We just spent 3 days are 506 lofts and it was terrific. The room was perfect, bed was comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, AC was good, felt age the whole time. Its close enough to walk to all the fun parts of Nashville. Hosts were responsive and everything was planned well. Highly recommend.

We just stayed in two of the larger lofts to celebrate a family birthday with 1.5 baths and two floors. the property is wonderful. spacious, very well appointed with full kitchen and comfortable living and sleeping areas, and beautifully set up, with a central location in downtown. its the type of place we could have been happy staying in much longer. really a perfect choice for our visit and the property manager couldnt be nicer or more helpful. absolutely recommend!

The location to the heart of Nashville was outstanding and incredibly convenient for all our plans and adventures. The accommodations themselves were artsy, clean, well-stocked, and spacious. My first trip to Nashville with a friend for the weekend and this place did not disappoint. The room was very clean and we loved the character and charm. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The location was fantastic and we were easily able to walk to anywhere we wanted to go. It did not feel like we were staying in a hotel. It was a home away from home. The building requires you to put in your access code in several locations just to get to your room which made us feel extremely safe.

Booked a room at 506 lofts on AIRBNB, got a confirmation code then showed up that they issued refund. So I called and spoke with Hannah and she told me they had not updated fees. However it pulled up month and days I wanted to book, and let me reserve these days Most of the time if they are updating you will not be able to click month or day.. This is false advertisement . Then she proceeds to tell me she can book me through their website and then says noo, these fees are not updatedVery unprofessional 506 lofts blamed AIRBNB and AIRBNB blamed 506 lofts. Either way FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

First time Nashville visitor and could not have chosen a better place to experience the city. Great location away from the hustle and bustle of Broadway, yet close enough to enjoy on our own terms.Space was warm and inviting and more spacious than we originally expected (4 adult women).Delightful shower and large windows to catch sunlight.Coffee lovers will enjoy the handful of delicious shops within a 1-5 min walk!

This was the perfect hub for us during our stay in Nashville, the location is great allowing us to easily walk or scooter to most areas/attractions/dining. It felt very safe, had laundry on site, the bed was comfortable, the decor was stylish and a lot of west elm items LOL. Even had local little snacks and umbrellas to use (which we did), it really had everything we could have wanted! Would stay here again and recommend to anyone coming to visit! We had an interior room on 2nd floor...just to note you can hear the people walking around above you.

We were at the Pacifica, 302 three nights and could have stayed thirty. Great location, nice quality touches, pretty quiet, comfortable. I think the interior designer must have had a blast doing these lofts. That its a Mission Hotel is frosting. Thanks. Hope to return.

I had the best stay at 506 Lofts! I was lucky enough to win an instagram giveaway for a free night stay and the experience truly exceeded my expectations. They were very helpful with parking and local restaurant recommendations and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. There was even a large goodie bag filled with local Nashville goodies when I walked in. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area.

Stopped here on the way from Florida to Colorado. It was just what we needed, close to the honky tanks but also very quiet. Parking was close and easy. There is a good breakfast place right next door.

I traveled to Nashville with my best friend over Valentines Day this past week. If it werent for 506 Lofts our stay would not have been near as good as it was. To start our stay, we were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of champagne waiting for us in the kitchen! How awesome is that? Down to every last detail, this loft was perfect. The huge windows provided the best light, the open floor plan gave such a welcoming vibe, and the bedroom upstairs was so homey. The location was perfect! It is in the heart of downtown and offers different restaurants, bars, and entertainment on every corner. To top it all off, every nights stay helps a person in need. So you will be having the best time while also giving back to the community. I highly recommend 506 Lofts. Could not have asked for anything better!

We loved staying with 506 Lofts! We stayed in the monkey bar loft. It was in a fabulous location. It was clean, and decorated nicely. Beds were wonderful! It loved that it had a kitchen so we could make breakfast in the mornings.

Our stay at 506 Lofts was perfect. The location is amazing; close enough to walk to many all the sights of Nashville, but far enough to have a sound sleep. It was an amazing value and Im so happy I chose to stay at 506 Lofts over the other boutique hotels in my list. There was a welcome gift basket on our arrival and everything went so smoothly I didnt have to reach out to management one time. Try them out you wont be disappointed. The design of the Lofts are beautiful and an awesome little piece of history. I also loved that a stay here supports fighting homelessness in the city.

