I called 6 towing places before reaching out to Bailey’s. They were very sympathetic and told me it would be an hour wait. The tow truck showed up about 40 minutes later.The driver was very respectful and was prompt in getting my trailer loaded up. He was careful in loading the trailer and stayed with the trailer at the hotel until we arrived. He said he didn’t want to just leave it there until he was sure it was safe. I absolutely recommend them.

I do not recommend this place, a driver of them hit the back of my truck on February 16, they still do not want to pay me, I tried to contact them on March 1, 2021, I went to their offices and take an estimate of what they charge to repair my truck a very angry lady attended us 5:00 p.m. place ... My insurance contacted them and they do not want to pay with their insurance

We had a crazy lady rent our AirBnB that had our car towed from our property. We watched it as it happened through the cameras but couldn’t get there on time. The truck driver pull out before we could make it there to stop them. Mind you, this happened on Christmas Day and after the bombing that took place in Nashville. We really appreciate the officer and truck driver who understood our situation. This place is honest and has integrity. They were very sympathetic of the situation. Thank you so much sir and officer.

This place needs to work on their professionalism and customer service. To begin, they were absolutely rude when answering the phone. The lady I talked to had absolutely no training in customer service but the gentlemen I spoke to before her was actually very nice and tried to help me. My car was towed by this company without any warning or sticker label notifying me that my car was going to be towed. Granted metro had them come out and I get that but that was still no way for them to show poor service and no professionalism. If you are going to work at an establishment, do not be rude to the customer you’re trying to help. If you hate your job enough to transfer your bad attitude to everyone else then don’t work in something where you have to interact with customers because you don’t belong in that kind of field . Also, when a customer is coming in and is confused about something and needs explanation, don’t sit there and be rude and belittle that customer because they are genuinely asking for help. That’s no way to run an establishment. DO NOT recommend going through this towing company. By the way because of the horrible service I had to go through and the ridiculous amounts that I should have never been charged for, my insurance company fully reimbursed me. So have a lovely life.

When i.called them first just to take my car down the road a couple miles from the loves gas station which where I was towing ot to was only like a mile from their actual tow business and it cost me 85 just for that which was totally bogus but when I had to tow it again to Lebanon they worked with me a little bit on the price but at 200 it was still pretty pricey to pay for like 45 miles worth of travel but the people who did the towing were cool dudes so it didnt bother me too much after the fact

Went to a show at the Basement East on Valentines day and parked in a random lot two blocks away. Came out, car was gone, called number on the sign. Got details, lady on phone was nice enough. Take an uber to their location to pick up car. When I get there, thats when I find out that it was $165 for them to tow the car 1.5 miles and have it less than an hour. $165?!?!? I was expecting $80, maybe even $100. This is absolutely price gouging. Let me be clear, I was at fault and totally own up to that and was willing to pay for my mistake. Baileys is taking advantage of people charging excessively for the job they did. And theres absolutely nothing you can do about it once they have your car except pay.

Have to say that these guys are the best! They were able to beat West Nashville Wrecker price by $40. If that isnt a good reason to use these guys then I dont know what is. They used a flatbed and were very careful. Thanks!!

When I called AAA for service, I was told that Baileys would be there within the hour. After ending my call with AAA I remained patient and waited for them to tow my car from another tow company that was not AAA certified. Within 15 minutes I received a call from a lady at Baileys claiming the nearest truck was finishing a tow job and would be there in an 1 and 10 minutes. I was upset that the quoted service time was not the same as what AAA had originally quoted.Upon waiting an additional 45 minutes I was contacted by a man who seemed to be nice. He told me he was en-route to my location and that it would be about 20 more minutes before he could get to me. I told him that was fine and thanked him for calling me. He then changed his mind about transporting my car out of county, after he had accepted the job, and simply notified AAA to inform me he was not coming. I sat there an additional 30 minutes on top of the 20 waiting on another company to tow my car.I WOULD NEVER USE THIS TOW COMPANY IN A MILLION YEARS. They accepted a job knowing where it needed to be towed, wasted my time, and cancelled without even having the common courtesy to inform me that he backed out of it.Obviously they had rather accept easy jobs and leave other customers stiffed because it may have been more work than they could handle. You shouldnt treat people like that!

Scum bags. Worst of the worst. Theyll tell you that they charge what metro tells them to charge, no sweetie, they tell you what the MAX you can charge is and of course you charge every cent of it. Why not right? Youre only holding our stuff hostage until we pay up. Oh and your first day of storage is two hours after they put your car in the lot. But dont worry, theyll box your car in and tell you its an hour until the nearest tow truck can come get you out. These people are vermin. They get enough money from the city, dont willingly give them yours.

