Kyrstie is new and has no recruiting or client management experience. Their ads are misleading. They want your resume to market to your prior employers. Rarely do they have real job orders on hand. Please beware, theyre not going to hire you for the role as listed. They take a cut of your pay. Best to find a job on your own.

My experience was great with Randstad! My representative was very responsive to my needs and matched me with a perfect job opportunity! Jill and Lauren and the of their team have always been able to keep me busy when Im off the road and available. I worked through Randstad for a couple years now. I initially worked minimal hours, due to health reasons. As I became stronger, they accommodated me. Always placing me with professional & kind clients, while demonstrating the same. I have companies who ask for me by name. I know that is due to the relationship they build with clients. As a native Nashvillian, I consider Randstad to be am integral part of our city.

Cant seem to get this company to pay me. The never answer the phone or call you back. Please go elsewhere or youll be sorry.

The team at this location worked very hard to find me a job and I was placed at a company where I worked for 6 years. That opportunity was a Blessing to me. During my time with that organization, this team continued to send talent to us and many of them were hired. Joanne P. (one of the recruiters at this location) is a hard working lady and she has been a great help to me over the years. However, the job market is crazy right now. Therefore it may be a little more challenging for job placement to occur within the time frame in which we need it to. So be encouraged because looking for employment is a job within itself.

Beware, they are more concerned about their well-being than yours. I was placed at a job and it was a nightmare so I quit. If you quit the job they found for you, it will be your fault and they will send you on an unprofessional guilt trip. When I spoke with them on the phone she continued to give her personal opinion about how things were handled with no regard to how the company they placed me with handled things. Then they continued to tell me that they could not work with me for a job placement. No problem, I wouldnt want you to after my experience!

I have been fighting to get paid from this company. Since I started they have shorted my paycheck. I am still trying to get paid from two months ago. .I quit because it was constat battle when getting paid properly.

I am currently an employee of Ranstad through the West End location in Nashville. I cant say enough about the positive experience with this company. I was impressed with the online tools including the webcam interview that I was able to conduct in the comfort of my home. The staff is amazing, helpful and friendly. I got offered to interview with a company that I hold dearly to my heart being that its in Nashville, and was soon after on assignment and put to work full-time. I dont mean to go on and on about it, but I absolutely recommend anyone looking for employment to look no further than the wonderful people at Ranstad at the West End location in Nashville.