Our group loved staying here over spring break. We are a group of friends in our mid-30s and we could not ask for a better experience.It’s close to downtown (4-5 min minute walk). Close to Starbucks, nutrition place and the most delicious breakfast place (right next door). It’s also a short Uber from the airport.When we return to Nashville, will won’t stay anywhere else.Not to mention the 506 Lofts team were amazing before our stay with responding to emails.I really cannot say enough good things!! You have to try it to truly experience it.

One of the reasons I enjoyed my solo vacation in Nashville was because of the great place I stayed - 506Lofts. The lofts are unique, right downtown and near all the attractions. But even more, part of what you pay goes to support downtown Nashville missions. If you are going to Nashville, check out these lofts. When I go back, Ill be disappointed if I cant stay there again.

I came to Nashville for a short weekend getaway for valentines. The lofts were absolutely beautiful. So stunning and had a very homey feel. We received a complimentary bottle of champagne for Valentine’s Day which was a cherry on top of a perfect weekend. Also... the shower is AMAZING!!!

This was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed in! The design of the loft blew us away, and the owners added perfect details into making the place feel so accommodating with everything you could need. Waking up in the morning with the French press coffee maker to the gorgeous view of downtown Nashville and being so close to all the action made this stay even more incredible. In addition to the positive qualities of the loft itself, I found it so heartwarming that some of the proceeds go towards the local homeless organizations. We really appreciated the hospitality and look forward to staying here again soon!

Definitely one of the best airbnb locations I have ever stayed in. It was our first time visiting Nashville and we absolutely loved it, thanks to 506 lofts. The lofts are located within easy access to downtown and other great locations, as we were able to walk most places to get around. We also felt extremely safe at all times, despite being located in such a central location, which was a huge huge plus! One of our favorite parts of our stay was the thoughtful amenities which included Nashville tips! We also really enjoyed reading the guest book and learning about other guests experiences. Everything about our stay was amazing. We stayed in unit 301. The unit is furnished so well and the design is top notch. Everything was quiet and very comfortable and clean. It was extremely easy to check in and out and the location is unbeatable. 506 Lofts is within walking distance to almost anything you want to do. Fantastic experience all around.

506 Lofts is the go-to spot for an amazing stay in Nashville! The lofts are trendy, modern spaces with an industrial vibe. The raw metal, woods, and exposed brick textures make for a very visually aesthetic space.The location was amazing with lots of cool Nashville attractions right out the front door. We walked down to the Rainbow Room for dinner and finished up the evening at Pucketts for some drinks and live music.The check in experience is modern and contactless which makes it super easy to come right in and start enjoying the lofts. The staff is very knowledgable and helpful. Shout out to Lorena for being amazing!If youre looking for a spot to stay in Nashville, look no further. 506 Lofts is the answer!

Not only is location beyond perfect but you get an amazing room, clean, spacious and plenty of amenities!! I personally can’t imagine staying at a hotel after a room like this. My wife and I stayed in 301 and will Definitely be staying there again.

Only regret was not staying longer! Impeccable accommodations in the heart of Nashville. So many lovely touches including a W&D as well as a luggage room if you arrive prior to check in or have a late departure. The staff was so sweet and knowledgeable. They also included a bottle of bubbly to help my husband and I celebrate our anniversary. For us parking was a non issue — plenty of garages nearby (we did the library which was $20). Felt very safe and enjoyed the nearby attractions (steps from Ryman Auditorium)! This is not a deal breaker for me which is why I’m keeping my review at 5 stars but if you happen to have a guest above you, you may hear their water traveling through pipes in your unit (we stayed in The Monkey Bar). The folks above us took a shower at 5:09 am which kept us awake for the duration (about 15 mins) but we were able to fall back asleep after that. Can’t wait to come back and visit and hopefully bring friends to stay in one of the other units! Bonus: 506 lofts helps fight homelessness by giving a portion of proceeds to local charity.

506 Lofts are OUTSTANDING!! The communication was quick and excellent. The location is a few blocks away from Broadway (maybe a three minute walk). The Loft (202) was absolutely beautiful!!!! The kitchen made evaluate my own. LOL. We appreciated the fact they had a key code at the front door, elevator, and Loft door. Security was on point!!! This may be the best place we have stayed at other than home. I cant say enough good things about the place. Hell, even the snacks they provide are excellent!!

