I brought my new SUV in for front window tinting and clear coat application. After calling multiple businesses in the area, Kings Auto Spa and Detailing really stood out amongst the competition. They were extremely friendly and helpful and provided a very fair price for the services I needed. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to reschedule my appointment. Maria provided great customer service and followed up with me to make sure that I was rescheduled into a time slot that fit my schedule. When I arrived for my appointment, I was immediately impressed with the friendly and customer oriented environment. Higor also introduced himself and walked me through all of the work done at the end of the visit. I had a great experience and plan to bring my car back for additional services.

Great place!!! The guys really took care of the car, very professional and the details came out great. I only rated four stars just because I am a bit of a nut when it comes to detailing and cars and there were a couple spots that were not totally spotless but honestly for an absolutely filthy Yukon XL which is a huge car they did a great job and I definitely plan on bringing my vehicles back when I dont do the detailing myself, and also looking forward to getting a tint applied from these guys too!! Highly recommended.

Great place! Brought my BMW550GT there for window tinting and ceramic coating.I have a vinyl wrap and these guys were the only ones who found a compound to protect the wrap and make it look nice.Happy with everything, the best!

The absolutely surpassed my expectations, I tinted my car and put new rims on it, it came out better than what I had dreamed of. They polished my car and gave me a complimentary detailing. I’m beyond grateful and definitely coming back. If you’re debating or unsure of putting your car in their hands, I’d recommend them a million times. Excellence is such an understatement. My car was brought here for a full Detail as a mothers day gift. My cars interior was not very dirty at all. In fact, I had just vacuumed it a week prior and I cleared the inside of all my personal content. I did this so they could really focus on the paint and make it easier when doing the inside.When I arrived to pick it up it was not ready as they stated when I called. They had brought it back in and I saw them quickly vacuuming the back. I didnt think much of it.When they pulled my car to the side of the building I went to inspect it and was excited to see how it came out. I was not pleased at all, the interior still had small specs of dirt/dust within the vents and side of the seats. My car is not old and was in clean condition when I brought it in. So no excuse as to why this wasnt done better. My leather seats had drip stains that were caused by whatever they used to clean the seats. My odometer now has water marks behind the plastic that I am unable to wipe or clean due to it being behind the plastic. They must of over sprayed it and it got inside. The out side of the car does not look like a clay bar was put to it and had many swirl marks. The rugs were not shampooed.Im very disappointed to say the least. We paid full price for a terrible service. I would expect better from a $99 package offered at gas stations. We paid 2.5x that at this place for what I feel was a car wash and vacuum. Not a detail.They did offer to redo the service, but who has the time to bring a car back for 4 to 5 hours and spend another day without their car? They should of done it right to begin with. They clearly rushed thru it. Maybe they thought since my car was not in rough, dirty shape they can get away with it. I feel ripped off.I would not recommend them!

Phenomenal service at a fair price. I trust them with my car, pick up and Class A coach. They never disappoint.

3 days ago I had the front of my car wrapped with paint protective film (PPF) by Kings Auto Spa & Detailing, and the car looks fabulous. The film is basically invisible, thats how good the job is. They even touched up a tiny scratch that I had to spend 2 minutes looking for just now. They took extra safety precautions for the virus, wearing masks and gloves and cleaning the car. These guys are truly professional and I cant recommend them enough!

Moved here from out of state and had to remove my window tint to pass the state inspection. Great shop, excellent customer service, and fair price. Would absolutely recommend.

It was a great service however it wasnt worth the value, less than a year later the tint has already started peeling off.

I got my car the Gold package normally $190 but my dog had thrown up in the back seat so it was $225. That’s all fine with me the pricing was not the issue. They were friendly and got my car done in 4.5 hours.My issue was that I payed for the gold package which included interior and exterior detail which should have Included cleaning my glove box and trunk but both were not touched.The seat and floor cleaning was done fabulously but the seats were still damp when I picked it up. Not a huge deal for me.It didn’t seem like they touched my interior doors or the dash. The radio and shifter were cleaned along with the cup holders. For $225 I expected a bit more. I’ll have to clean the doors, dash, glove box, and trunk myself.I’m a Lyft driver and plan on getting my car detailed again but I probably won’t go to kings again.I had planned on going to the natick mall car spa but they wanted to charge me $200 extra for the dog puke.

