I’ve recently moved from here, I lived here for 2 years. Management never answers the phone, when they do they have an attitude immediately! Melanie Brito the office manager has a piss poor attitude. Would like elsewhere for rent in Nashville.

I lived here from 2012-2019. Management is terrible- more unprofessional than anything else, but no high standards here. Apartments themselves are nice for the price, but this place has no amenities and parking is horrible. They would lock the laundry room and say hours are from 9:00-5:00, as if most people don’t work during those hours. They don’t address complaints or concerns, even if they say they will. Lastly, the tenants are rude and lack respect; kids just run around at all hours, hitting peoples cars, the parents are never around to watch their kids either. When the property was managed by Elmington Property Management, you would have better neighbors. There are better places that are just a little bit more expense, so keep looking. This place is trash.

Its good and nice place to live in great blessing life and look at new future💯🙏🏿

My Great Grandmother lives here, She has ever since they opened and they recently got a new owner of the place about a year ago I think and they treat her with so much respect. When she goes grocery shopping all she has to do is go to the front office and they carry all of her groceries up the stairs for her. She absolutely loves where she lives. She has great neighbors. They are good about keeping loud and bad people out. Thank goodness. I just am so grateful how they treat her. Not many places go out of there way to help anybody. And the apartment is very nice.

This is apt. 109, i wrote a email 6 days ago n have not gotten a reply back. So now i am writing on here. The central air has stopped working. Hopefully this will be fixed today or tomorrow.

I have enjoyed my stay here. Nicole is an awesome Office Manager and does an amazing job at implementing rules and policies to help keep Hallmark of Bellevue a great place to live. The maintenance guy Theo works around the clock to insure the property is clean and whatever repairs you have he fixes them to perfection. Bellevue is a growing community right now and these apartments are very affordable and convenient to the growth. As is anywhere, as long as you stay to yourself, follow the round rules, and pay your rent on time this could be a great place you could call home.

Expensive for the level of service and ask $100 for just the possibility for get a unit without assurance that the deposit will be returned if you don’t is robbery. I actually live I Hallmark at the Park which was the first of these complexes and the attitude and charges is a the only thing that continues to grow and worsen.

Do not waste your time. I put a holding fee on an apartment in September of 2018. The first apartment the lady did not move out. The second apartment I was told I could have in January by Samantha and Danielle. The new lady says there is nothing. So for 3 months I have been waiting on this apartment and I do not get it and I do not get my $100 back. Do you want to go through this especially if you have a kid like me. I dont think so.

Don’t back into your parking spot. I was visiting a client of mine and came back out to an annoying sticker that I now have to scrape off of my window because I backed into a spot. There were no posted signs.

I lived at these apartments for approximately a year. The management there is horrible. Nicole (the manager) has a horrible attitude and is very unhelpful with any situation that occurs. Not only myself, but several of the residents there have complained about her inconsistency to help them out. Everyone receives letters on a weekly basis about what they will be charged for. There is always a threat of being given an additional charge for something. If you have children then you do not want to be here. There is nowhere for them to play and she will send you letters even stating you will be charged $25.00 for any child (even if they are not yours) climbing trees. I also received many letters stating I would have to pay $25.00 for cigarette butts on the ground below my apartment. I was on the second floor (I had people above and below me)and do not even smoke. I was eventually evicted because I was ½months rent behind one time and was given 10 days to be moved. The reasoning for this is because I was very bold about not paying these fees for issues I had no control over so of course she had it out for me....Again Im not the only one. On the other hand the maintenance guy will bend over backwards to help you by all means necessary. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was also told you could not have a felony or have a visitor that has a felony. I myself did not but do have a family member that did and only visited. Only to find out later that her best friend whom she goes to church with has 7 felonies (and that came from the friend) who lived in the complex. Discrimination at its best.

Amazing service, hope you are WELL-KNOWN the new over to my account on our own and I have been trying out for you are you still want the money is y u on the water is coming up in my life with the albino again for your time and I will be a good e I have a great day and I will be a good day to day life and the you can see it on my own and not a good

They literally never answer the phone!!!!!

This place is TERRIBLE! They do NOTHING, they DO NOT care about their residents, they NEVER clean the place up, they DO NOT care about any reports made, and they are NEVER in the office!!!
