My car looks just as good if not better than when I drove it off the lot. The online booking system was great. Payment was clear, quick, and easy. They were professional and courteous, handled everything in the time they said they would, and were very thorough. They even found a bracelet I hadn’t even remembered losing and left it in my cup holder for me! It’s very clear they take pride in their work and customer service. I will always get my car detailing done here!

Chose the int/ext package. The 6 year old car looks like it just came off the dealer lot like brand new. Great job, very happy with the results.

Brought my 2018 Chrysler 300 here. When I picked it up it was shining more then when I bought it from the dealer. The crew is fantastic very professional and extremely careful with personal items. I get my car detailed once every two weeks and by far the best shop I’ve been to. Another Plus it’s located right in the parking garage of the Natick Mall couldn’t ask for any more convenience .

Conveniently located so you can drop off your car and walk around the mall while waiting. They did a good job with the inside detail but totally scratched my whole dashboard. I would have given 5 stars if not for that.

Why 3? I tried to call to make an appointment, but nobody picked up. Honest, they want to sell you pricey waxing package and are not interested to give you a quick wash. Oh well, I will just go to Scrub and Dub machine wash then. It would have been perfect to get a quick wash while shopping at Natick Mall!

They did an incredible job on my boyfriend’s car. I’ll revisit for my car in a month or two.

Made an appointment online received confirmation when I arrived at was told that there was no confirmation and that I would need to wait 2 to 3 hours for the car to be completed. I was only looking for a basic exterior interior cleaning. Total waste of my time and probably yours.

Car Spa Center in Natick did a wonderful job cleaning my car. My car was very dirty and not very easy to work with (mechanical problems make it hard to start as it is an older car) and handled everything very professionally. They returned it looking like new.

Just got my car back and couldnt be happier. I have a 2009 highlander and 2 messy kids. The car hadnt been detailed since new. These guys spent just over 3.5 hours and brought the car back. All interior surfaces were washed and dressed. Carpets are stain free. Just thrilled.

Mediocre for what they charge. They wipe windows but do not lower them to clean entirely, wipe streaks throughout the vehicle are visible. Go elsewhere it’s convenient but not worth it.

These guys do an awesome job to leave your car spotless. Even if they take a little extra time sometimes, its totally worth the wait and get it done here.

They advertise one price then in person change it up.It’s only convenient but for the service your better off going elsewhere.