We stayed in 302 and had a great time. You can walk to most of the locations you will want to see. Everything was just as advertised, and the suggestion book along with the feedback from other guest was very helpful.

Wow! 506 Lofts is just incredible. It looks just as gorgeous as it does in photos - maybe even more! The check-in was smooth and simple, contactless which is great during Covid. We love staying here so much! The location is incredible and within walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. You just walk right out the front door and you are right next to Pucketts and other restaurants. We loved the design and ease of check in/out. We will definitely be back!

It felt like home immediately when I stepped into the loft. The large windows, floor to ceiling tile and original brick just give the spaces so much character. Loved the staff, super helpful and always there if I needed them. Great location downtown and will 100% be back!

I could not be more impressed with 506 Lofts, the place itself, their service and personal touch.I was originally booked to stay at The Russell, their sister property in East Nashville from March 3-5, 2020. Unfortunately, as I was boarding my flight in Los Angeles, I found out that a tornado had torn through East Nashville, destroying many of the structures surrounding The Russell and leaving The Russell without power. I contacted The Russell and was assured that they were fine and I would be able to check in when I arrived in Nashville in the morning.However, five hours later, it was a much different story. They were still without power and, in fact, wouldn’t regain power for another week. The staff was kind enough to transfer me to 506 Lofts, a beautiful property in Downtown Nashville, for the same price. I honestly can’t thank them enough. It was my first trip to Nashville and had no idea where to stay. I ended up with a lovely loft to call home for two nights. I was starving and needed a shower when I arrived. There were healthy snacks, a warm, comfortable bed and a bathroom that puts my one at home to shame. Nothing about my trip was what I planned but what I ended up with was a trip of a lifetime. I’ll never forget it and thank you, 506 Lofts, for helping to make what could have been a terrible experience a wonderful one.

Great place to stay! Right downtown near all the action, great furnishings with a modern feel. The place was also very clean! The only thing I will say is that 203 that we were in had no windows. This could be a negative or positive depending on how you look at it. On one hand there wasn’t a window to look out of let light in but on the other hand it was super quite and a great way to sleep in and get rest. I would highly recommend 506 Lofts.

This was absolutely one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! Every detail was thought of and the loft was beautiful in every way. I could not have loved it more! My only regret is that we couldn’t stay and enjoy it longer! Can’t wait to come again!

Clean and quaint loft. We stayed in the Shirley and loved the decor and interior feel. We didnt realize the room didnt have windows, but only spent time inside when winding down at night, so this was no issue. Great experience, would recommend to anyone visiting Nashville and looking for a centrally located place to stay. Also check out Pucketts right next door when you visit - absolutely delicious!

The staff (Hannah) is there to answer all questions and concerns and always responds immediately. I cannot say enough how impressive that is. The lofts are well stocked and beautifully appointed. I had the most amazing stay at 506 Lofts! Not only is the location convenient to Downtown, but it was the EASIEST check in/out experience. Booked this today, only to have to turn around and cancel an hour later roughly, due to personal reasons. We were planning to go tomorrow for the night and were not able to give a larger advance notice of our need to cancel. After calling and leaving a message, the owners were able to quickly get back to us and agreed to a full refund. Needless to say, my wife and I are estatic with their professionalism and kidness. They did not have to issue a refund per their policy, but they chose to help us out. My wife and I have talked it over and we will be booking through them in the future whenever we go to Nashville. We look forward to our stay here soon!

Awesome space in prime location! Beautiful loft with all the amenities and walking distance to all downtown locations. The sofa bed is one of the most uncomfortable beds Ive ever slept on in my life but if youre having a great time in Nashville, youll sleep just fine.It was very easy to get into and out of the building and the management team communicated very well before the start of our stay.There is no trash or laundry service during your stay so keep in mind if you are there for extended time.

Unsuspectingly tucked away on Church St., this spot is a fantastic alternative to larger downtown hotels. All of downtown is within walking distance. The check in was easy. The design is great. The beds are really comfortable. Its a great place to just hang out in with some friends or to use as your home base as you explore the city!

