These guys here are very professional, take car of my car in very short time, service is great. Just make sure to go early if you will wait for your car so you can leave early . Usually I go around 8 am and out of there in less than hour. It’s very nice to add maintenance packages when you buy from them for just $10 a month you will have free oil change, wash and do many nice options. Don’t forget to enjoy their complimentary coffee, I love their Chicago dark roast.

Definitely overpriced to replace a sensor. But great service and they worked with me on the price. Since my warranty expired it is all overpriced.

The service at Action Nissan was incredible. I was greeted warmly and they were extremely efficient. They let me know exactly what needed to be fixed on the underneath of my car and kept me consistently updated on the status of my car. When they brought my car back they asked if I wanted it washed before I left and which was a great addition to their service. They returned my car to me all fixed up and perfectly clean and the service was extremely affordable! I will absolutely be going back to Action Nissan for my future car needs.

I had scheduled a 9:00 a.m. appt to have my car looked at. At 2:00 p.m. I hadnt heard anything so called to get an update. After 24 minutes on hold, I was told there was no ETA. I then drove to the place and arrived around 3:00 p.m. I was promised they would look at the car and give me an estimate of repairs before they closed at 6:00. The service rep called me back shortly before 6:00 saying they would look at it the next day.

I recently bought a car through Katherine and Marlon, and they were absolutely amazing! Not only were they super nice and helpful, but they ensured that I got the best deal I could get. 10/10 recommend going with them, and you definitely would want to work with Katherine or Marlon. I have been taking my car to Ashley at Action Nissan. She does a great job with my car. As a single gal, I am not able to have my car in the shop for days. Ashley always makes sure that any work that needs to be done (which is just maintenance upkeep), is done the same day. She also works on getting the best price she can. I would highly recommend Action Nissan and I would highly recommend working with Ashley.

Heather was phenomenal!! She was professional, courteous and provided excellent customer service. She understand that without customers there is no action Nissan! She was truly a blessing and so was Jorge. But of course there’s a devil... good ole Chris. I hear he’s a manager. But I witnessed him openly being disrespectful to an black man regarding something that had been promised to the customer. Chris was very confrontational and I didn’t feel safe. His I’ll treatment towards the young man was unnecessary and I hope this is not the face of Nissan because it’s definitely not the representation as an owner of a company that I would want representing my company! He’s not manager material and if your reading this I hope that you skip over interacting with Chris!

Ashley Mayers was absolutely wonderful! She was professional and very friendly. She went above and beyond to take care my vehicle needs.

So far satisfied. Time of repair was fine. Im awaiting to see how my repairs went. So ill check back how everything went.

I wish they have better coverage on tires and rims. I just bought a new car(nissan altima 2020) like three months ago and its tire and rim got busted at middle of the highway for no reason, I had to pay 600$ to fix it. Sad to spend such big amount after spending 30K to buy a new car.

I have to say I have never had a dealership do what they did tonight and it has left a very bad taste in my mouth. I purchased a Nissan Murano from Heather Fowler and absolutely had the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. The transaction was smooth and Heather was the best I have ever worked with. The night I purchased my Murano she was unable to give me my second key. I had been unable to get by there to get it so I called Heather to see if there would be anyway she could bring it to me. Of course she was gracious enough to run it all the way to my house. He told me she got off work at 8 but would leave a little before time to get off so she could get it to me and still get home at her regular time. Heather had text and told me she was on her way. A couple of minutes after she did my phone started ringing nonstop. I was in the middle of a meeting with my daughter and hesitated even answering the phone. I finally did and it was a sales Mgr named Chris. He said he was confirming that Heather was bringing a key to me. Of course I said yes and then asked was there a problem. I am completely floored that you feel like you have to micromanage grown adults to see if they are telling the truth. If this is the kind of business that Action Nissan runs with their higher management staff I am not sure I want to continue to do my business there. It really makes me sad but I absolutely loved working with Heather and was extremely happy with the service I received from her that night. Please tell your sales mgrs that the staff is perfectly capable of handling their business and what this sales Mgr did to call me several times to confirm the transaction was taking place was truly uncalled for.

Came in for oil change. Staff courteous and professional. Work completed around the estimated time. Even washed my truck. Have not had any problems.

Dont waste your time. We bought a used vehicle cash 1st off it took 4 days to get the second. 2nd come to find out it hadnt been taken thru emissions testing and they said they will over night it to us and it took another 3 days to get that. 3rd less than 2 weeks after owning the vehicle I had to take it back to get serviced because of a no start condition 3 times over 2 days and 4th after taking it to the service department they wont let you know when your vehicle is ready they pass you around from department to department not wanting to actually help. Finally at 30 mins before they closed they told me that my car wasnt going to be ready today after myvwife and I went and showed up and demanded what was going on and made them hold up their end of the agreement and give me a rental car until they figured out what was wrong with the 1 they sold me. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle new or used from these people even their own employees dislike the company. So long story short dont waste your time just travel a little further and get better customer service
