I had a 1 day rental, on Wednesday, that I paid for and authorized. I inquired about extending my rental for 3 days and the boy working said I could only extend for 1 day. I stated thats not going to work for me so we left, unloaded the truck and returned it an hour later.. Next morning my card was overcharged for 102.00 dollars with no authorization or agreement signed. I go in to speak to them and he says he cant do anything about it and I have to call UHaul and talk to them because I told him I wanted it and he remembers me saying that. Which is a flat out lie! (We were closing on a property on Friday so we were trying to avoid having to load and unload the truck twice. I was trying to extend the rental and just pay to keep it until after closing) 1 extra day was absolutely not going to work for us and I clearly stated that! These people will scam you if youre not watching your account. Shame on them and shame on Uhaul if they dont get some control over their rental locations.. I would def not recommend this location.

These locations are not doing safety inspections on their pickup truck rentals. I was dispatched to change a spare tire on one of their rental vehicles and the kit to lower the spare from the vehicle was missing entirely.As I looked closely at the tire I was trying to change I could see the belt on the inside of the tire, meaning that these trucks had not been inspected or serviced and they are a disaster on the streets waiting to happen. The tire was bald on the inside and anyone that drives these vehicles is driving a safety hazard. These trucks need alignments and new tires, badly!

U-haul is a rental truck company, for moving things. Very efficient.

You can now make reservations online for trucks, vans, trailers, trailer installations, and storage. You can also return vehicles online with your phone.

Working with any uhaul dealer is like pulling teeth. But this one was also like loosing an arm. The employees bark at you as if you have no where else to go.Rude, unsavory, and lacking professionalism. If you have questions on estimates dont expect these Asshats to take their time to explain.

The prices are very high and they tried to sell me something that wasnt right and dangerous to use

A bit difficult to find cause the entrance is on one side of the street but I had a great experience once I found it. New vehicles and clean.