Loved the space. Good light and Ac worked well. Beds were SUPER comfortable. Instructions to get in and the surrounding area was perfect. Location was ideal. From entering the condo, we were very happy with the layout. The condo was very clean. All necessary amenities were provided. Beautiful unit. Very secure. Felt like home. Wow! 506 Lofts is amazing. Our loft was beautiful, the location was amazing, and the service was first class. Even better, we loved knowing that our stay helped provide meals and beds at the local homeless ministries. I can not recommend Anchor Rentals or 506 lofts enough! We stayed in the Monkey Bar loft at 506 lofts and had the most amazing time. We could have hung out in the loft the whole time it was that awesome and cozy! Anchor Rentals provided us with everything we needed and beyond! The location is absolutely perfect. Everything is a walk or quick Uber drive away! As two young, college girls traveling to an unfamiliar place, we always worry about safety and security. The building was so secure and safe that we did not worry once. This place is impeccable and decorated so cute! I recommend this place to anyone traveling to Nashville. You will not be disappointed. The staff was AMAZING and so accommodating. I plan to always stay with Anchor Rentals on all my future trips to Nashville.P.S. stop in to Puckett’s right next door for food! Did not disappoint. Also, if you’re there during hockey season, make sure to go to a game! The arena is a quick walk from the lofts & so much fun.

The 506 Lofts were amazing. The location could not have been better for a good time in Nashville. The apartment was as described and very well equipped. The hospitality was wonderful. I needed a little extra help getting settled with my two kids and they were very accommodating.

This location is 2 blocks off of Broadway. There is a grocery store across the street. If you want to watch a hockey game you can walk there in 2 blocks. The unit came with all if the amenities. I would highly recommend staying here. Great location and newly remodeled.

What a great place to stay to see all of Nashville! The loft had everything we needed and was so uniquely decorated. It was also very secure; with access only via your unique code for both the front door and to the door of the unit. I highly recommend 506 Lofts.

If there were 10 stars I wouldve rated the 506 Lofts as that good. This was our first time to Nashville and we wanted to avoid the high priced hotels that offer services that we dont want but we wanted something in a downtown location. Being from Chicago we know enough about expensive hotel rooms. This is as urban and upscale in a perfect and I mean perfect location. Two blocks from the excitement of Broadway and 3 blocks from the classy Schermerhorn Symphony center. We walked around in our sweaters. The loft itself was clean and very upscale. Key code entry so you dont have to carry cards or keys. Look out the windows at the activity Comfortable bed and clever kitchenette. Note my wife pouring an evening glass of wine. No pictures can do this justice. Grocery store, restaurants nearby. Parking a block down at the Library was $14 / day. If you get here before 4:00 check in, explore the library. Management is highly responsive via phone / text or email. They made me feel as if we were long time friends. We will be back again and were staying here.

Better than advertised. We booked this Airbnb for a few friends to explore downtown Nashville for the first time. The location of this place is unbeatable with it being just a 5 minute walk away from broadway. There is also a great restaurant next door. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go all weekend. The place comes with everything you need and more and can fit 4 comfortably. The hosts went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed as soon as we arrived. Parking wasn’t an issue.

Awesome place to stay in downtown Nashville. Walking distance to anywhere you would want to go. Our room had the coolest style of anywhere Ive stayed in Nashville. Definitely recommend 506 lofts.

The Nashville themed decor is fun and inviting and the furnishings, luxurious and chic. Its right in the heart of downtown and walking distance to delicious eateries as well as the biggest venues and galleries in town like the Ryman, Country Music Hall of Fame and the Frist Art Museum. If you want to experience the best of what Nashville has to offer then 506 is your spot.

Staying at 506 Lofts for a girls weekend in Nashville was the best decision we made! Couldnt have been a better location..close to everything downtown-Pucketts right outside the door for great food and the recommended coffee shop (Frothy Monkey) were enjoyed by all! Did I mention they provided great coffee and snacks in the loft?We will be back on our next trip to Nashville!

506 Lofts is an amazing vacation rental in the heart of Nashville. We had done a staycation there and absolutely loved it. It is 2 blocks from Broadway and Bridgestone and convenient to all of the best sites downtown. I love that they partner with local homeless charities and give money for every night people stay at the Lofts. Cant wait to come back. Highly recommend