I obviously can’t attest to anyone else’s review/experience, but given the situation, mine went as smoothly as possible. I got a flat tire on a major roadway. I had trouble reaching my insurance’s roadside service so I did a quick google search for the closest tow/wrecker service near me and this was it. I called and the dispatcher was nice and courteous and after I gave him my information he informed me that his drivers were busy but that he would get someone to me as quickly as possible, told me to make sure I was in a safe spot and that it may be an hour to an hour and a half. Obviously, I wasn’t thrilled to be waiting on a busy interstate for that long, but it is what it is. In the end, the tow truck driver got to me in about 45-50 minutes even after we realized that I had been an idiot and in the heat of the moment I had read an overpass sign wrong and told them the wrong location of my car (still in a relatively similar area.) The actual tow truck driver was also very nice and given that I didn’t know the area, trusted his knowledge of a tire shop close to where we were. It turned out that he had a friend who owned a tire shop a couple of miles away, took me to that shop and all in all from flat to the tire being fixed I was back on the road in about 2 hours. Getting a flat tire is nobody’s best moment but given the circumstances I was more than happy with every level of the service. I also work in a service industry and know all too well that people will rarely leave a review for good service, it is in the cases where something went wrong with their experience that a customer will take to the internet to lampoon a business based off of a singular bad experience. So, I wanted to make sure I bucked that trend and gave credit where it is due. God forbid something like this happens again, but if it does I won’t hesitate to call Bailey’s.

Keith was personable, knowledgable and extremely helpful when we had a vehicle malfunction in Nashville. He got us to the right place--Firestone East--where we were treated extremely well. He knew more than AAA, which made for a smoother than expected exit from town on our way home. Thanks for your help!

I was eating breakfast at Chick-fil-A on Gallatin ave in Madison this morning (July 14) and when I left a Baileys wrecker was parked so close to my truck I could not open the drivers door. I went back in and asked the driver if he was going to eat in or take out and explained why I was asking. He told me he was in between the lines and would be there when he gets there! Great way to represent your company! Really makes them look bad. I ended up having to climb over the seats to get in the truck.

They steal whatever good they can find in the truck and charge whatever the hell they want bad reputation

They are nice but super busy and a little pricy. You can get someone else faster and cheaper.

They were super helpful and had great customer service. I thought I needed a tow because I couldnt get the wheel off of my car when I had a flat tire. I figured I drove on the rim and maybe it was stuck on there. The tow truck driver said that was not the problem and proceeded to use a 2 by 6 to whack the wheel right off the car. I had no idea you had to wack the wheel so hard when you get a flat. Lesson learned and lesson earned!

I am so thankful to Baileys!! Nashville potholes & low profiles tires are combination for disaster. Just had Baileys and their driver Doug Ramsey pick up my Porsche. Doug did a great job and was very cautious given the low ride height. Would definitely recommend Baileys and Doug.

This place is a joke. They are theives. I was hit by a semi truck right next to their business. Taken by ambulance to the hospital. My husband called about our car they told him the total $145 to tow 200 feet even though it was driveable. No calls nothing. Then charge another $20 for it being there for 5 hours while we were at the hospital. My husband goes to get it and she wont give it to him. Also said if I came down she wont give it to me because my name is only on the insurance. So they want to continue to charge us. She was very rude and unprofessional, telling different stories each time we called. How are these people still in business? We will be filing a complaint with the BBB against them. It was bad enough having someone wreck into me, then to have to deal with these crooks makes it that much worse. These people should be ashamed of themselves.

We had a serious accident, a man smashed into the back of our car at around 70mph because he wasnt looking where her was going. My wife and my 2 year old son were in the back seat of the car. My wife was pregnant at the time and the hospital say there is no heartbeat, we are praying for a miracle. So you can imagine how destroyed we are feeling. The truck driver was very friendly and helped us get our stuff out of the trunk, however, never in my life have I had to deal with such unhelpful, horrible, snotty people as I have had to deal with the people behind the office desk! These women should not have a job dealing with the public, especially in cases like ours and many others who go through hell. 3 days ago, I asked for a photo of our car as we were left with no transport, our car wrecked and the driver and insurance companies no help at all. No reply, nothing, so I called and was spoken to like a piece of crap! You dont really get a choice if you have an accident and end up at this disgrace of a place, but if you do, please give those women a mouth full of abuse that they deserve! I am going to make sure they lose their jobs.

These guys are not helpful at all and will try to maximize their profits on your car. My daughter had an accident while visiting Nashville and these guys charged her $145 although we requested a AAA truck. Then they hauled it to their yard where they charge a steep daily fee even though we requested a tow to an AAA approved shop. I asked them several times to send me a picture of the car so that I could assess the damage. When they finally sent a picture, it was of the wrong car. I never did receive the correct picture. We finally had to abandon the car because as I waited for their help, their fees continued to mount and by the time I would pay their outrageous fees and fix the car it would be more than it was worth.STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS unless you want to see the cash drained from your pocketbook.

Got my car towed over weekend, so of course one star!

Dont use these guys. They quoted me a time to pick up of an hour or hour and a half. I called them after two hours and they said it would be another hour or hour and a half. Delays happen, but they could have texted me with a heads up instead of wasting my time.

Luis charged me 175 dollars to get my bike off the flat bed. Once I got home I looked up the statute and regulations by metro on towing prices. The maximum price for an owner to pay is 55 dollars. At the time an officer was present and did not share this information with me.
