Very disappointed in the appraisal received from this company. They used dated comps (over 18 months old) in a very hot neighborhood with rapidly increasing home values (that increase in value on a quarterly basis). In addition, the selected comps included homes in a much lower-value, higher crime neighborhood (not the area this home is in). When I went to their website to find out who had appraised my property, he was listed as a trainee. This appraisal was unsatisfactory and cost me equity because a new appraiser did not do their due diligence and / or research on our neighborhood. Would not recommend.
