I had an amazing experience doing contracting work with Express Employment Professionals. Megan and the whole staff were really kind and efficient in getting me a great job at Tenncare. They are the best. I highly recommend them.

I didnt think, in my lifetime, I would ever be giving a staffing agency a 5 star review. However, I would feel bad not giving this place 5 stars. This place serves a need to people who have been underserved their whole life. A lot of places like that, things can be mundane, or people just collecting paychecks, but everyone I have encountered there seemed to genuinely care..Dana is great, and I thought it would be tough to find another person so willing to genuinely help. But Jake was on another level. The empathy he showed me really impacted my life in a positive way and we even had a couple of real good laughs! At a staffing agency!! Can you believe it?!He helped me through a really tough time in life, and we even connected on biking. Hoping to dip my toe in the water in one of his bike races! And hope was dwindling for me a few weeks ago.Give the place a shot and ask for Jake, if hes not there I trust the others are good too. Even Linda is turning a cornerAbove and beyond the Call of Duty the place is.. truly.

The place is actually a pretty good place with decent jobs and careers. Majority of the staff are understanding and considerate. The guy at the front desk is one of the most politest person I’ve ever encountered. I would’ve given them five stars but Lindsay, one of the staff member there, is one of the most (probably only) inconsiderate, poor communication, no understanding employee they have. My advice try no to work with her. Dana is one of the best there is here. She always have great jobs and communicate regularly. She was always my go to

Im currently living on the West Coast and moving to Tennessee. Employment is one of my last puzzle I need to solve before I can move there. I called Express Employment and talked to Jake about some of my options. He’s a solid guy and had a lot of advice for me and walked me through the process of how to use them. Now I can solve this puzzle and finish planning my move knowing employment won’t be a problem. I highly recommend them!

Jake, Jessie and Megan are awesome!!All 3 of them helped me find my dream job in less than a week. Jake is SO charismatic, so probably leave your girl in the car haha. I walked in and was instantly greeted with a warm smile and a “hello”, I was still pretty hesitant to work with a temp staffing agency but let me tell you what, they interview me and we had a very productive conversation to figure out what job was best for me. I am now working as a sale consultants at a lighting gallery now granted I’ve worked in the construction field for 6+ year and not once would I have imaged myself at a nice cushiony desk, wearing nice dress clothes everyday and feeling like a proper gentleman. This was truly a great experience 10/10 would recommend

My experience with Lindsay Eddy has been remarkable. Lindsay has helped me and guided me through every step to get a job that fits me well. I have worked with a few other agents at express but she is by far the best. She cares about her clients and answers all questions that I may have. They do not have their stuff together, They’ll send you to a job and the job not even prepared for you or know you’re coming. They’ve done this 3 times in one week. This place isn’t dependable for steady work at all!

This is the worst employment agency location Ive ever worked for. Ive replies to a higher paying position in my field and no one ever got back then they said they did so I screen shot the messages and they ignor me. They also have my direct deposit information but want me to drive 2 hours to pick up a paper check that last week was no good. I dont like having to waist my personal time doing other peoples jobs. I also requested proper PPE on a task that was a bio-hazard and was cursed at and told that I should just do my f; job and my recruiter laughed and said I doubt Anthony would do that. I do not recommend going through them.

How do you go to a temp service for a job and they dont even give you one😒 I get a text once a month for jobs not related to my resume. A year later and Ive never been sent on any customer service job. The recruiters get smart and lie about the job and its description. This company gone be sued and shut down real soon playing with people.

The receptionist is completely unprofessional. He is rude and said to me “well I guess you need to find another job.” I would not recommend this location at all. He refused to let me speak to anyone and assumed I was looking for work when it was about unpaid wages. Definitely would not recommend coming here.

I worked an assignment for the North office off of Rosa Parks. The young man at the front, I think his name is Jacob; was very unprofessional and he gave my check to the wrong person. All they had to do is run the camera back to see that he gave my check to the wrong person but instead they sent me on a wild goose chase. I called the corporate office and they act as if they cant do anything about it. A company that doesnt think they should right wrongs they created is beyond me! One star is for the lady I interviewed with because she was helpful.They did fix this issue and filed the proper paper work for this fraud situation.

