they were and how they were able to see Peanut on an emergency basis right away. Its nice to have a great veterinary practice so nearby in case of emergency. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

I recently had to bring in my cat, Faber, in for an emergency visit a few weeks ago... I wasnt a client before but they made sure to see him very quickly. Unfortunately it was news I wasnt prepared for and that he was very sick. Dr Nuttall made sure I had all the information needed and answered all my questions and assured me that the choice I was making was the best. They didnt pressure me at all and gave me enough time to say good-bye. Ive been meaning to write this for a while, but what reminded me is that I received a sympathy card from the team at the Hospital which I appreciated... along with a paw print. Thank you for helping me through this sad moment in my life.

Dr Katuna has been my dogs vet for 14 years . He is the best doctor and cares very much for your pets needs . Also he explains everything to you to where you understand your pets health and needs . I travel at least 45 minutes to go to his hospital. He is very compassionate when it comes to taking care of my dog .

I have used W-N Vets for 30 years, and have always gotten outstanding care for my dogs, cats, and assorted small pets. I just adopted a rescue lab with a history of abuse. He was terrified when it was time for shots and getting blood drawn. Dr Rotolo and her lab tech spent an extended amount of time with us, trying to gain his trust and make the visit as easy for him as possible. I think I have seen every vet on staff. And the front desk staff are always extremely helpful when I have questions. I highly recommend them!

Our family moved from the south a few months ago and our dog has suddenly developed allergies. The staff has been very welcoming to us. Our last of 3 visits was scary as our dog had severe hives and she wasn’t responding to the medicine. The staff and dr helped our dog and changed her medication while letting us sit in a room with a blanket waiting to see if the new medication worked. Glad to say it did and our Dr. Called several times over the following days to check on her. Recommend Wellesley Natick Vet.

My 12 year old dog had surgery to remove a lump on his neck. Upon arriving at the hospital I was told that he needed to have blood work prior to the surgery, which made for some upset since that should have been communicated prior to surgery date. After that everything went according to plan-the surgery went well, and I was called to let me know that he also needed a tooth extraction, which I approved. His surgery and recuperation have been going well. Dr. Nutel called me directly to find out how everything was, and if I had any questions. She was very caring and informative. I would recommend Wellesley-Natick for surgery and their post-surgery support.

I cannot say enough about this wonderful veterinary group. This is the best practice in the entire Metro West area. Dr. Katuna, the owner is a wonderful veterinarian, extremely intelligent and loves animals.His staff are top notch. Dr. Rotolo and technician Greg came to our home this weekend to put our airedale of 12 years to sleep after saving her many times over the last couple of years. (Dr. K. was out of town)The two of them were so very kind and loving to Emma and to me. I will never forget them. This is the only practice I would recommend in metro west, MA!!
