Let me first state that I am typically difficult to impress. If we could give The FYKES Group beyond 5 stars we would. I dont say this lightly - their service is superior. They quite literally make you feel like you are their only client. I cant think of a single moment when someone wasnt available for something. From the initial consultation to our closing (and even after) they have reigned supreme. We consulted with them on a Thursday, they had us in houses Friday, Saturday and so on. Our offer was put in promptly and we got our house. The entire team Hayley, Matthew, Hannah, Jamie, and their customer satisfaction rep Julian (sorry I dont know his title) were freaking awesome. They give it to you straight - that is what I appreciated so much. I am so impressed. Hayley, and Hannah advocated for us when we went out to houses, researching the community based on our desires and provided valuable feedback, climbing into to crawl spaces and attics, walking in mud, to check things out so we can have an idea of the status of the home weeks before an inspector ever came to the property. I was told that Fykes doesnt give anything away for free, however, I ended up feeling pressured to take an offer that was $500 less than I paid for the house and a host of other things that had to be included.