She did her job quite capably, offered helpful information and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. This was my first personal experiences with a hiring agency. My husband used a hiring agency a few months ago in another state and he told me the staff was quite unprofessional and unimpressive. Whoever the Eric guy is that is answering the phone is very rude and unprofessional! If someone calls inquiring about a job his answers are rude and he hangs up in your face! I will never accept a job from this location if God offered it himself as long as he is answering the phone!

I was contacted by Morgan about a position she had for me. We talked on the phone and she received all my personal information via email/text. It’s nerve racking when there is no follow up, I don’t know how a recruiter can just ignore a potential hire. Luckily, I found a job on my own... I hope that she is shredding all my personal information. I’m not happy with this branch. Beware during COVID19 when you can’t go into the branch yourself :/I have worked with Express in Grand Rapids, Mi (using them for temp to hires at my previous job)... yes, I’m a recruiter so I know how important follow up is.... I was VERY impressed by the GR branch and I was hoping this would be the same experience while I was personally looking for a job... I’m very disappointed

By far the best staffing agency Ive worked with. They spent more than 5 minutes talking to me. They fully explained how their processes worked. They went over available positions to see if I was interested in any of them and possibly will be getting me an interview this afternoon. Both the agent working with me and the gentleman at the front desk were very friendly. Highly recommend!

Currently working through this office and love it! They found me a job quickly that met all of the criteria I was looking for. Realistically I know that’s not always possible, but they did it for me! I mostly communicate with Cassie, but everyone I have spoken to there has been helpful, professional, and NICE. Yeah theyll find you a job, but after that youre on your own. I tried contacting my case worker multiple times, and I was never successful until I decided to end my own assignment. The jobs they provide are mediocre never what you ask for, or have experience in. Also it seems like they love to under pay. I have dealt with this division of Express for years, and I can say that I have been extremely unsatisfied. I recommend going to a completely different company.

This branch really has changed a lot. When I first started working for Express everything great. After about 3 years of working for the company things start to go down hill. The details about each assignment were never accurate. I woke up this morning to me not getting paid for the hours I worked last week which was the first time that has happend. I find that unbelievable being that I was contacted by the office on a Monday telling me my assignment was ended, thats the same day payroll goes in so I feel as if they didnt pay me purposely. within the last year or so this company has become more of a problem then a help in my life.

I have worked with Express Employment Professionals a few times. They have always found work for me and other people I know. The people who work there work really hard to recruit professionals to fill in where needed. As far as Tony Browns comments, I can see why he did not get employment. To exploit anyone in public like he did with opinions and not facts is not only rude but also unprofessional. Even if they do get 30 per hour to your 10 you signed and agreed to the hourly wage. Anyway, enough with my opinion on that matter, Any time I am out of work I ALWAYS call Express for my employment needs.

The worst staffing company I couldve ever applied for. Ive been looking for a position for the past 3 weeks and no one has called or texted back and said anything. Its a CSR named Tiffani and she has the worst attitude. Because of them not being consistent with work placement I lost my car, became homeless, and pretty much had to start all over. I applied there thinking that they would help me find work fast and keep me in a position where I didnt have to bounce around. Not only did they lie about it, they didnt keep their word. I would not recommend that anyone apply for them unless its life or death situated. They dont care about you needing work they are more worried about their own well being. And thats the truth. Here it is friday and ive been calling and texting the numbers (which is highly unprofessional) everyday trying to get work and no one has responded. Dont waste your time. Randstad is a lot more helpful and they have higher paying positions.

The lady at the front desk is a terrible receptionist. She doesnt want to help people. She cant handle situation under stress. That isnt the job for her. And on top of that she gets mad when you are the one asking for help. Isnt that your job. Just terrible. But i see why the other express in nashville get more businesses. Dont get me wrong the other people are excellent. But theres always one bad apple out of the bunch. & thats her.

Went over to the 10th Ave location paying for parking yesterday was told they had moved to Metro center notified Google of this then I went over to the metro center location and they were about to close so I returned today at 3:10pm the Google says to spend 10 to 45 minutes I was told once again they were closing soon again Google shows business open til 5pm ...I dont think this location needs anyonePs the manager wasnt in either
