I had the best experience ever. It was my first experience using an employment services and they were 100% a customer and client services agency. My Employee Representative was Penny and she was EXCEPTIONAL. If you are interested in working full-time or part-time try Kelly Services.

Never worked for them but if they are as disorganized as their webpage then no thanks!

Ive called this organization three times in about three weeks, even leaving a voicemail for a call back for several positions I applied for. Not once has anyone working in the office, which shows its open on The Googs by the way, has bothered to answer a phone. It is genuinely hard to fathom how an organization like this continues to make money and profiting off of other businesses they charge for their services that they seemingly dont fulfill. My advice is to use almost any other staffing agency around you. At least theyll pick up the phone.

I’ll be blatantly honest, going through this temp agency in Nashville is a complete waste of time.I’ve been dealing with them for a week and I’ve had enough.I went in to fill out all of the required paperwork and to take a required test.The next day I went to take a drug screen.The following work week I heard nothing back from them.Days had passed since the drug screening.The first time I called, the receptionist had told me that my drug screen never came in (3-4 days after I took it).I knew that was a lie because it doesn’t take that long.I called again the next day only for her to tell me it still wasn’t in but oh wait, here it is, it came in Tuesday and all is well.I also haven’t heard a peep from the temp agent who took me through this process and she told me I would still have another process to go through.I’ll pass on all of it.Find yourself an agency who means business.Good luck!

Shady Indian woman wasted my time today.

Was told via email by a Kelly services SR Recruiter that the hiring manager wanted an on-site tech interview and to provide availability dates and to be ready for a formal interview. Provided availability and never heard another word. Wasted time and money preparing for this interview. I did not even receive an email response back after inquiring about the status. This is a fine example of the problem with recruiters today. I keep my own blacklist for recruiters and now this particular recruiter is on it.

They will not answer the phone.....it ring endlessly!

I resigned from a temp position at Kelly 6/5/2017. Even though I notified my hiring manager about the deplorable conditions at the job, she had me listed as not eligible for rehire and this is grieves me because I did not do anything wrong.The training was horrible. Sometimes the trainer left the room for long periods of time and I was in there was a group of young people who used a lot of profanity and talked about sex, etc., because there was no supervision. I did not have access to get into a computer for the first 8 days. When I got access the 9th day, we had to sit on the floor and observe. Then on the 10th day, we had to take a computerized test using our own computer access. Since I had just gotten access, I was frustrated because I was not given ample opportunity to become acclimated to the system.I feel that I was listed as INELIGIBLE FOR REHIRE because I complained about the training. It was easier to blame me that it was to fix the problem.

Ok I understand this is a service to help find work and things could get hectic but this place is highly unprofessional and disrespectful. You could be in the waiting area 30-60 mins waiting for someone to even acknowledge you, they just look at you and keep it pushing. When you finally get to speak with someone and do your drug test they’ll tell you they’ll contact you within 48 hours of the drug test with the results! And you do not hear from them! I’ve been blowing up the phone all week to just get confirmation that I passed my drug test and must I remind u I interviewed and took my drug test the beginning of last week. Anywho I blow they’re phone up only to get excuses that my recruiter is away from her desk, in a meeting, or just out, and when I am able to speak with her I’m on hold FOREVERRRRRRR. So... she finally get back to me (the next day) just to tell me she had a few opportunities for me, I chose one that I wanted. She stated that she would submit it and contact me back later that day! I never received that call! I’ve been trying to contact her again every since and I’m always getting the same wack ass excuses she’s not available or in a meeting! There ain’t that many meetings in the damn world! AND AFTER ALL OF THAT WAISTING MY TIME GOING INTO INTERVIEWS THEY KNOW (Mandy) knows damn well is very selective I still tried and still had my time wasted, I was set up for interview I completely forgot about and Mandy contacted me I guess “to check to see how it went” I told her I completely forgot about it which I did, and she let me know that she would call the client to see if I could reschedule I never received the call back, I call back today just to hear from someone else that I’m not eligible to work for kelly services due to no call no show for interview. It wasn’t that deep love she could’ve told me that ahead of time, these people give you a hard time

Upon applying for a particular position, I remembered being offered a job. However when I attempted to call the office to get the address, I was unable to reach anyone. On rop of that, when I would apply and email folloqnup on a submitted open position i never receive follow up emails. Waste of time, terrible service.

Donot go to this Kelly Services in Nashville. Better go to the zoo if you want to live real monkeys.

Horrible. You do not get paid on time. They do not tell you that if you sign up for direct deposit, that it will take up to 3 weeks for it to process. They will send you paper checks until then.
