Liberty group is amazing, I’ve worked with them for several years and they always get me right back to work if an assignment ends and the pay is awesome as well. My experience with The Liberty Group has been nothing but great. Unlike, the three other apartment staffing services, I was always paid, great pay and plenty of work. If you have problems, of any kind, DJ and the staff has always been there to help. They are local and you do not have to worry about calling out of state, when there are problems. I was offered job from liberty staffing. It took over a week to get the application and when finish it I had a got another . Mark that at liberty staffing Nashville office was rude . No I waste his time don’t every call him again that is not a way to running a temp agency or place

I was lucky enough to work with Liberty as a temp- I was always placed quickly from one assignment to another. During my time as a temp, I worked at 4 properties as a greeter and then as a leasing agent. I also took their Leasing 101 and Leasing 102 classes which was helpful to get a better foothold in the industry. Joy is a joy to work with and after 5 months of being a temp, I received a job offer. Very happy that I was connected to Liberty. The entire staff was helpful and approachable.

When I agreed to work with Liberty, I was quoted a pay rate by DJ. However, when I started working the actual pay was lower. When I questioned this I was told “you can take it or leave it”. (Very unprofessional). I don’t understand why they were so nice at the face to face interview and so rude over the phone later. If they would have spoken to me like that at the interview, I’m sure with my open mindedness we would have had a great conversation. It was also very challenging to get paid correctly and on time. For office professionals they lack communication skills.

I love the work atmosphere I have the opportunity to be apart of and help create. Nothing major to complain about however I was given misinformation on the start time of my most recent assignment to start time. Overall, the staff at Liberty are the best.

The liberty group is a great place to look for an property position. They assigned me to a great property and I look forward to the future assignments.

My experience with The Liberty Group has been very special. Mrs Joy recruited me out of Fortis University HVAC and Refrigeration School. She helped me through the program helped me through the employment stage help me with my internet work set up my time card and everything for me shes been nothing but a joy. Miss Kelly has assisted me with my website with my time sheets with rebooting my account when I messed it up. So Liberty Group in the personnel and Liberty Group has been excellent for me. I enjoy the work that I do, the property managers that I work for seem to enjoy my work my work ethic in my workmanship.
