Just had an appointment with Jennifer! When I tell you she does such a great job.. I really mean it. She was so courteous when it came down to great customer service and also thoroughly explained everything I needed to expect. This was my first time getting fillers and she did such a good job. I’m in love with my new lips and really can’t stop looking at them! If you’ve never gotten any type of filler.. or shoot even need a new place to go to Jennifer is the one. I promise you she’ll get you looking right.

Had Botox and filler’s, which I’ve had done for years in Los Angeles . Exceptional service with really down to earth people and reasonable prices.Jennifer is very skilled at doing injections and explaining what she’s doing. She even said I could come back for tweaks :-). I’m really happy with my results

This was the first time I had booked with them. They came recommended by a friend. The morning of my appointment, I received an automated text message to tell me they had cancelled my appointment. They couldnt even be bothered to call and tell me why, I had to call them.Apparently they only have one person on staff that was capable of performing the service and she couldnt come in for the day. Poor customer service to cancel on your customers hours before their appointment via an automated text.

Hands down, the best results, ever! Over the years, I’ve had my filler done by a lot of people, in many places, NYC, Beverly Hills, but Jennifer is, by far the best. Super happy with my results after every treatment, every visit, and everyone there is totally cool. I would most certainly recommend.

Not sure what is going on here but had 2 back to back bad experiences.Have been going here for about 3 years. McKenzie always took great care of me when she worked there and then she relocated. Had great experience with new esthetician first couple times but last time was disappointment. She clearly rushed through my treatment and cut me with the dermaplane blade and also poked me in another spot with blade. Hurt to begin with with the cut but really was through the roof when the peel was applied after being cut. She said she would give me 15 percent off because of cut but when I went up they increased my price from 140 to 160 then applied discount so it was pretty much same price. When I brought to attention of front desk she said “oh those prices on site are not accurate we are working on fixing that” last time I was there the same thing happened. There was a different guy at desk though who double booked and I had to wait almost 45 mins to be seen and he did same thing, charged me 160 instead of 140 and gave a similar excuse. As long as I have been going there and got that treatment has always been 140. And their site still says that! Should have been honored especially with being cut. Not going back and not recommending

My only complaint is that I wish I found skin/envy sooner. I received Botox/filler at another beauty clinic(in Nashville) for a year before I found Jennifer. When Jennifer and I went over prices I was blown away by the discrepancy in what I had been spending elsewhere. She buys her products in bulk and gives those savings back to her clients.I’ve gone to her twice since and she walks me through the products, process, and uses her expertise to guide me towards my goals. She’s also very down to earth and kind, which makes the experience that much more enjoyable. I’m obviously very happy with the results she offers and the prices are a cherry on top.

Jennifer is a godsend. She’s super honest & really cares about her job instead of treating us like a cash register. Very refreshing go to her for Botox for exactly what you want.

My appointment was cancelled by text just 3 hours before my appointment. I had my entire day planned around this and a sitter. I called to see if it was an accident and got the voicemail. They did return the call, but this wasn’t the first time they needed to reschedule. How frustrating.

Highly Recommend!!I had my 1st appointment with Jennifer at Skin Envy and was very pleased. When I first walked into the office I was taken aback at how beautifully decorated it was. I was warmly greeted and felt very welcome, even making sure my friend who was with me was made comfortable. Jennifer was very intelligent and professional while patiently answering all my questions. After my procedure, I left the office feeling very well taken care of; they are some of the sweetest and most caring people!

I had done my research before ultimately having my fillers done here with Jennifer. I had other consultations but ultimately walked away from the other places because I was not convinced. Jennifer convinced me with her knowledge and experience and she saved me from having a botched job done elsewhere ( by the way that place was a lot more money) . She Took her time with me to address my concerns and the best way possible. She was so patient and kind and I felt at ease even while she was putting needles in my face. I walked out of there looking amazing. My friends who get fillers often were shocked at how low her prices were. And I’ve had no bruising and my face is not swollen at all. I literally could’ve put on my make up and gone out to dinner right after having this done. I now look like I used to 10 years ago and I cannot be happier. It looks so natural and now I have cheekbones for days. I highly recommend that you come here if you want to have fillers or Botox done because you will be very pleased with your results. It is not a cheap thing to have done but it helps you reach your goals and in the long run it will save you money because you’re not buying into expensive creams and other gimmicks That won’t give you near these results.

So yesterday was my first time visiting Skin Envy and I am beyond thrilled about this place! The environment is beautiful. Every room has a different gorgeous crystal chandelier and it was very very clean as it should be. Brandy and Jennifer were both extremely friendly and welcoming! After talking with Jennifer I felt so comfortable with her about getting cosmetic fillers. She was very gentle and I had no bruising at all! Brandy gave me great advice on what skin care routine & products I should be using! I already booked my second photo facial with her! Cant wait to go back! I have been under the care of Jennifer Misuraca for the past year for Botox and Restylane dermal fillers, and I am really pleased with her knowledge, skill and personality. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to be called back to an exam room. Nor have I had to wait long after that. Was looking for someone who could balance and lift my lips with more volume. I did some research and found Jennifer had amazing reviews esp with filler. I went to day and am more than pleased! I drove 3 hra from memphis but it was well worth it. She took thw time to make sure she knew exactly what i wanted and even still slightly swollen my lips look amazing!

I drive over an hour here from Cookeville and it’s well worth the drive.

Called to make an appointment for an hair consultation and was told they are no longer accepting new patients. Quite odd they are no longer accepting new patients. And kinda skeptical they are only treating current patients, is none of the patients getting cured and issue areas treated so they dont have to continue to be seen? The only misunderstanding was on your end because when I called the receptionist should have said you dont offer hair consultation but, instead said you did. And after this was posted you called back to apologize and still never mentioned you didnt offer hair consultation. So, that why youre rated 1 star.