Great place. Brought it there to have my car washed and found that they also do window tinting and PPF (paint protection film). Didi it all on my new truck. Now I take it there at least once a month for a mini detail. Quick and easy. Great crew and nice location.

Last November I had a remote starter installed. Roberto was a great help in choosing the model I needed for my Honda Ridgeline. While I was there I saw that he did detailing so I purchased a gift certificate for a Christmas gift for my wife.My wife brought her car, a 2013 Volvo XC 60, in this past Saturday to have it detailed. When she picked up the car she was amazed at the job they did. She said it was cleaner than when she picked it up from the dealer brand new. She had both the exterior and interior done and loved how perfect a job they did in and out. She said shes going to get her car done every year because it will be like having a new car when they get through with it..

That place is a big fraud I went and I ask to install in my car a remote start. ok the price not bad deal he was i will install the ft-dc3-lc compustar with drone is the best 2018 model high and low current no extra reley.I took my car and I find out that he install a cm900 module and he say is the same.I ask him my money back and he say I can not refund the installation I can only refund the parts.I dont see why to pay for his fraud its not what I ask him to do at my car.if you ever try to go there good luck.

Roberto will speak to you like youre a 5 year old. I will pay more to go to someone who treats customers with courtesy and respect... I urge other patrons to do the same. Not a place I will return.

Had the tint taken off my car to pass inspection after moving from Texas. Showed up and they arranged an appointment and took a deposit. Price was fair. Dropped car off and then came back four hours later and everything was good to go.

WILL WASTE YOUR TIME, WASTE YOUR MONEY, AND THREATEN YOU IF YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT IT.I had an HID kit to install in my compact sedan, to replace an old set that was underperforming. I asked if the job could be done by noon (i.e., in one hour). I was told it could. I waited.An hour and 45 minutes later, Roberto called me into the back room where Nick had disassembled the car. These foglight housings are bad, he says, the lenses are cloudy. Yes, I know the housings are cloudy, I respond. Then he advises me that One of [my new kits] ballasts is no good. Dead out of the box. He did NOT demonstrate how they were defective. I was suspicious; I had used the same brand of kit four times previously, without issue. He asks me Did you get them online? and I say yes. Boy, they saw you coming!, he says. At this point he tries to sell me one of his overpriced in-house kits. I tell him to just put the car back together instead, because I am already 45 minutes late and need to go.At the counter, Roberto charges me $75 for labor. I ask him to show me how the ballast was defective. You mean bench test? Roberto replies. We dont have the ability to bench test. But why? You dont trust my technicians? Sensing that Roberto is getting testy, I try to talk him down and say that I just need to see the defect for warranty purposes/getting my money back from the manufacturer etc. He is mildly confrontational for the remainder of my time there.A week later, I take the the allegedly defective kit down to a guy named Dave at a different shop down in Dorchester. I advise Dave that somebody I dont trust has said the kit is no good. Dave bench tests the kit. Yep, everythings working, Dave says. So the kit is good? I ask.Yes, the kit is good.I go back to Express, kit now successfully installed. I tell Roberto my concerns about being charged $75 for nothing more than the pleasure of having his brilliant sidekick Nick tell me my non-defective parts are defective. He brings Nick out, who assures me that my kit was indeed defective, since he bench tested it. But wait, I say, Roberto, you told me you didnt have the ability to bench test anything, remember? Roberto looks at me and says: You like screwing people over. I could tell first time I saw you. Im not going to give you your money back. You can try to fight the charge with your credit card company, but I will fight back. I ask him if he cares about his online reputation. He replies I hope you [write bad reviews]. Ill fight that too. ILL FIND YOU. ILL HUNT YOU DOWN.
